Riku Asakura SOMEWHERE...

"I'm so disappointed in you," The voice of the Dark Ultra, Ultraman Belial, says to his herald.

"Ultraman Zero is headed to your location," Fukuide says back to his master, deeply humbled by his failures.  "Please, before he arrive-" but is cut off by Belial.

"The failure of revealing my location... the failure of not retrieving enough Ultra Capsules... you've earned yourself a thousand deaths.  But I'll give you a chance to make amends for your failures. Are you ready to sacrifice your life for me?" Belial asks Fukuide.

"Of course..." the rattled and mentally unstable Fukuide says to his master.

"Then use the Ultra Capsules on yourself, and unleash their power."

"With my body?  But..." Fukuide starts to protest.

"As an Alien Sturm, the inversion organ inside of you should transmute the Ultra Capsules' energies so that they become malicious." Belial finally reveals his plan to his pawn.

"As you wish..." Fukuide says, both unwilling to defy his master, but also to take a chance to gain his favor.
Riku Asakura A little bit ago, in the middle of a province of Tokyo.

Fukuide walks in the middle of a walkway; in one hand, he holds all six Ultra Capsules.  He simply walks aimlessly before coming to a stop and staring at his hand.  It shakes, almost so violently that he drops the capsules, but after a moment he manages to steady his hand.  He is unaware of the normal life that surrounds him.

Children are walking home from school, people walking home from work, others walking to shopping areas, and more joy than the man has ever had.  He does not even care that he's about to ruin this moment of normality for thousands of people.  All he cares about is that his Master had ordered him to use his bodies on the Ultra Capsules.  That his special organ could be of use to his Master.

That he would look at him the way he looked at Geed.  In his eyes, he was a failure, and there could only be one way to earn his place back at Belial's side.  He takes all six capsules...

And shoves them directly into his chest.  There is a brilliant light that comes from the activation of all six capsules as he shoves them into his body.  There is then a sudden darkness that follows, as his organ works double time to start converting the energies that it was exposed to all at once into the opposite.

This causes his body to convulse, as energy starts pouring out of it wildly, turning from just darkness to red electrical energy.  He cries out in pain as people pass him in the street.  Some even look at him as this happens, but nobody moves to see if he's alright.  Most just pass, or even hurry along their steps away from him.

All of this builds up until a huge explosion of darkness erupts from him, barely still on his feet as he clenches against his chest as the organ continues to try and convert the energies.  Eventually it starts to turn into a purpleish energy that starts to push higher and higher into the sky.  Eventually it grows into the size of a kaiju and explodes...

NOW

Pedanium Zetton has suddenly grown into being where Kei Fukuide once was, literally exploding onto the scene.  Unlike before, its behavior is completely random, seemingly destroying buildings and places at will instead of a focused line of carnage with a directed mind.  Inside of it was energy boiling over, causing extremely random readings for anyone who was capable of actually scanning for that.

It's not even known if Fukuide is at the wheel of this giant version of Pedanium Zetton, especially given its wild nature and seemingly insatiable hunger for destruction.  Away from all of this, Riku stares from the sidelines, unable to jump in to stop this monster.

For the first time in a very long time, he feels helpless.  All he could do was wait for others to arrive to try and stop this monster.  How many people would get hurt or die because he wasn't able to protect the Ultra Capsules?  Were those hopes people placed on him really wasted?  Riku's fist clenches at his side, unable to do a thing.
Meresankh     Meresankh was already on her way to Tokyo, to deliver a certain invention to her friend Riku. With it, he will once again have the strength he so desires, the power to defend his world and his friends...

Pedanium Zetton's appearance prompts two things from Meresankh - first, a substantial quickening of her pace, to reach Riku's apartment ASAP, or rendezvous with him between there and Zetton's location. Second, an interstellar call to her homeworld of Oryx, mobilizing the legions of the mechanical walking dead under her control.

"Fear not, people of Earth!" she calls as she rushes across a plaza to find Riku standing and simmering in his helplessness. "Your rescue is at hand!" As she proclaims her inevitable victory, the Tokyo warpgate flares to life and a cohort of machines issues forth, ranging in size from Meresankh's ubiquitous scarab drones to the larger blade-limbed wraiths and even enormous six legged artillery platforms that stomp their way into the street. Accompanying the host of constructs is a cadre of Necron Warriors, but they spring to action silently directing evacuations rather than engaging the titanic foe.

As she flies near to Riku and sets down on the ground, Meresankh reaches into her cloak and draws forth a curiously modified scarab drone. This one carries on its back a large tank of viscous green fluid, giving the appearance of an enormously swollen tick. "Riku! Your blank capsule, now!" Meresankh says. When Riku pulls out the capsule, the scarab pounces on it, latching on and punching a horrible metal proboscis through the device's shell. The tank rapidly drains as an impossible quantity of Green Stuff pours into the capsule, which shifts color to the black with green trim typical of Necron devices. Its purpose fulfilled, the scarab drone promptly falls off and dies, thunking lifelessly to the ground.

"Now go!" She says with an encouraging pat on Riku's back. "I shall direct my legions in defense of the city. Make your people proud of you again!" Then she is off, zooming away through the air to rally her army of robots. The heavy artillery constructs brace themselves to the concrete with large metal anchors - unusual, for most Necron weapons rely on recoilless bolts of energy - and begin to charge with crackling energy. Covering them is the swarm of wraith constructs, who go so far in defense of the artillery as to physically intercept projectiles or beams with their bodies, perishing for the benefit of their larger 'cousins'. Above and behind it all Meresankh waves her scepter like a conductor's wand, directing the Necron war machine in its defensive formations.
Flamel Parsons     Flamel Parsons was already here, in this town. But it helps, you know, to have a defended position to approach from. Stealth isn't going to help when everyone and everything are targets. Kei's jealousy, boiling over and exploding, is as much a psychic problem as a physical one, which is unfortunate because normally it's a matter of luckily having it be less physical, or at least... mostly political.

"Sarra," He's planting both of his hands on his temples, psychically connecting with her helmsman, her engineers, her crew. "Really, really sorry to overstep any boundaries, but I need to work with your ship here." And the whole vessel will creak and groan with coordinated motion...

Two *massive* hands tear out of the psychic boundaries of the side of the ship! Telepathically linked with cannon operators, propeller technicians, the helm, the whole thing looks and moves like it were the torso or maybe head of a matched titan! <ZETTON!> Flamel calls out. <Stop this! It's not going to make Belial care for you, because nothing does that! Selfish people *always* want to favor themselves, even fractionally! But I can help you feel better if you let me take a crack at your psychohazard!> If he could just fistfight that codependency directly, with Kei's help... But that's not likely.

For now, Flamel's huge hands go to strike and wrestle with the beast, like a martial artist trying to pin a sumo wrestler twice his size. If he can get this giant foe pinned enough to put a psychoportal on...
Sarracenia      Sarracenia has been keeping ready ever since Fukuide got away with most or all of Riku's capsules. With the main hero depowered, it was only a matter of time before another attack happened. Unfortunately, being a queen in all but name now, Sarra couldn't just sit around on Riku's world waiting for it. So, it is several minutes before the Sundew Sovereign comes barreling out of the nearest warpgate, trailing just a bit of smoke from the engines being pushed to their limits. Sarra also wonders how many were hurt between when the call went out and when she got here, and she wonders how many will still be hurt since...well...she can't really stop a monster like Pedanium Zetton.

The giant airship rises rapidly above the skyscrapers, its cannons already being run out along with the Banzai Bill launcher being deployed underneath. Piranha Plant sailors and soldiers are on deck to add what little firepower their handheld weapons and power-ups can manage against such a threat, and Sarra herself rides on the stern of the ship in her battle dress, her shining copper hair flowing behind her. She hopes it looks at least somewhat inspiring to the people who might see it.

As soon as the ship is within range, it rotates to point one broadside to Zetton and fires a volley of Bullet Bills. The living human-sized bullets track their target with extreme prejudice as the Sovereign starts to orbit the monster, firing as fast as the cannons can manage and turning with dangerous torque in place to make use of both sides as best it can.

Sarra doesn't offer any encouraging words or haughty proclamations as she might usually. She tried that with Riku and it only seemed to make him feel worse. So, instead she opens the radio channel and says, <"...we will get through this, Riku. And save as many as we can. I know you must be feeling powerless, so...I have sent you a gift.">

WHerever Riku is, he finds a pair of winged Piranha Plants bringing him a crate of power-ups.

While the attack is going, Sarra is using her new eye and ladybug drone from Meresankh to do some scanning. She isn't used to this kind of power, so she isn't sure what she is even looking for or at, but she feels somewhat responsible for this and wants to use everything in her power to end it as quickly as possible.
Sarracenia      As the Sundew Sovereign begins circling, Sarra stares wide-eyed as...two massive hands erupt from the ship! "Wh-what in the shiitake mushrooms is that?!" she exclaims, then yelps as the ship lurches in an unusual way and nearly sends her over the railing. She manages to catch herself on it before she goes tumbling over, staring over the side at those hands. The salvos stop for now as the captain and crew try to readjust for the new movement mechanics, but when it becomes clear they are moving much more like they are on legs...Sarra gets the biggest grin. "Captain! Chaaaaarge!" The Sovereign's hands open wide, and it moves forward to try and grab Zetton, rocking more like it is running than flying. "Thank you, Flamel~!" Sarra calls out from on the ship.
Riku Asakura Riku wasn't in the best of minds right now, but when Meresankh landed next to him and gave the order for the empty capsule, he nodded and held it up.  The green energy flowed from the scarab into the capsule, slowly filling it with energy until an image appeared on it.  Until the image of a Necron itself appeared on the capsule.

With the hand of Meresankh on his back, he nods once to her.  This gave him two capsules... but would they work together?  Sarracenia also sends him a crate full of power-ups, and he takes a breath.  <"Thanks, Sarracenia.  It feels good to be believed in even now...">  He also turns towards Meresankh, "Thank you, Queen Meresankh.  I'll do what I can with this."

He also draws out two power-ups from the container: a star because it always seemed to give him good luck, and a fire flower because in their last battle Solid Burning gave this monster a good run for his money.  "Standing around doing nothing won't get us anywhere..!"

"You go!" he says, and pulls out the Ultraman Zero capsule.  He slides it into a holster.  "I go!" he says again, this time with the Necron capsule with it.  There is a dangerous bolt of green energy that shoots out of the holder.  Riku gives it a look, but presses on.  "Here we go!" he scans each capsule before holding up the Fusion Riser into the air.  "I'll show you the power of a legion!" Finally, he pulls the Fusion Riser over his chest and pulls the trigger.

FUSION RISE!
ULTRAMAN ZERO
NECRON
ULTRAMAN GEED ARCH NECROS

There is a large shockwave of green and white energy until... finally, Ultraman Geed grows into form, his body a mixture of the Necron Green and Ultraman Silver.  His eyes are the same shape as Belial's, as always, but now a more unstable power seems to be building in his core.

Pedanium Zetton hasn't been idle during this time.
Riku Asakura Necron blasts rain across his large body, staggering it from the sheer power behind those blasts.  For the first time since this form of Pedanium Zetton had come into being, it had a target for its rage.  It marches towards the fielded Necron warriors.

Shots from a cannon pepper the Kaiju's hull as he marches, seemingly walking through them without a care in the world.  Only when it charges him does he turn to face her, its clawed hands being forced to engage with the psychic hands of Flamel.  The pair grapple each other, and the hands of Flamel manage to actually catch the better of the massive beast before staggering it away from its march towards the Necron forces, giving people more time to run away.

Finally, Geed comes in, teleporting from where he was standing to right next to Pedanium Zetton.  He immediately kicks it square in the chest and attempts to interpose himself between Zetton and the Necron forces.  Geed then immediately starts slap-chopping Zetton across the chest, trying to drive it back.

"SHUT UP!" Flamel can hear Fukuide inside the giant monster.  "You did this to me!  You and those extras from the Multiverse!  It's your fault that this is happening!" And when Riku punches him, he sneers back, screaming at Riku, "How are you here!?  You should be powerless right now!"

"You missed one capsule... and I have friends who want to see me succeed, Fukuide." Geed snaps back.

All that can be heard is Fukuide's screaming, part anger, but it's also pain.  Something is happening inside him that's causing him physical pain.  With that cry, he releases a massive burst of red electrical energy across the region, aiming to focus it on the airship, the Necron forces, Flamel Parsons specifically, and Ultraman Geed.  Everything else nearby is just a casualty.
Flamel Parsons     Flamel's clairvoyance is keeping *tightly* focused on the man. While he works his telekinesis and telepathy from the bridge of the Sundew Sovereign, he converses, eyes shut, with Kei, somewhere within the monster. <I know what it's like to be empty. Really! I was *made* to be empty. But nobody can fill themselves up with another person, because nobody wants to fill someone else up with themselves. Would you? Kei, if you met *yourself*, would you try to give you purpose? Would you really, *truly* try to...>

"Crap!!" Flamel shouts, as a bolt sears across the Sovereign and slams him off his feet, breaking his concentration for a moment as the psychic feedback rocks into his mind. That mind races, now, to try to figure out what's happening. <Kei! ...You can't hold *all* that power in you. You know you can't! Even Riku only uses two at a time! I'm trying to tell you, nobody can fill that emptiness with someone else, but that goes *double* if it's power like this! You have to stop, or it won't be just the civilians getting hurt!> It's a total guess, but *something's* causing that...

The Sovereign's twin hands rush forward to grab again, after Zetton's been driven back. Flamel calls out to Geed while he works Zetton over, trying to wrestle with intent to immobilize and starting to bring out bolts and beams to distract. <Geed! I *really* hope Necron capsules have enough soul for Smash Moon Healing... I can't get a psychoportal on a guy this big! He's got so much Belial in here... I have to hope that Smash Moon works on a psychotic break!!>
Meresankh     "Yes! YES!!" Meresankh cheers as Riku transforms using the Arch Necros capsule. "Go forth! Bring devestation upon your enemies!"

The scattershot red lightning crackles toward the Necron positions, threatening the artillery until Meresankh dives low, firing an enormous wide-spread counterattack from her scepter. Green lightning meets red in a thunderous array of beam clashes, and she strains to resist being cast back from the power of Pedanium Zetton's attack.

"How are you here!? You should be powerless right now!"

"Fool!" Meresankh proclaims, shouting over the crackling of the chain lightning. "With my wind at his back, nothing is impossible! Now, you shall pay for your hubris! All batteries, FIRE!!"

Finally, the heavy artillery constructs begin their assault. A spread of black-and-green orbs streak through the sky, bursting on contact with Pedanium Zetton to release--

Nothing whatsoever. Little pinpricks of unlight, visible only to those very close to the belligerent kaiju. Black holes.

Pedanium Zetton's form twists in the air. Beam attacks curve toward the impact sites, vanishing beyond event horizons, loose energy flaring off either pole of the miniature singularities. Chunks of... *stuff*, this kaiju isn't entirely meat (thank god), begin to fragment and tear free of its body, accreting in discs around the localized stellar phenomena. "Yes! Ahhahahahahaha! Nothing can stand before the ultimate power of my singularity cannons! Not even you, Fukuide!"
Sarracenia      Red lightning arcs over the Sundew Sovereign, shattering planks and setting fires. Somehow, the crew suffers only minor casualties even though Sarra herself is hit directly by one of those bolts. It knocks her across the deck, leaving the place she was standing a fiery mess and her a smoldering heap. She groans as she slowly gets back up, hair poofed out in a static fro.

With the Sundew Sovereign currently being used as an impromptu kaiju, Sarra directs the cannon crews to keep firing when they can. Meanwhile, she...is distracted! Her eyes are wide as Ultraman Geed appears in Necron styling! After a moment, her smile grows as wide as a rainbow. "Riku!!" she exclaims happily. She tries to think of how else she can help. "A red mushroom! Use one and your strength should increase quite a bit!" she calls out to Riku. Of course, he is a bit busy at the moment, so she pulls one out and throws it at the Necron Geed. It is supposed to double one's size and strength, but on someone already really big she isn't sure how much it will do.

That done, Sarra pulls out a P-wing and in a poof of smoke has a raccoon's ears and tail along with a flashing P on her chest. She takes to the sky, rising quickly, and pulls out...a quad-barreled missile launcher loaded with four Missile Megs, shark-faced missiles as big as herself. How does that fit in a purse?! Without delay she fires all four at Zetton. "Give up, Fukuide! It sounds like Belial is sending you to your doom against us! And while I am sure you would happily -go- to your doom for him, there is way more to living than just dying! Let go of him and save yourself so you can find some actual happiness somewhere! You will never find it hurting people!" After some words from Riku over the phone, and what was said over the radio, Sarra might be trying to show a more heroic heart.

About this time, two more Sundew navy ships show up, both trailing a bit of smoke much like the Sovereign was with their engines pushed to the max. But, rather than engaging, they move to open areas like parks and large intersections to start picking up fleeing cityfolk, only firing on Zetton when they happen to have a chance.
Riku Asakura 'I know what it's like to be empty.'

Kei screams at these words, probably fueled by pain, as Flamel tries to talk him down.  "My Lord gave me a mission..." he says through gritted teeth.  He screams again, once more caught by the psychic hands, as Pedanium Zetton struggles in the binding of this ship.  The struggle is vicious, as he tries everything he can to break this grip.  "You don't know ANYTHING about what it feels to serve... to give someone all of your being!  You just try and take from me!  You and /him/!"

This gives Meresankh's artillery the time they need to set up.  Large orbs are launched, until... nothing.  At least at first, then large gravity anomalies are released, trying to tear and grab at the massive kaiju.  Unfortunately, this creature is made of a giant space beetle, essentially.  The gravity wells, or rather, small singularities, seem to have limited effect on the creature, as he finally breaks out of Flamel's grip.  "YOU!  You did this!?  Then I'll take great care in making your suffering last so he can hear your screams!"

By the time Sarracenia pulls out her missile launcher, Pedanium Zetton raises an energy barrier.  It looks like an electric field, with grids and everything covering his body in a cylinder.  Explosions rock the creature, obfuscating it from sight as the singularities close and it drops the barrier.  Geed finally dives in, but it kicks him across the chest, laying him flat over some buildings.  "Shut up!  Shut up!  Shut up!  What do you know!?  You can't get people to follow you with their hearts, never mind SERVING someone with all of yours!  I'd /GLADLY/ die if it means my lord will destroy this world!"

He brings both of his claws to either side of him before an energy ray starts to build on its forehead.  A ray of energy shines brightly as it attempts to bring that beam across Geed first, who manages to throw a barrier up to repulse it.  But it keeps moving, aiming to drag across Sarracenia, then Flamel, and then eventually the Necron forces, trying to put them out before they could do more dangerous tricks like the last one.

However, Geed dives under the wave once it passes by him.  "STOP ATTACKING!" he commands, using the voice that his new capsule gave him.  This causes Pedanium Zetton to jerkily stop moving.  "Flamel!  Now!"
Meresankh     "YOU! You did this!? Then I'll take great care in making your suffering last so he can hear your screams!"

"Do your worst, fiend! My light can never be extinguished! I am a beacon for the future, a guiding light to all!" Meresankh is very confident in the face of Fukuide's threats - less so in the face of his enormous energy beams. Incapable of beam-clashing something so concentrated, she teleports backward and away into cover behind a building, groaning in frustration as the Dest Ray Buster washes over her constructs and wipes a number of them away entirely. Those took HOURS to build!

One of the artillery robots remains, however, and Flamel needs help burning through Fukuide's mental breakdown. "Preparing synaptic obliterator! Maximum power!" Energy arcs from her staff as the huge machine extends its secondary weapon. Unlike the singularity launchers, this cannon is a purely energy weapon - one designed to overload nervous pathways with sheer agonizing overstimulation. The energy cell at its base crackles with power as Meresankh overcharges the weapon with her scepter's bottomless internal reserves, pushing far past its already enormous safety thresholds.

Thusting her scepter forward, she screams "FIRE!!!" and the weapon discharges with a bassy thrum. The beam that lances forth looks *nightmarish*, and its impact will feel tenfold-so. Five, ten, twenty seconds pass of continuous fire, and the synaptic obliterator finally overheats and lets out an eerily organic death-rattle. That'll have to go into the shop, when this is done. And what mileage Flamel gets from twenty seconds of unfathomably intense "nope" will have to be enough...
Flamel Parsons     Flamel's barrier encases the Sovereign, to try to make sure it doesn't take on too much damage in his stead. As such, when it rips across, the main hull of the craft remains mostly unaffected. The damage surges, primarily, into Flamel-- No, not quite. He reels, eyes smoking painfully, but quickly opens his jacket and tears his dress shirt open to reveal... Several extracted and well-preserved mouse brains in an array of plates across his chest, held in place by tactical straps, with a brutal lash carved across them. He tugs the array off his chest, letting the steam rise, sort of discarding a psionic bulletproof vest.

Back on his feet. Thank goodness he prepared. He's cut his time stunned by a huge proportion, and he can focus on his rare opportunity. With Zetton frozen... Flamel targets his memories. Specifically, the memories he's using to rationalize wide-scale omnidirectional ultraviolence. "I'm gonna take us in. I need you..." Speaking gravely, "I need you to make the situation worse as quickly as possible. Do you think you can do that? If we can burn up all the fuel in one fast rush, we can stop the *steady flow* and get him into an exhaustion state."

His hands leave his head and move in front of him. The giant telekinetic hands do the same. They form a rectangle, as if he were framing a picture in front of him. And then there's a massive, astral "impact" sensation, a tugging of psychic force trying top rush the group as deep as it can go into a dark and terrible part of the mind: The Victim Complex, a notorious deep-level fuel depot for psychohazards. In such a place, transit moves memories in, and refineries turn them to grief and fury. Here should be many of Kei's most resented memories, and here, Flamel's pyrokinetic beams and whatever Meresankh and Sarracenia have to offer should be able to overexcite the memories into a brutal rush of so much stress and hate that it becomes too exhausting to feel.

Hopefully Kei will need a nap. Hopefully the group can blast out of there before his mental overheat takes them out too. Assuming Kei's feelings aren't so strong that they get shot down by mental defenses to begin with.
Sarracenia      'Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! What do you know!? You can't get people to follow you with their hearts, never mind SERVING someone with all of yours! I'd /GLADLY/ die if it means my lord will destroy this world!'

"I can so!" Sarra exclaims. "Not many so far, but I can! Gregory and Meresankh and Merelisa! You are the one who knows nothing! You want to devote yourself to a villain and destroy an entire world? And why? Because some people were mean to you? Do you know how many people have been mean to="

Sarra is about to go on, but...kaiju beam. It actually isn't the first she's been hit by. But, Rita is way scarier than this guy. And stronger. She kind of wishes Rita were here, actually.

Sarra comes plummeting down, trailing smoke, her power-up blasted away by the beam. She is getting dangerously close to the ground before she recovers enough to pull out a leaf and regain raccoon ears and a tail, allowing her to arrest her fall before smashing into the ground. She lands by Flamel as he tells her what he needs her to do.

'I'm gonna take us in. I need you...I need you to make the situation worse as quickly as possible. Do you think you can do that? If we can burn up all the fuel in one fast rush, we can stop the *steady flow* and get him into an exhaustion state.'

Sarra looks uncomfortable at the grave voice and the idea that they are burning someone's brain. "...I...uh...as in...make him mad or as in smack him in the face with explosives? I mean I can probably do either or both or..." When Flamel settles on explosives, Sarra nods, but then with a sidelong glance to Flamel adds, "...just remember. I do not kill people." before they are pulled into another mindscape.

Flamel starts just flaming things, and Sarra follows suit. She reaches into her purse and just starts pulling out bob-ombs and tossing them every which way. "As I was saying, do you know how many people have been mean to me?! And you think I am worthless, right?! Yet, I have not decided to destroy any worlds, or hire snipers to kill friends of heroes, or caused massive damage to any cities!! So, what are you saying, Fukuide?! That you are not even as strong of heart as me?! Devoting yourself to the first person to show you a smidge of attention?! Just because he said you could work for him?! Hah! That is so incredibly weak!! And dying like this? That is taking the easy way out!! Belial, if he actually cared about you, would not demand that you die for him!" Explosives might be effective, but making him mad will surely help in some way, right?
Riku Asakura Flamel opens up another portal into Fukuide's mind, and it's...

Much more dismal.  Here at the center of his trauma is an entire world.  Buildings destroyed, people missing, everything is on fire.  The sun above this world isn't the same one around Earth.  It is likely his home planet, planet Strum.  Destroyed by so-called barbarians, laid to waste... and somehow it still /burns/.

It isn't a victim complex; it runs far deeper than that.  This is someone who was on the edge of life and death, someone who had once had something in his life... only to have it crushed along with his civilization.  Then to be the only survivor of that civilization, and to wander its streets completely without hope.

Here in the center of this mess is Belial himself.  The most central thing to Fukuide himself.  The giant of darkness stands taller than everything.  His eyes are JUST like Geed's, but tinged with red, and his body is covered with red and black instead of Geed's silver and red.  His hands are massive black claws, dangerous in their shape.  Most Ultraman are heroes or at least passing forces of good; everything in this Ultra screams the opposite.

Despite this, the dark Ultra lowers his hand to a Kei Fukuide that isn't like the man you know today.  He kneels in the dirt and ash of his destroyed world, looking up at the creature who brings him out of this devastation.

However, despite this scene, you can hear Fukuide's voice from everywhere around you.  Screaming, as the entire area feels... unstable.  Occasionally, powerful surges of dark energy eclipse the field before fading again.

Meresankh's beam fires into the psychoportal, hitting this specific field.  Inside the dark Ultra moves to defend his would-be charge; a force field erects over both of them as he turns to face the rest of you.  The bomb-ombs also smash into that forcefield, before finally Mind Belial brings the field down.

Fukuide's mindscape screams in agony at the direct attack on his mind, and the physical attack on his very body due to the Ultra Capsules.  "YOU don't understand what he did for me!  How could you?  You selfish, self-centered, pampered Princess!  You have no idea what it's like to not have anything, to have it all torn from you.  To live without hope... but I'll show you!  I'LL TEAR EVERYTHING AWAY FROM YOU!"

At this Mind Belial, draws his hands together, forming a cross shape with his hands.  A massive beam of dark energy builds up...

And surges across all of you; the mind field fades, and once more people are kicked out into the real world.  Pedanium Zetton surges dangerously, threatening, as a dark ball of power forms in front of itself.  That same red lightning pulses around the dark ball of power.  And then, like a beam, it aims to fire it across the very field itself, aiming to envelop all of you.

When the attack ends, sparks run across Pedanium Zetton's body; apparently, he surged during the blast...because he then immediately falls backwards, landing on the ground.  Unlike the other times he's transformed... he doesn't untransform.  Instead, he seems to be repairing himself.

Geed, caught in the blast, falls to one knee and slowly disappears in green fading particles.
Meresankh     Positioned outside the mindscape, and bereft of many of her robotic defenders, Meresankh is ill prepared for Penadium Zetton's next attack - it washes away her cover and sends her skidding across the pavement. Scuffed and dented, she stands slowly, unsure what her next move will be or how effective the mindscape jaunt was...

Then Zetton... falls down? And begins to slowly regenerate. Meresankh flies over to where Riku fell, worried that the Arch Necros capsule was more taxing than she anticipated. "Riku!" She calls. "What's happened? Have you been injured? Are the Ultra Capsules sustaining this monster during its repose? I do not know if we could fight it again and produce a better outcome..." She sounds genuinely kind of worried.
Sarracenia      Well, it worked! Sarra made him mad! ...what does she do now? As Fukuide's past is revealed through the mindscape, Sarra has to take back the words she said on the radio. She does feel sorry for him. He's right in that she can't imagine what he's been through. And even though she was saying most of that just to make him mad, she loses even the fake fire she had built up. And Dark Geed is scary! Sure, it's Belial and not Geed, but he looks like Geed.

Sarra winces at the scream of agony, and frowns at the threat that he'll tear everything away from her. Her eyes widen as that beam charges up. "...not another one..." she groans softly, just watching it charge. Where would she even go to avoid it? She has no idea. She gulps nervously, then pulls out a green mushroom and downs it pre-emptively.

The spoiled princess is blasted clear of the mindspace, then engulfed in that lightning beam, blasting her into the ground. When the dust clears, the princess is left blackened, her battle dress reduced to tatters and the chest piece blasted off. She lies there for a very long moment, and for just a bit it seems like Fukuide won't need to tear everything away from her.

Then, finally, the green glow of her healing mushroom just barely flows over her. She gasps awake and sits up with a start, coughing heavily and holding a hand over her chest. She has to take just as long a moment recovering from how close that was to the end of Sarra, and there is no Kukuru around right now. Eventually, she stands up, then moves to join Meresankh and Riku. Very slowly moves to them, limping heavily and having trouble breathing, with one eye closed. Her cybernetic eye remains open as she approaches. "...indeed. I am...not sure I could take anything more. We have to extract those capsules now. Somehow..."

Then her eye widens and she looks around. Did the Sovereign survive? What of her men?
Flamel Parsons     Explosives, burning, energizing overloads -- everything gets in, and everything sparks, and soon enough, that high-potency memory far poast a complex of victimhood turns to a storm of ultraviolence. The lightning pulses, and the beam lashes out--

Flamel opens his eyes, and widens them behind his sunglasses. "Shit." He whispers. Then yells, "Brace, brace brace, brace everything braceable and then brace *yourself* twice and then *clench everything but your teeth--*!!" He dives into cover and squeezes his eyes shut as he puts up the biggest, strongest shield he can... And groans in pain, as the impact rocks through his body. The mental image of Belial is *scary*!!

Knocked out of the mindscape, he slams back in the real-life, but manages to stay on his feet. His telepathic link with the crew of the Gasping and panting, he finally gets a good view of the recovering giant, putting his palms on the rims of the windows... "Nnnh, *come on*..." He groans. "He's got, how many of those capsules? He's got at least three times Ultraman Geed's endurance..." Coughing. "And Geed's out of juice." He rises, presses two knuckles against each temple -- left, then right -- to crack them. "Well! Nobody ever got anything by giving up in the face of the overwhelming and the impossible!" He says, mustering his brightest optimism. "Always remember, we *might not* die!" Two fingertips, two temples. He steps out onto the deck... "I really, really need Ultraman Geed right about now, though. I *really* don't think it would be good to die here."

Spark-spark-crack. His brain loads more rounds, and begins to fire bolt after bolt on the recovering body. <Kei,> He calls out. <They built me just as empty as that. I was nothing but a rock. Still, one man, it doesn't matter how big, can't be everything like that. The reason he has you killing all these worlds is because the world is what you fill it up with. You fill it with society. With people. You fill yourself up with their standards and their beliefs. You fill yourself up with their dreams and their nightmares. A thousand, a hundred thousand, a milliion, a billion people all working together can create a dream and a nightmare that can fill you up.>

<But not one man. If he's too small, he won't be filling. If he's too big, he'll tear you up for not matching the shape. And I know you wouldn't mind dying. But that wouldn't serve him either.>

<So you have to let go of those pieces of him.>
Riku Asakura Riku winces in pain, still getting used to the Necron capsule, and slowly stands up by the time Meresankh gets to him.  He holds a hand up, indicating he's alright despite the chaotic energies that surge through his body.  "I'm fine... and I think the Capsules are sustaining him...RE.M.?" He reaches for the holder that the capsules normally go in, and a robotic feminine voice comes over the radio.

"I can not tell for sure, but there appears to be a huge amount of energy building up in Pedanium Zetton.  However, that last attack seems to have burned out his neural pathways.  It's slowly regenerating." The voice says, informing them of the current status of Pedanium Zetton.

"I'll need more time before I can become Geed again, but I don't know what to do with the kaiju being here..."  Riku isn't sure /what/ to do.  Will he be up again by the time he can transform into Geed?  Will the result change?  By the time he can think of anything, Sarracenia walks up.

"I don't think there is any way to get the capsules... It's like they're fused to his body.  Normally, when I'd blow him up, he'd return to human form, and the capsules he used were overheated.  Maybe it's the same with these?  We just need more power..."

He looks up at Flamel, still trying to reach the mind of Fukuide.  However, right now all he's hearing is static.  The mind is currently unable to respond due to the damage caused by his own attack.  Riku doesn't know what to do right now, because Flamel is trying so hard to reach him...

"Flamel, I think we should evacuate the area and try to quarantine him..."
Flamel Parsons     Flamel exhales hard, releasing his battle stance for lack of battle if not lack of enemy. Descending from the airship, he settles down on the ground with a burst of levitation. "Quarantine... I can get that underway." He says. "I'll coordinate with the area government and authorities. Won't even need much mind control. Same with the civilians..."

He'll get underway. Telepathic influence reaches to everyone over time, authority or helpless citizen or pinned child in need of rescue. He knows how to get to each one, and at least let them know what the situation is. What he calls "mind control" is largely just normal explanations or quick work to remove irrational panic or obstructive psychohazard.

This isn't good, though. Those capsules have to get retrieved... Otherwise, Kei will be right back. And soon...
