Petra Soroka | This is, actually, Angela's first time ever going through warpgate travel in person. When Petra restructured the warpgate network leading to Hydrochoeria so that it wasn't solely linked to the defunct gate in the facility, she specifically went through channels involved with the Concord, so that she wouldn't be held up by annoying lines every time she went back and forth, and of course, that privilege extends to Angela and Audrey as well. Concord identification is good enough to bypass the lines of people in each warpgate hub crowded up and sweating while waiting for security checks and batched releases, but just walking by, in person, gives Angela perspective on what travel through the multiverse is like for the average person. The main warpgate hub between District 12 and Hydrochoeria is located on a moon bustling with activity, smaller than Afterus but taking a similarly central role in shipping transport. The glass arcology dome overhead shows a view of the superplanet below, and people mill around in dozens of stores and newpaper stands and cafes within the hub while they wait, but as Partners, it only takes a cool half hour from start to finish to step out of the warpgate onto Petra's floating island. There's still a buzz of activity going on all over the island. As Angela knows, there's plenty of clerks and agents here who... probably don't want to see her, as well as Chewie's upcoming restaurant, Fox and Haschen's school, and the familiar castle visible in the distance. The wind is a steady breeze in her face because of the gradual drift of the island in the air, and looking over the side of the small orbiting island that the warpgate is on, she can see the ten thousand foot drop to the Great Ocean below, currently passing over a chain of deep green islands. Where Petra leads the trio, though, is the terrace gardens where she sat to talk with Meika all that time ago. Wrought-iron and stone stairs lead up the semicircular beds of flowers and various fruits and herbs, to a point just below the top of the hill. One retaining wall shelters the picnic area from being visible to the rest of the city, while the open air to the other side gives a pretty view of the castle and the floating towers orbiting it, with the flowers spilling down the side below like a waterfall. Nice picnic tables are arranged in and around a gazebo, and Petra beelines over to one to sit and wait for the Magical Girl of Love. "I told her where we'd be at, so... let's sit and wait here for her." Petra drops her face into her arms the moment she sits down, pale and weary from channeling the Light for Angela, and already very visibly wounded before that. With her face down like that, it's very easy to see the shape of the handprint bruises encircling her neck. |
Audrey Basque | When Petra showed up to pick up Angela, Audrey was already with her! She's wearing a very nice but simple green one-piece dress, which doesn't quite make it to her knees, red shoes, and a beige blouse over the dress as a warm second layer in case of chilly winds. She is in a VERY GOOD MOOD, not entirely unlike the day she delivered pie to the Library. Her neck is even clean! And visible! And like, there's only the slightest hint of any kind of bruising left. Don't worry about it. Her hair covers it up, mostly, and while she's standing next to Petra with her literal collection of brand new wounds, you'd probably not even notice. It's night and day. She's pristine. Having already been to Hydrochoeria, Audrey doesn't have to take in the sights nearly as much as Angela with, though the brief pit stop on a MOON certainly warrants a bit of fawning. Just a bit. A healthy amount. Okay no she's taking pictures with her phone like a tourist. It's not a bit at all. Let her have this. When they manage to sit down, Audrey naturally gravitates towards Petra, to check up on her. She'd INSISTED she was okay, but seeing her pale is still... "Is there anything we can do to help, Petra?" She suspects she knows the answer, but... She has to ask. |
Angela | Angela is worried that one time she will leave the Library and get swarmed by Arbiters but she also can't just stay in the Library forever. She would lose it. And more importantly, she has activities she has to do--some of which she can't really do cooped up in the Library. It's a concern she'll eventually have to find a way to deal with. Angela doesn't really want to meet the clerks and agents here either. Not because she hates them or anything--but because she doesn't really need to keep around the people she had to treat as expendable around her. It's just a slew of bad memories out to collide against her psyche. It's not worth it. She gives a small nod to Petra when she indicates where they'll be waiting for her. Her gaze settles on the wounds on Petra's neck. They're not exactly atypical or unusual at this rate but she does worry periodically all the same, even knowing the origin--and Petra's recent surge of general satisfaction and happiness. "Fortunately the trip back will be faster." She says. She needs to gather more Light. For Petra too, she decides. Angela rolls her shoulders and shakes out her hands and closes her eyes and exhales slowly before-- A rat scurries by in the distance. An actual rat, of course. And then a moment later, a young woman with golden eyes--not unlike Petra and Angela themselves--leaps out from around the corner and pounces onto the rat. "Ahahahaaa! I caught you, Dark Servant!" And immediately shoves the full rat into her mouth, still alive, and swallows it down. Her hair color is a bit similar to Angela's too, with that silver blue tint and being quite long, though she's waering an outfit that is hard to iamgine ANgela in--a bright pink and magenta skirt and corset with a heart-shaped hairpin in her hair. A MAGICAL STAFF is floating nearby but is well out of hands reach. She blinks and she says, "Ahhh!!" She points to Angela, "Sis!!! Petra!!! A pretty lady!" Her pointer finger swerves between them before she jogs on over, smile as bright as the sun. "Wow... You left the facility! I almost thought maybe you didn't want to since you were always there...!" "I was unable to. But we have found a workaround for now." She tactically avoids mentioning the pressure it places on Petra. "Have you been behaving?" "Pfffh...! Of course I did! I'm the Magical Girl of Love!!" The Queen of Hatred beams happily and then throws her arms around Angela, knocking her back a few feet from sheer exuberance. "Yaaaay!" |
Petra Soroka | "Is there anything we can do to help, Petra?" "Nah, you know the answer to that. It's not... a big deal." Of course Petra just waves off Audrey's concerns. She's worrymaxxing! Even despite the constant breeze of ocean-chilled air, there's a sheen of sweat dotting under her hairline, and occasional tremors run down her spine. She turns her head to the side, resting her cheek against her arm. "Also-- was that your first time off the superplanet, Audrey? Well, besides in IFO2, but that doesn't count." Then, the Magical Girl of Love appears! Petra pops upright, energized by her funny little scampering, and clambers off of the bench to rush over and give Love a hug. This results in briefly increasing her distance from Angela, causing a spike of psychic strain that catches up with her the moment she pulls away from the hug, lapsing into a severe coughing fit and turning her head away from Love and the others to be polite, After hacking up fistfuls of feathers, Petra pinches one between her fingers and wiggles it demonstratively at Love. "Hey, Love, look. I ate a bird. We're twinning." "Oh-- speaking of which, actually!" Petra points to her own eyes, then Angela's, then Love's, all identically matching gold. "It's sort of complicated, but it's related to how we can get Ange out of the facility now. So she can come visit!" "And the pretty lady's name is Audrey, by the way. Audrey, this is Love, obviously." The way Petra talks, it's pretty clear that she's just completely forgotten that swallowing a rat whole is anything to even take note of, in terms of odd behavior, since she cheerfully introduces the pair before turning to Angela. "Audrey's helping us out in the Library, which... I figure you wanna explain, sis? And your suggestion for Love?" |
Audrey Basque | Was it her first time off the planet? She'd been to a few worlds by now, but who was to say which of them were on the main planet and which weren't? It was, certainly, her first time SEEING that she wasn't on it anymore, and that's good enough. "I think so!" she replies, a bit excited. "Either way it was my first time seeing it like that. Shame it was just a pit stop, but I can come back anytime I want. And next week we're going to Jupiter! ... a moon of Jupier, close enough. I'm REALLY excited for that." It was a coincidence that it was Io; truly! But she wasn't going to complain about seing A version of Petra's home. And then a little girl eats a whole rat. It's one thing to see her in a selfie, it's another to meet her. Especially as she... snacks. Petra had told her she was young, and 'no longer ate people', but Audrey still manages to be taken aback by the display coupled with the colorful outfit. Which means she has to visibly snap herself back into introducing herself, smiling wide and awkwardly. "Hello Love! It's so good to meet you. Petra has said so many nice things about you. How are you today?" She elects not to helicopter around Petra too much, even as she's hacking up feathers, out of respect for her. At least for the time being. She spares Angela a look, though, especially while she's being assaults by Love. "Hehe... cute. This must be nice, Angela. You worked so hard to be able to be here." |
Angela | ''Hey, Love, look. I ate a bird. We're twinning.'' Love is of course going to return that hug! She giggles joyously at getting to see Petra. She is ALWAYS happy to see Petra. She considers Petra to be one of her bestest bestiest best friends. Really!! So she's immediately concerned when she starts coughing. She leans forward, pressing a hand against Petra's back and frowning with concern until--well until she says THAT! Understanding fills Love's eyes and she immediately stops worrying! "Ohhh! I get it. Ha ha... I was worried, humans don't normally cough up feathers but it makes perfect sense if you ate a bird. Did it wiggle as it went down? The BEST part is the wiggling!!" Angela seems subtly relieved, though it'll be more obvious to Petra. Love has probably seen Petra's eyes before now!! But Love does say, "Ohhhh, I see... You had a dramatic moment that gave you new magical powers...! That makes sense." Love spins on a heel, wobbling slightly as she looks to face Audrey as she's introduced. "Audrey!! I hope we can be friends too, since you're friends with Petra and Angela already!!" She has a lot of energy which doesn't make up for her lacking in guile entirely. "I'm okay...! A little bored, but now I'm very excited so everything's good~" She's been incident free of agent eating since Flamel's operation on her. "...It is nice." Angela rests a hand on Love's head and ruffles her hair which seems to make Love's day. "...Even though it took so many loops, I'm glad you've finally started to move forward." Angela says. And she gives Petra a nod before adding, "I wish to offer you some work, Love. I know you made a life with Justice here--but I'm hoping to help other Abnormalities so they can move forward too, like you have. And live fulfilling lives rather than simply being--" "SHRIMPLY being--" Love beams. "--Shrimply being confined to cells as you once were." As Angela, essentially, was. "You'll be paid since I know you've had issues dealing with ... authorities when living in other worlds so you can travel more but as the first to make a life for herself outside the facility, I thought you might be able to help the Abnormalities with the pitfalls they might encounter out in reality." Love's mouth hangs open for a moment and then she looks to Petra. |
Petra Soroka | "And next week we're going to Jupiter! ... a moon of Jupier, close enough." Petra closes her mouth from being just about to reflexively correct Audrey, and then nods a little uncertainly. "Uh, yeah, we are. The type of terraforming can change that sort of thing a lot, but if there's a gap in the atmosphere, then... Jupiter's pretty to look up at. It's like halfway between stargazing and looking at meteorology maps." "Did it wiggle as it went down? The BEST part is the wiggling!!" It's a little bit like the way that Petra was with Edith at Skull Island earlier in the week, how she immediately leaps fully into whatever bit the younger girl proposes. She nods, seriously, and reaches into her mouth to pull out another feather (wincing at the texture). "Oh, yeah, definitely. I figure you've got the right idea with rats, though; they're a lot better shaped to swallow, and there's no beak on them. Er-- I don't want to eat a rat right now," She hastily adds, in order to avoid Love rushing off and having to swallow an entire live animal. "You had a dramatic moment that gave you new magical powers...!" "Exactly!" This is precisely the takeaway Petra expected Love to have-- and it's also the correct one, almost! "I got a powerup by pledging to fight for Angela against the forces conspiring to destroy her... and now we have a combination skill that gets her out of the Library sometimes!' "--Shrimply being confined to cells as you once were." Filling in for Angela's explanation some, Petra leans back on the table to support herself, propping her butt up on the corner to endure the wave of psychically induced exhaustion. "So, you know the facility was a *bit* evil, right, Love? We've defeated that evil finally, and we're turning what's left into a home for Angela, and the Abnormalities, and all the other people who still want to work there. But it's a lot of work to heal all the Abnormalities in the same way you got healed, and... even after getting freed from that cycle, stuff was still hard on you at first, right?" "So that's where you can come in. Since you're the *most senior*," Petra puts emphasis on that, because Love's now in her second-season arc as the experienced magical girl who can be *responsible* for other people. "Of the Abnormalities who've gone through that process, there's a lot you could teach them, and you can help us take care of them while we defend the Library from the Head and everyone else outside. There's really no one better suited for it than you." |
Audrey Basque | "But of course! I'd love to be your friend too, Love!" Children are easy for Audrey to be around. That's true for a lot of people though, but for Audrey, it's... the social web isn't as complex. There's no performative dance needed. Although, this one used to eat people! So, it's a bit different, too. Angela offers her a job, and Audrey clasps her hands together. "Aaah! If you accept, we'd be workmates too, Love!" Well, saying THAT to a child is a bit odd, but she's sure it's something to be cheerful about. Makes sense, too; Abnormalities helping each other might be productive in ways people can't be. Turning her head to look at Angela, Audrey nods. "Mhm, it'll be really pretty no matter what! I have a Concord transport all lined up, since there's no Warpgate there. So we'll be flying! Cruising? I'm not sure what the proper term is, actually." She avoids the matter of consuming animals whole and wiggling, though. That's NOT a sensation she needs to think about and imagine! Not even a little bit. Nor does she have much to say to the work offer! Actually, she's taking the brief pause to get a good feel for the area and the sky. The natural flows, the twinkles hidden by the blue sky, and lines between places. Petra did want her to do some work after, and she might want to show Love a cool trick or two. |
Angela | Love is already half turn-around by the time Petra clarifies which preempts her doing exactly as Petra expects she'd do. He fingers wiggle lightly in the air as if saddened she couldn't fetch Petra a rat. Well, there's always next time Petra visits. That way she won't have already eaten... Love performs her idle animation as she listens to Petra, wiggling back and forth in space before occassionally dabbing the air in a dramatic pose before going back to wiggling back ahnd forth. She needs to do SOMETHING with her hands. "Cool! I hope Meika and I can get a combination attack sometime, even if she's a civilian." She LOVES combination attacks! Love mhm mhms at Petra and says, "I know! That's why I was there. To help fight evil with my sisters. But there's a multiverse of evil out there..." But what she's hearing does feel nice... And she WOULD want to help? And it is a little antsy being cooped up places... Even if that place is much bigger than the facility was. She HMMMs to herself, thinking it over--or at least making a show of it. "I don't want to be locked in a place anymore." She says. "You'll be free to come and go as you please. Abnormalities aren't deemed Impurities by the Head so it shouldn't be dangerous for you." There's still GANGS but, you know. Love doesn't exactly look like a small child but she has that kind of vibe sometimes. She turns to Audrey. "Coworkers... So you're helping the Abnormalities too..." Love taps her foot. "I need to...help my sisters." Her expression has gone from childlike, to a frown that wouldn't be out of place on Angela. "They're still trapped there. I mean, Happiness and Courage. ... And--" She looks towards Angela, and then even to PETRA. "You're so loyal, Petra... And that kind of keeps you trapped too sometimes but... I'm glad they all have you helping and--I need to help too. I've been stuck here for so long that--well, to be honest, I kind of wanted to see if I'd go crazy and start blasting people if I didn't have a threat to fight! I mean, I made do with the rats but I know they aren't ACTUALLY dark servants, ya know!" She rubs at her neck bashfully. "That's why I didn't offer to come back sooner to help them... I wanted to make sure I wouldn't go around hurting innocent people again just because I didn't have someone to fight. I feel like Meika and Lilian would be really upset if it happened again... I DO want to step forward too!" She thrusts an arm forward, pointing a fist in Audrey's direction. "...I'd have to check with Justice but... I think I do want to help. No, I need to help them. I can't leave them trapped in books. So I'll help and--once I feel like I'm confident enough to help my other sisters, we can go help them--and defeat the Dark Kingdom and Nihil once and for all!" She smiles at Audrey. "So let's fight together, fellow magical girl! Let's see...." She frowns. "...But there's already, like, star based magical girls right...?" She is in a conundrum suddenly!!!! "I don't intend to leave them trapped in their books either." Angela promises. "But that will definitely be more involved than with Fragments." |
Petra Soroka | "I don't want to be locked in a place anymore." "You won't be." Petra promises, nodding out at the rest of the island. "You'll still have your place here, and... actually, no one's trapped there.(cough Except Roland cough.) You've seen Chewie setting up his restaurant here, right? Even the agents are getting a chance to leave if they want. So...." Petra waves off Angela's concern. "It doesn't matter what the Head thinks anyways. You pass as a human. You look *more* like a human than half the people in the City. They couldn't touch me while I was an AI, they can't touch you even if they make a law about it." "You're so loyal, Petra... And that kind of keeps you trapped too sometimes but..." Petra holds up one hand to make a low-energy peace sign, using the other one to keep bracing herself against the table. With a little wink and the tip of her tongue sticking out, she says, "Well, that's why I'm the Magical Girl of Loyalty, you see." This is entirely for Angela's benefit but she assumes Love will find it cute too. Dropping the bit, and the lighthearted magical girl affect in general to match Love's frown, Petra nods. "Honestly, I couldn't stomach keeping you here if you didn't want to, but I'm glad you did stay for that reason. Like, not only am I, like, glad you don't go crazy and blast people anymore when you feel useless-- you might have to teach me, aha-- but it's super good info to know for the rest of the Abnormalities now. I wasn't joking when I said you were the most senior; you're kind of the blueprint we're working off of." "No, I need to help them. I can't leave them trapped in books." "Whether you feel up to it or not, Audrey and Ange and I won't let them be stuck there forever. But... it'd be a really big help to have you along too." Petra's mind wanders, imagining the gathering of herself, Audrey, Angela, and Love in the Library. Game nights are going to go *crazy*. She's suddenly gripped by another coughing fit that rips through her, gagging up another clump of feathers, which she swipes away irritatedly. "...But there's already, like, star based magical girls right...?" "Oh yeah... there's one even just named Star, right?" Petra looks to Angela for confirmation, since it's only through her memories that she knows that. "But there's lots of things you can do with a space themed name! Not that... well, Audrey's more like a wizard than a magical girl. She's never even eaten a rat." |
Audrey Basque | When Love turns to speak to her, Audrey of course looks back at her-- her focus falls off the environment, for the moment, to look at the little girl with friendly smile. "Mhm, I'm helping!" For a... certain definition of helping. More like she's flailing, right now. Audrey watches, curiously, how Love is starting to psych herself up; talking about others like her, talking about freeing Abnormalities. She can see the magical girl side, now, if the outfit didn't make it obvious enough. Her first instinct is to fist bump Love when she thrusts a fist in her direction, and then reassure her about her concept space. "Think of me as a magical girl of space, rather than strictly stars! Or a nice witch, if you want." No, really, she's not a magical girl at all, but this is a child and she's not going to take a child to figurative court over the meaning of words. And Petra kind of, leans that in a bit. Yes indeed she's never had rat and had no intentions to. Very insightful. She turns to Petra, briefly. "Ah, if this causes a momentary panic among the residents, I apologize." Then back to Love. "Love, would you like to see something cool?" She extends her hands up, to grasp at the sky. Quite literally, because with a sudden jerking motion she pulls her arms apart like she's ripping something in half. This one's not a delicate bend at all. There's the distinct crackling of glass, reality NOT liking what she's doing; the sky fractures, torn open like a massive canyon overhead. The blue and the clouds part, to reveal the full night sky that was hiding behind it, free of any light pollution even. Not just stars, but colorful space dust shimmering too. You'd swear someone just struck the sky and wounded it, a big gash of starlight in the otherwise blue sky. "See? Space." |
Angela | ''She's never even eaten a rat.'' Love says, "I can get her one!" Though she doesn't rush off to do that just yet and because her outfit doesn't really have pockets she couldn't store any backup rats either so Audrey is getting off pretty light. ... Today. Love frowns at Chewie setting up his restaurant. She doesn't understand why it's still okay for him to eat faces and not okay for her, but she supposes that's because Chewie was RESPONSIBLE about the faces he ate whereas she went on a face-eating/melting bender. ... And Love isn't really like desperate to eat faces either, she just wants to punish evil and sometimes she has giant snake fangs. When you have giant space fangs, everybody looks a bit like a gerbil. Love beams brightly when Petra calls herself the Magical Girl of Loyalty. Just because Angela spoke it doesn't mean it magically changed Love's backstory. But she knows anybody outside can be a magical girl sometimes. "EHeheh...you really are." She wiggles her foot bashfully behind her body. "You're flaaaattterriing me.... And gosh I still have a lot to learn but ... Well if I can help them, that'd really put a crimp in the Dark Kingdom's plans." She nods rapidly at Petra but is a little uneasy because Happiness is really far gone... Courage is so close but Happiness... ...She was the first to fall. "Oh! Yeah! She is Star! You're right! I haven't actually talked to her in person just over the radio..." She holds hers up. It is, of course, heart hsaped and looks like it opens up into a compact mirror. "I thought wizards wore like cone hats." Love adds before turning back to Audrey. She makes her hand 'explode' by opening it up as she pulls it away from the fist bump. "The Magical Girl of Space..." She murmurs. "I would like to see something cool!" Was there any doubt? Then the sky fracturs and Audrey CRACKS THE SKY and peels it open to reveal the stars. "Wow!! WOWW!!! SO COOL!!!" She hops up and down, clapping her hands excitedly. Angela gives a small nod to Petra. "It seems we are in accord. Fragments and Love have some synergistic themes so I imagine it'll be a good place for Love to start." She's still patting Love's head. |
Petra Soroka | "Or a nice witch, if you want." Petra looks over to Audrey and very seriously contemplates her for a minute. Asiding from the conversation with Love for a moment, Petra tilts her head. "I'm getting a read off of you-- *have* you ever tried the big pointy witch hat? No-- you haven't, but you really wanted to when you were, like, eleven or twelve, and had it hammered out of you by the time you started going to Nova Heliosanctus. That's my guess. I'm right, aren't I? Something like that?"} "You're flaaaattterriing me...." "Well, you're only the coolest magical girl I know and one of my best friends." Petra is *always* happy to gas up Love. 'Praise' is a sort of sticky thing, she knows, for girls like herself and Love, but even when it can be sour sometimes, they would die without it. It's a constant exercise to balance between praising, and remaining trustworthy enough that the praise stays valuable, which means limiting the amount of praise to stay within the bounds of responsibility given and personal closeness achieved. If she's told she's too good for doing too little, then it'll suddenly all go rotten and feel terrible to hear. This isn't Abnormality Work guidelines. This is just beautiful princess duo Work guidelines. Petra appreciates anyone who does this technique on her too-- which is no one besides, maybe, Dimo? Yuuki also seems like the type who would. "When it's eventually time to take down the Dark Kingdom, we'll all be there with you." Petra assumes this will happen in one of the magical girls' books. It's a pretty easy guess. "Ah, if this causes a momentary panic among the residents, I apologize." Petra waves her hand. "It's no big deal. They all know what kind of person I am. I could open up a gateway to hell in the plaza and people wouldn't even stop tending to the flowers." Petra tilts her face up and goes silent when Audrey does her trick. She doesn't ooh and ahh or jump around like Love does, but Audrey's seen the way she looks up at the ceiling planetarium to recognize the quiet wonderment in her eyes at the display. Still looking up, she eventually says, "... Yeah. I'm really looking forwards to having you around more, Love. You'll like the Library, I think. It's way prettier than it was before, and there's big cushy chairs everywhere. And there's genuinely good work for you to do, whenever you want. That's been helping me some, too." |
Audrey Basque | Petra asides to Audrey. She gives a flat stare, but after a few seconds... "Yeah. Oddly on-point, too. Is it that obvious? I mean, that's just a thing little girls want and grow up out of, isn't it?" Grow up out of... Implying she had. She didn't. "A-Anyway, I hardly see the relevance." Seeing Petra look up, though... makes her smile a bit more. "You know, once I have the tower set up... I bet I could make this happen on demand. Anytime you want it, at least. I think it would set the tone against an invasion if the sky darkens and the stars loom overhead, wouldn't it?" She ponders more practical applications, too. Like ensuring the night sky is always clear-- no pesky clouds to block the stars, no light pollution to ruin the view of colorful streaks that run across the cosmos, too faint to normally see. Well, that's for later. Audrey is taken out of Thought Mode by Love's happy cheering, and she practically starts glowing at making someone's day better. She even turns to look at Angela for second. "I remember how you looked at them on the roof, though the Tree was in the way a bit. Is it nicer, this way? I could probably widen the tear if it's not enough." She doubts Petra will last until actual night time, so this might be their best chance to stargaze today. |
Angela | ''Is it nicer, this way?'' "Than at the Library? ... Perhaps objectively so. But unfortunately that was my first time being outside and my first time gazing at the stars. I will never forget it. It will always be as if it was a memory of just moments ago." But the truth is, the pull towards those stars feels less firm this time around. Is it because it's just a different set of stars? Maybe. But a less firm grip doesn't mean that it is absent entirely. What does she expect to find there? ... A place like Phony's, perhaps? Or even Petra's old home? ... Places that she could visit but couldn't exactly live at, she's sure. She feels a tension behind her eyes but she cracks a smile at Petra. "I certainly wouldn't be surprised if you did that one day. Though that might you be acting with a light touch. I'm sure you could do something much more eyebrow raising than that if you wanted." She stops patting Love o9n the head to focus on the stars for a moment, a faint longing in her eyes. Not unlike when she sees the waves at a beach. "Aww shucks!!" Love places her hads on her cheeks, blushing fiercely. Pushing more than this would probably get her to shrivel up into a raisin but Love can endure SOME amount of praise. "I'm suuuuper proud of you, Petra!!! You've done so much!" Even if she opens a portal to hell but Love is sure that's so Petra can show those demons THE BUSINESS. "With more friends by our side, the Dark Kingdom...won't stand a chance!" She's sure confident despite how rough the first battle against DARK NIHIL was. Hopefully it doesn't pick anybody scarier than Netzach to possess next time! |
