Tamamo no Mae     It's evening on the Moon Cell, the simulated night in the sky showing a lovely view of the stars and a simulated moon... for asthetics. The Capital is lit up inside with a certain fox lying on her throne in the main area. "Mmm..." she mutters, still in her maid outfit, she pulls up a window, tapping on a few things, "Maej, huh... those kids..." she shakes her head a bit and closes the window. "Wonder how they're doing. Wonder if I can go back and see them... I wonder..."

Tamamo shakes her head a bit, her ears pinned to the back of her head... "Maybe I should...."
Nozomi Houken     The sound of the throne room's door opening is unmistakable; when Nozomi doesn't know one way or the other where to find her Servant, the throne room is always the first place she checks (followed by My Room - it's only when those two are empty that she starts to wonder). Fortunately, her search can stop here, because the fox is right there, sitting... no, lying on the throne. That's actually a tad different, enough so that the girl stops after a step or two with a concerned look. "Tamamo? Are... is everything okay? You haven't changed out of your uniform..." Granted, the fox does seem to enjoy her cosplay, but still.
Touta Konoe Touta's arrives at the Mooncell. More specifically the Millenium Capital to meet up with three certain individuals. After the whole Emblem City ordeal he hadn't heard much from either of them, so when the opportunity to drop by came around he decided he should check in to make sure everyone was okay. Though unlike the two of them he doesn't have complete access to My Room or the Throne Room without permissions. Though he's sure once he's entered the Capital it's just as good as ringing a doorbell. After all, they have Taiga and Hime-chan there.

Funnily enough, Touta's dressed somewhat different than last time. He doesn't have that katana he's always carrying around and he's even dressed in his work attire. A white button down shirt, black vest, black tie, and black dress pants. Honestly, he looks like he just came off of a shift working as someone's butler.

"Hime-chan! Nozomi-chan! You guys here?!" He shouts into the air as he looks around for one of those teleportation pads that tended to be around in these areas. It was the closest thing he felt they had in regards to a door.
Tamamo no Mae     With a step on one of the teleportation pads, a screen pops up in Tamamo's vision, it's at this time the door to the throne room is opened. A small button is pressed on the window and Touta's teleported behind Nozomi. Tamamo gives a slight sigh, looking languidly at the door... and to Nozomi and Touta. "Ah... Master." her voice is not her usual 'genki' self, "A... ah, yeah... everything's fine, Master. I... I just haven't been to My Room yet to change, I got concerned over a new development at the Moon Cell."

While not a lie, something is clearly bothering the Caster-class. "Master? Subject? Is something wrong? Or did you want to pay your loving Wife and Princess a loving visit?" she gives a half smile, moving to sit up upon the throne, "There's room here, Husband~"
Nozomi Houken     "...asking me if something's wrong in a voice like that..." Put it on record, folks. This might be the first time Nozomi Houken has ever adopted a long-suffering tone. Her expression is one of open concern, though it briefly falters when she realizes Touta is /behind/ her. "-ah! O-oh, er... hey. I... I didn't know you were... ah, I can go, if... if it's a problem." Those brown eyes come back around to Tamamo. "...I was just here to... I was worried about you."
Touta Konoe It only takes a moment until Touta's teleported into the room where Nozomi and Tamamo are. It's not just her appearence, her whole demeanor gives away how she was feeling. The usually expressive Tamamo's cheerfulness had instead been replaced with an expression of melancholy. Perhaps that was the downside of being so expressive, you could never truly hide how you feel.

As Nozomi turns back towards him and asks if it would be better if /she/ left.

He tries to give a reassuring smile as he shakes his head, "Of course not. Besides she just asked if you wanted a seat." He leans in a bit to her and whispers into her ear. "She looks really down, I'll leave you two alone for a bit."

With that he quickly looks back towards Tamamo giving a bright smile to the sun deity. "Yeah, I just thought it had been a while so I'd drop by and see if you were both good. But I forgot I totally hadn't eaten. Did you two eat yet? I can make something real quick for everyone if you want."
Tamamo no Mae     There's a perk in the Caster's ears, that's a tone she hasn't heard before. She moves to stand up and head off towards Nozomi ... until Touta offers. "Ah, yes, Subject... go ahead and make something... I haven't made food yet... you know where the kitchen is, yes? I showed you." She shakes her head, "Master, don't leave... I.. I do need you here." a pause, "And you too, Subject... I need some... close people." she sighs, moving to just sit on the ground, right in the middle of the throne room.

"Master.... I'm sorry." she starts, "I had... a dream... another fox spirit, another 'god'... a deity... Japanese. Someone similiar to me. ANd then... the next I know... I am taking care of children. I don't know how much time passed, but." she bites her lip... "I remember /everything/, Nozomi. Everything." she starts to sniffle a bit, "NOzomi, come here, please..."
Nozomi Houken     Nozomi looks confused for a second or two, but Touta does get a brief nod. "A-alright, ah... I haven't eaten yet, either," she adds. Then, she turns to Tamamo and... hesitates for a moment. It's the first time someone's ever looked to /her/ for comfort; it's so daunting for a moment that she nearly freezes. It's possible that Taiga's nonpresence has something to do with that. But seeing the look on Caster's face... well, before Nozomi even realizes it, she's already halfway there, and a second or two more is all it takes for the girl to be sitting herself down next to Tamamo. "I... I don't know what to say..." the girl murmurs.
Touta Konoe He was just about ready to go whip something up before she called the both of them. Needing people close to her. Was Touta really that close? He understood Nozomi was obviously close to her, but had he made that much of an impression? He wasn't sure but there was no way he was going to leave now that she had said as such. At least, not until she felt okay enough to let him go. So he ends up sitting down right with Nozomi and Tamamo, and listens as she talks about her dream. About Lumiere. About her second life.

Honestly, he can't say that he can empathize with her and what she's dealing with. Nozomi seems to be the same, she doesn't know what to tell her wife. Who would honestly? Touta is in the same boat, "What do you remember?" Perhaps its cruel for him to ask her that but if he can't comfort her as a friend. The least he can do is ask her what's bothering her and then listen. That's the best any friend can do sometimes.
Tamamo no Mae     Tamamo shakes her head, draping more on Nozomi than Touta... she lets Touta hug her tail. "Master... there's a deity that wants my help... there's children... the same two you saw when you rescued me from being Maej." she looks at Nozomi with a frown. "I remember the fighting... and another one entering the church to take care of." she sighs, "I went and took care of them, took care of them all, because... t..they all lost... everything." there's a small pause, and a sniffle.

"And the deity in my... dream I think... she was dying... or dead... her shrine was still there. I promised her I would help... that I would save her and her shrine. Y.. you told me to be a good fox, Nozomi. I... I was just trying to be a good fox..."
Nozomi Houken     Ooh, 'what does she remember', that's a good one. Nozomi gives Touta a grateful look over that. It's a starting point. For now, she carefully puts an arm around Tamamo's shoulder and listens, quiet. The distress in the Servant's voice is painful to hear, and her own expression starts to sag a little as a result - but Tamamo is so worried about Nozomi's own expectations of her that, surprised, she utters a faint squeak... then reaches up to pet Tamamo atop the head. It's a light, hesitant touch, a comfort she's entirely unused to giving out, but there it is. Pet, pet.

"...Tamamo, I... I don't know what to say, about... about having your memories blocked, or... or whatever it did to you. But... what you were doing there, as Maej..." The girl bites her lip for a moment. Then continues, quieter. "...I... I'm a lot like those kids, remember? So I'm happy that's... I'm happy with what we found you doing."

There's a brief glance at Touta, then the girl explains, "My parents died, when I was only 8. A car accident. My aunt and uncle..." A soft frown. "...they were never really... they treat me as an 'obligation'." So she's more or less an orphan herself.
Touta Konoe Touta probably wouldn't hug her tail, at least he wouldn't think of doing that on his own. He'll pat her on the back if needed though. He would hope however that Nozomi would be draped on enough and that in turn she would be able console Tamamo as she needed. As expected of the little husband she lives up to the expectation which with that in mind he gives a reassuring nod to Nozomi as she looks to him. She can take care of this now without him, so he'll do his part and quietly make something in the kitchen so the two can have a more sincere heart to heart. Slowing getting up trying not to make too much of a commotion as Nozomi begins talking about herself.

Though as she starts telling her tale to her tailed wife, he has to look over his shoulder for a moment. Maybe it's a bit sad for him to think this but as she starts talking about her past, he can't help but feel somewhat relieved that he's not facing the two of them right now. He doesn't need to add more drama to this story when Tamamo was the one who needed consoling. Besides there were things that needed to be done.
Tamamo no Mae     The headpats placate the fox-wife slowly, her head leaning into them slowly. "I want to go back, Master. I want to... I want to make sure the kids are okay... it's like... Maej is a full part of me. And that deity that cried out for help in the middle of all the broken shrines... You know I was ... am a goddess, a deity. I have a divine rank." she buries her face into Nozomi's neck, hearing the steps of her Subject going off to make food. Something... however, felt a bit off.

"No... Nozomi. I.. I'm glad you came to get me... to save me." she whispers, and there's a look towards the 'fleeing' Touta. "And Touta... being there to make sure I'm okay too. And to make us dinner." she shudders a bit, going back to burying her face into the Master's neck. "M... Master, can you... help me? I want to go be that good fox you so deserve... can you help me save this shrine... and... and those children? Get them out of that place like we did Her?"

    There's a pause..."Please...?"
Nozomi Houken     "Yes."

Nozomi surprises even herself. The answer is out before she even has time to think about it. But it's the right answer - it's an answer she doesn't have any doubts about. "I'm... I'm not sure what I'll be able to do. And I might get in trouble, for using Taiga on something 'frivolous'. Commander Kuroyama would look the other way, but his boss, the General..." She trails off, then shakes her head. "...I don't care. If... if you need help, then I'll be there. No matter what. Helping people I care about... that's why I'm still Taiga's user."
Tamamo no Mae     The sudden yes from her relatively unsure mouse catches the fox off guard. "Mikon?" she pulls away from her Husband, her face looks like she's ready to cry at any moment. "Y.. you do what you need to do. I... just don't want you to use that scary mode again..." she pouts, "As... as for his boss... Tamamo will deal with him. I'm... I'm just glad y..you want to help so much." she sniffles and soon, buries her face into that neck again, staining the top with a few tears.

"This is what Tamamo wants. Not land... not territory from the Moon Cell.. right now. Tamamo wants to make sure they are okay... to make sure my... my 'kin' is okay..."
Nozomi Houken     Nozomi shakes her head, frowning faintly. "That mode... I... I hate it. I don't like being her. She's... she's so cold. I've gotten used to it some, but it's still..." A pause, and then something like iron finds its way into her eyes. "...I don't care, though. Even as cold as she is, she's still... she still looks at you and sees 'her Servant'. She still remembers her friends. Who she cares about. If I need that power to help..." There's another gentle pat atop the fox spirit's head. "...she'd still fight for you. Because I would. She's still... sort-of me."
Touta Konoe By the time he returns the mood of the room had already changed. Not in a bad way, but it definitely still seemed somewhat serious. He didn't want to burst that bubble one way or another but... "Alright you too, I hope you're both hungry."

Touta finally returns after a bit of time in the kitchen. He comes with a tray in hand and with quite a few things stacked on. There are cups for freshly brewed tea, two bowls filled with nice and hot miso soup, and a bit of salted edamame that are all brought before Nozomi and Tamamo.

"Feel free to start with that I got the rest finishing up." Before the girls question what the 'rest' is, he's already fleeing back to the kitchen. One thing he really did appreciate about cooking was that no matter how bad off you were, most of the time a good meal could really change your mood. Simply filling one's stomach with good food could make alot of bitter feelings just melt away. So he's hoping that a nice meal with a few of Tamamo's more favored dishes would do just that. He'll have to ask Nozomi a few of her favorite meals for next time though.

When he returns again it looks like he brings in the main course on a few different plates. There's a whole assortment of sushi. Yellow tail, salmon, and tuna nigiri. A couple of spicy tuna rolls here and there. A bit of pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce on the side if they were needed. Then were was a bit of chicken thighs that looked like they had been glazed in something. They tasted pretty sweet, like some sort of barbeque sauce or something.

As everything is finally brought out he sits down next to the two of them, eager to eat. "Oh, don't forget to save room for desert you too. I think you'll both like it."

How great this meal would actually be in changing the atmosphere he wasn't sure, but he was hoping that at the very least it could fill up their belly with no complaints.
Tamamo no Mae     At least the Master and Servant are like in one mind. "AT... at least we are of one mind." she whispers, moving to let her Master free of her embrace. There's a familiar smell in the air. Ginger... wasabi... fish... miso soup. "A...ah, subject! Yo.. you did good. You did very good." she compliments Touta on this then looks towards Nozomi... "S.. shall we eat, Master?" a turn towards Touta, "And you too. Enjoy what you made as well, please."

Tamamo gives a light sigh, tapping on a screen so a kotatsu would appear before the three. "Go on, set everything here. Thank you, Touta. You do make good food, now let's see how this tastes now, shall we?" she gives a smile, one that hasn't graced her face this evening until now. "Ah.. umm.. Master... I may need your help Sunday... you too Touta."
Nozomi Houken     Nozomi opens her mouth to reply to Tamamo.

Her stomach chooses that time to quite loudly sound its approval.

    Nozomi turns beet red.

"L... let's eat," the girl agrees, embarrassed. But at least, to judge by the look on her face, she approves. And to judge by the way she starts in on the miso, she finds it quite enjoyable. She's even had a few bites of edamame by the time the sushi comes out. And boy howdy, does that start to disappear fast. As waifish as the girl might be sometimes, she's still a growing teenager.
Touta Konoe It's a sigh of relief for Touta when he hears how excited Tamamo is for the meal. It also seems like Nozomi's hungry too. Or at least her stomach is earnest about it. Which he takes a moment to chuckle about. Didn't she seem to turn sorta beetish read the last time he was here too? Maybe she's not feeling well either or somthing. He'll end up giving her his portion of miso as well. Gotta keep that body temperature up apparently.

Though as Tamamo makes her request Touta he just nods. "Sure, you got it." Not even asking what's up. It's just a simple response before he goes on a tangent.

"Still, not gonna lie. I'm really glad to be able to sit down and eat like this. It's really, really relaxing ya know? Plus I finally got to have all of us hang out together...Uhm...Actually, now that I think of it where did Tiger go?"
