Nagato     A massive warship is sailing through the waters close to the identified island, the temporary twenty-four hour pass used to gain access to the supposedly uninhabated island. With everyone on board who can't skate on water on deck, the island approaches at a good pace, the warship's four turrets all making an effort to turn towards the landmass. Coming from the radios upon the warship is Nagato's voice. "I apologize about the ride but we have to make our entry quick."

She slowly comes to a stop, floating in the water. The IJN Nagato an imposing sight upon the water near the island, "To all land based support, a boat is on my port side that should allow you to get to land fairly quickly. Primary goal is to investigate. Please keep radios on and keep in touch to make sure no one's ambushed. From what Musashi told me, we should expect the unexpected here." Where's Nagato thoug? Somewhere within the hull of the ship, near the citadel.

    Meanwhile, on the island itself:

Factories once again churn away at building who knows what and where as parts are shuffled along to other buildings. There's a visible port that looks to have a couple non-descript boats on it, nothing wartime capable and the airstrip is cleanly viewable from the allies current positions, though, no aircraft are in sight. While unheard from so far out, there's loud screams of 'volunteers' during the conversion... and the bolting on of the bootleg gear.

    ON Madagascar:

"Ugh, those damn Fleet Daughters are involving the Paladins too. If this keeps up.... nah, I don't wanna think about it." comes the voice of a stocky man, "Get rid of them, or I'll cut your funding for this ... project, you hear me?"

"I hear you loud and clear, sir. Though, why cut funding when you're going through the same thing I am. Converting yourself into part machine to wear that heavy gear? I'm not sure if cutting your funding, win or lose, is going to beneficial to you..."

"Grrr, why must you toy with me this way, Scunci?"

"Because I need you... just like you need me."
Shigure     The IJN Shigure is cruising alongside Nagato, the smaller Destroyer masking herself in the shadow of the larger Battleship. "Shigure, on station... Radar active, beginning area search." The small antenna atop her bridge tower begins to rotate slowly, sweeping across the surface and air in the direction of the island. "I will try and give early warning."

Those that know the Destroyer's profile would note something odd. Two of her primary turrets have an odd assembly of smaller barrels, three sets of six, arranged around a central point where the ordinary artillery barrel would be. Looks like she's expecting to be taking an AA role.
Gaonoir Gaonoir doesn't mind any roughness in the ride. He's been standing on the deck most of the trip, bomber scarf occasionally flapping about behind him in the sea breezes as he's already in his Perfect stage. He's here for air support, he shouldn't need another form, hopefully.

As the warship slows in the water he reachs up to slide his aviator visor down into place over his eyes, tapping it once for the digital scanners and commlinks to syncronize. Then clenches both hands into fists as the larger bionic battle gauntlets expand over them and a low thrum starts to ripple from his jetpack. "Ready for take-off on your mark Admiral."
Yuna Kagurazaka And sailing alongside the battleship and the destroyer is an even smaller ... well, not a ship, nor even a boat. Kagurazaka may be classified as a light cruiser, but she *doesn't* have a full ship form like the natural Fleet Daughters.

She does, however, have the Matrix of Light - and given what happened the last time they went up against the Bootleg Daughters and their 'makers,' Yuna figured it's worth having all her options on the table. Elner is flitting along next to Kagurazaka herself as she 'skates' along the water's surface; Jiina, Marina, and Erina are stationed about Nagato's deck. In fact, they're currently in their human guises and are wearing passable sailor uniforms of their own - very near the design that Yuna's wearing, albeit without the cap. An attempt to look like part of the crew, maybe.

"Elner, aerial surveillance," Kagurazaka instructs the robo-faerie, who flits away and upwards, to assume a position over the island. Elner's tiny size should mean it escapes notice. "Jiina, Marina, Erina," Kagurazaka continues via radio, "go with the land team for now. If we have to get noisy, just break disguise and zero in on my position however you need to. Admiral, let me know when we need to start breaking things."
Sanary Rondel It had taken a while for Sanary to get used to the idea of boarding someone she's seen and talked to in person. People just don't turn into freaking ships in her world! That's why she's actually looking somewhat withdrawn for once, standing on board the IJN Nagato with her gunaxes and Physic staves tied firmly to her back.

She's also holding onto a railing to make sure she isn't stepping around too much. Her boots are clean, at least, but walking around on someone still feels extremely weird! The fact that they used to be bitter enemies probably doesn't help, either. Considering the situation and her potential involvement, though, she'll just have to suck it up!

"<<Port side, port side... Er. That's left? Or...?>>" Damn nautical mumbo jumbo. Thankfully, the healer's good enough at following directions to find the boat for getting to the island, and she quickly takes that to get to the island instead. "<<What's the procedure, then? Kill or subdue?>>"
Eryl Fairfax     Eryl stands on the bridge of the warship, keeing binoculars trained on the island and factory. Already, he can see smoke from the supposedly 'abandoned' factories, distantly hear the screams of 'volunteers.' "The island shows definite signs of life. When we land, we should attempt to cut off any means of escape. Scuttle the boats at the pier, check the hangers of the air strip for aircraft. Let's make this clean everyone." In response to Sanary, he starts to say something... but stops. This is Nagato's operation, he will leave the answer to her.

And so, when he does get on the landing boat and arrive on the island, he immediately follows his own advice. From his elbows, slugs erupt, aimed at the ships already docked. They'll tear through wood, plastic, and metal to smash holes below the waterline, slowly capsizing the vessels. He also slashes the mooring lines with blades that extend from his arms so that they don't damage the pier as they sink.
Nagato     "Any non-military buildings are to be protected at all cost as last operation had our subjects in them. All military buildings, including the airstrip, need to be destroyed." she comments, "On confirmation that this island is experimenting and creating more Bootleg Fleet members." Nagato gives a strange pause, the guns turning towards the airstrip. "I have an uneasy feeling about that. Fairfax, Gaonoir, please explore that area."

Nagato takes in a small breath, echoed through the radios... "Why don't you just fly, Sanary. See if you can sneak overhead and grab a look at any of the buildings, see if there's any humanoid members there that look to have metal grafted in them... or gear similar to ours when we're not transformed."

Elner indeed goes unnoticed, though the sudden sinking of ships does get noticed. There's some hustle and bustle as various men and women head towards the now sinking vessels, some of them look dreadfully pale as well. "Grab the lines! Save those boats, we need them to get off the island!" comes some shouting, while there's rustling with more people trying to find what happened. "Hey... is that a pair of boats out there?" comes a loud voice with binoculars... "I... don't know what those designations are, they're not United States... or any other known ones... too ancient looking..."
Shigure     Shigure remains on station next to the flagship, radar still tracking. "... I have a bad feeling about this..." is all she says, turrets tracking into ready position, the rotary barrels beginning to spin up. "Shigure to Shinden flight, faint radar returns behind the island, count, approximately thirty."
Eryl Fairfax     Eryl nods with satisfaction as the boats sink, before continuing his move on the island itself. He hears the shouts of the oncoming members of the Bootleg Fleet, and stands right in their way. Arms folded, cloak fluttering in the sea breeze... he poses quite the imposing figure.

As they come into view, he announces himself, directing his voice so even those looking out on the sea can hear him. "I m Eryl Fairfax, Grandmaster of the Paladins! This is a joint operation between Paladins and the Hikari Fleet! Lay down your arms and surrender immediately, or we will respond with force!" He looks deathly serious.
Sanary Rondel "<<Understood. If anyone hits 'em too hard, just holler and I'll make sure they don't die from it.">> Sanary chimes in over the radio, then raises an eyebrow at the suggestion to fly. "<<Fly...?">> A quick look downwards, and she coughs lightly.

"<<Oh. Right. I'm off, then.>>" And without further ado, the healer takes flight with the magic-powered anklets! She's going fairly high, too, partially to try making it harder to be distinguishable from very close seagulls or pelicans, and partially because it is very hard to be sneaky with a giant axe and a pair of long wooden staves strapped to one's back.

At least the flying part itself isn't too hard. Sanary lets out an impressed noise as she listens to the radio and hears Eryl about avoiding burning everything down, even chuckling lightly while she keeps her eye trained on the island facilities below. "<<I can get behind that. Now... Let's see if I can spot anything without them catching me.>>" She squints, trying to figure out if there's any particularly odd-looking people down there.

Ones that aren't the Elites on the mission, anyway. Everything weird might just be starting to look the same these days.
Gaonoir "You got it." The dull thum turns to a near deafening roar as the engines open up to full throttle and launch the digimon off the warship's deck. 'Jetdog' is a very accurate nickname for Gaonoir as he blazes into the air in a low arc over the island. "Erika, are you getting this?"

While she's had to remain back at the Seaport due to potential unknown dangers of the mission, that doesn't mean Erika can't help out in other ways. She clicks at her keyboard a few times while watching a video feed of what Gaonoir is seeing, thanks to her digivice being plugged into the laptop. As the Digimon sweeps the airstrip with his sensors she pinpoints a few spots and highlights them. "Smash a few holes here and here and you'll render the strip too short for any standard aircraft to use. There's a minimal distance most craft require to get to takeoff speed."

"Good enough for me." Gaonoir pulls up into a hover, clenching his fists even tighter as they start to glow from the dark energy he harneses. "An a good time to try out this new move." He slams both fits together in front of himself, angling them down at the island airstrip.

"SOMBRA GATLING!"

The energy around his fists erupts, firing off in several high speed shots one after the other, aiming to turn the strip unusable. Unless there's someone that can take off VTOL style like he does, but we'll deal with that if it comes up.
Nagato     ERYL:

When the scouting party hears your announcement, they are quick to be on you, though the imposing look jitters them a bit, "Lay down our arms? YOu have to be kidding me, you know all the work we've been through!? The boss will kill us if we do that." "Yea, sorry bub." they raise their chainguns and without any further word, start opening fire. There's a click... and the alarm is now blasting. "Just die." they comment as the chainguns start eating through the ammo, sending it barreling towards the Paladin's leader!

    GAONOIR:

The gatling attack really does a number on the asphalt surface of the airstrip, and, if he was paying any attention, the airstrip... before being pockmarked and nigh but destroyed, looks freshly laid, not even the rubber of an aircraft seems to be on the strip! Though, the attack didn't go unnoticed. The alarms are blaring and the hangar bay is opening, revealing... humans decked out in what looks to be archery uniforms. Their faces... and any other exposed skin are as pale as can be, and they start shooting arrows at the digi-wolf! High speed arrows that transform in mid flight to haphazard looking, but still flyable, planes that start shooting black bullets at him!

    SANARY:

There's a lot of hustle and bustle on the ground, alarms blasting now as on the far side of the island, the exact number of Shigure's radar contacts is known: 30. And they all look very... very... very strange as they looked decked out in a bunch of magician-like uniforms... stage magician ones. Tuxedoes, bunny-girl outfits and the like. Fifteen of them to be precise. The others look almost like Fleet Daughters of the Heavy Cruiser variety.

SHIGURE and YUNA: The contacts are moving... and there starting to become more numerous as the radars start picking up aircraft in the sky, thirty... fourty... fifty. None of them seem like bombers for now, the direction of them is coming from the airstrip!
Shigure     Shigure's radar lights up like a christmas tree. Air contacts, dozens of them. She broadcasts an alert and begins to power around in a tight turn to interpose herself between Nagato on the vector of contacts, then begins approaching the island to intercept, her AA batteries swinging up and beginning to preliminary track.
Gaonoir "Huh, guess some of them didn't need the airstrip after all," Gaonoir remarks at Shigure's warning and the 'archers' shooting arrow-planes into the air after him. He leans back to reverse his hover a bit, holding both arms protectively in front of himself. Little bursts ping off the massive guantlets shielding his face and the rest of his bionic flight suit, leaving a few cracks here and there as they wittle into his defenses.

"Tch. No concept of personal airspace." A gleam flickers across his visor, and just enough of a smirk to show one of his canine fangs. "Let's see if you small fries can keep up!" He blasts upward briefly, loops over, and then sends himself flying not after the arrow-planes, but diving back towards the airstrip and the archers. The little planes shooting at him are annoying, but he knows where the real threat is going to be. Besides, if he just knocks down the planes they'll keep launching more.

Forget vast predatory birds, Gaonoir hurtles towards the airstrip like a blazing black comet. As he does so he winds back with one arm, clenching one gauntlet to channel the Dark Digitron through it and make an even bigger fist of shadowy energy crackling around it.

"KNUCKLE CRUSHAAAAHR!"

And aim to slam into the ground energized fist first right in front of the archers, between the charged power and his velocity the impact turns the attack into a large blastwave of dark energy erupting outward from where he hits.
Yuna Kagurazaka Initially, Kagurazaka isn't entirely sure what to do; most of the action for now seems to be on the island, and while she *could* just wade up on land with the others (like Jiina, etc.), she's here for naval support duty.

Then they pick up on fighters launching. A lot of them - the kind of attack wave Yuna was hoping the bad guys DIDN'T have on hand.

Kagurazaka accelerates hard, wincing a little as she feels her engines complain - or maybe that's a crew fairy griping, in their near-subliminal way, straight into the back of her head. Either way, her cannons are loading anti-air shells as she comes out from 'behind' Nagato and angles to get herself between Shigure and the beach. She can get closer to the island's edge in Fleet Daughter gear than Shigure in her full-sized destroyer form can, and she's taking advantage of that now; she may be a more squishily fragile target as a human than either of the ship-form Fleet Daughters, but she's also a smaller and more maneuverable target - and she's counting on those advantages to see her through this.

"Gods and spirits of sky and sea, protect us," Yuna murmurs briefly, then focuses her full attention skywards, tweaking the fuse timing for two of her turrets ... and opening fire, staggered like she normally does it, technically *before* the fighters are within range. But by the time her shells reach that spot and detonate, they should be JUST close enough for the lead fighters to get caught in detonating anti-air rounds.
Eryl Fairfax     "I'm sorry too," is all Eryl says as the guns are pointed at him, as the alarm goes up.

He watches the barrels closely as they start spinning, pulling up their manufacturing details in his head, waiting for just the right moment...and then, just before they start shooting, he's airborne. Crossing the distance between them through the air, over the hail of bullets. As he comes down upon them, armblades extended, he swings!

Slashing the ammo belts that feed their weapons. He's certainly not about to kill them.

However, he does follow up by grabbing the leg of the one on his far left, and then swinging as hard as he can. Using them as a makeshift bludgeon to smash the rest of the party over the head! He then drops his improvised weapon and descends upon the lot of them, handcuffs extracted from his person to lock their wrists together behind their backs, as well as chain their ankles together to keep them from running.

"Don't go anywhere," is all he tells them before continuing his advance on the facility.
Sanary Rondel Sanary soon slows to a stop as she notices that movement, breathing a sigh of relief at not getting shot at just yet. "<<We got a lot of people down there. Some in... Er. Weird outfits. What're those things called... Leotards?>>"

A rough grunt escapes the healer, and she descends further to get a better look as the heavy cruiser-likes come into view. "<<And a good number with gear that looks like yours, yeah. Not Nagato-level heavy, but more like... Like...>>" She coughs lightly into her hand, gripping a Physic staff tightly with the other while trying to distract herself and not think too hard about what she's going to say next.

"<<Pancakeapan...~?>>" And then she brandishes the staff properly, looking around rapidly to see where her allies are. Noticing that Gaonoir's taking fire, she promptly starts throwing down long-ranged healing towards him!
Nagato     GAONOIR: The fighters from the Archer-Type Bootleg Carriers continue their assault as they start loading up another arrow, slightly different than the rest, but with the fighters strafing upon Gaonoir failing to do much of anything there, it gives the jetdog a perfect opportunity as the Archers are lining up the next shot, aiming towards the sea this time. The Knuckle Crusher's blast wave knock the archers right off their feet as a few arrows do launch into three waves of black coated fighter-bombers, twelve planes in all, heading towards the ships! The archers scramble to get back up and try to reload, they wern't meant to fight something up close! In a strange mechanical like voice, one speaks, "Go... away... Fleet... Scum."

YUNA: The fairies are only complaining slightly, there maybe a twinge in the back of the mind that Akashi's going to have a word about overstressing engines, but that's not the time or place. The magic-like, and some of the archer-like, carriers attack aircraft finally peek over the horizon, the black coated fighter-bombers scream towards the Fleet in question, but with the Anti-Air Cruiser's own preemptive anti-air cut in taking place, quite a few of them are destroyed, the smouldering wrecks taking a nosedive towards the ground, ripping up some forest and some crash right into the water close to Yuna herself! Some, however, do get through to be dealt with by...

SHIGURE: The ones that do get through are subsequently harried by Shigure's, and to a lesser extent Nagato's, anti-air barrage, so even /fewer/ get through, positioning themselves to try and bomb the stationary battleship, releasing small anti-ship bombs, some which get taken out from the anti-air barrage still going!

ERYL: The extremely quick reaction time startle the two chaingun wielding men results in the chaingun belts destroyed, rendering the weapons inoperable. More people start to rush in but with one of the people being used as a makeshift bludgeon gets swung around... they promptly say "Fuck this..." and run.
Nagato     SANARY: The healing energies are thrown towards the jet dog, but with Sanary basically being a scout for the Fleet and Friends, the heavy cruisers start opening up fire, using modified type three shells to send fragments of shrapnel and magnesium up towards the flying scout-plane-healer-thing! One looks like they're going for a radio... and that's when the anti-air emplacements start lighting up, aiming to spread inaccurate fire to try and hurt... or kill... Sanary
Shigure     Shigure's turrets rattle with 25mm autocannon fire, the three barrel assemblies rotating around their own centers, and around the central anchor as well, spraying shells in wide areas. The remaining two standard cannons fire airburst flak shells, and the remaining AA emplacements throw their own slugs into the air... but it's not enough. Radar track the remaining attack aircraft, and the dropped ordinance. "Admiral!"

The destroyer drops her starboard anchor, and pulls an action movie hard turn to return to the Battleship's side, her guns swinging around to prosecute the returning assault craft so they can't land and rearm. The Destroyer's seaframe groans under the stress, and with a firm cracking sound, the anchor chain snaps as the ship pours on the power to get back into a defensive position of her flagship.
Eryl Fairfax     Eryl watches them run with a frown. He really doesn't have time to spare to pursue them. But, he does have time to give each a parting shot to the back of the knee from One Hand Clapping, the guns built into his fingers. The painful jolt should hopefully dislodge their kneecaps and keep them from getting far.

He then breaks into a run towards the factory, towards the screams. The first door he sees, he kicks open and charges into, scanning the area while keeping his finger pointed at any threats!
Yuna Kagurazaka Kagurazaka winces as she hears the bombs going off behind her, and requests a status update from Nagato. 'Minor damage' makes her breath a LITTLE easier; the loss of Nagato's anti-air emplacements, on the other hand, is pretty serious in this situation.

"Jiina, Erina, return to Nagato and fill in for her lost guns," she transmits to two members of the Matrix of Light; in response, two of the 'girls' who headed onto the island revert to their armored combat forms and simply fly back to the battleship. Erina is more daring, flying up to help intercept the aircraft which are returning post-strike; Jiina just stays low, and Kagurazaka alerts the kanmusu to the fact that these two are, in fact, friendly.

That leaves Marina still doing reconaissance, although it seems like Sanary, Eryl, and Gaonoir have found the bulk of what's there to be found (and Marina's not looking to join battle on her own). And of course, Elner remains on high surveillance - just in case there's anything to be spotted that the other members of the strike team *haven't* stumbled across yet.

After maneuvering clear of Shigure's repositioning stunt (which, to be fair, is even more impressive where she is), Kagurazaka checks the sky once more. If any of that first strike wave are in position for her to help shoot down, she does exactly that - she's possibly more confident in Nagato's ability to survive than Shigure is, but that doesn't mean Kagurazaka is dismissing what just happened.
Gaonoir It takes a hearty tug to wench his knuckles out of the pavement. As he stands up Gaonoir emits a barking (literally) laugh. "Scum? Really now." He makes a show of shaking some of the debris off his arms, and giving his scarf a swat to swish it back over his shoulder where it belongs.

The burst of healing from Sanary helps, but it's going to be short lived if he doesn't do something about these aeroplane launchers.

Canine muzzle splits into a sinister smile of sharp teeth. Then it's a blurr of blackness as he moves almost too fast to see, even on the ground Gaonoir has some wickedly quick reflexes, a metallic hand lunging forth to grab one of the archers around the neck and hoist her up. "Oh, I am much worse than 'scum'."

< Gaonoir! Don't be too rough, > Erika quickly cuts in over their private connection through her digivice. < For all we know they are unwilling subjects in this knockoff process. >

"..." Eyes narrow into little slits behind the visor. Metal fingers squeeze a little tighter... But Gaonoir knows all too well how it feels to be made into a weapon. Turned into a monster. There is for a brief moment some faint sympathy.

At the same time he's got allies out there that are going to be in serious trouble if any more airpower is put into flight.

".. But yer just a bunch of pawns." Instead of strangling her like he might of moments ago Gaonoir makes a grasping motion with his other hand. The archers' own shadows seem to come to life under the influence of his Shadowplay ability, strikes lashing out not at the girls but to grab and smash their bows so they can't launch any more planes.

Then he drops the one he was holding. "Go on, get your glitchs out of here. Before I do something -worse- than render you useless."
Sanary Rondel How did Sanary get roped into being a scout, anyway? She's only got one eye!

... Right. The flying. Still, being a flying healer scout can only last for so long before she starts drawing the wrong sort of attention in the form of sharp garbage exploding around her. Although she swings her gunaxe around in time to prevent the worst of it from hitting her in the face and neck, she's already taking quite a few shots to the everything else!

"<<Keh... Taking fire. I'm going in!>>" Gritting her teeth to try and shake off the pain from the mounting injuries, Sanary puts a quick burst of power into the anklets before cutting it, dropping straight at the anti-air emplacements to try and destroy them in one massive axe drop!
Nagato     ERYL: And get far they don't. They fall over in pain as their kneecaps are disloged and they're sent to the ground, writhing in agony! Being kneecapped hurts, you know! Though the first door that Eryl sees is broken into, the look inside is very... very... sterile and grim. There's people under white sheets in the room, unconcious for the most part, some with metal sticking out of their backs and cranes above them. The nurses all look to be in shock from the sudden entry of someone /not/ the Bootleg Fleet. "W...hat are you doing here?!"

YUNA: With two parts of the Matrix now on board Nagato, it looks to be situated quite nicely... Marina, however, is doing a nice job marking military to non-military targets and noting emplacements, radars, and what have you around the area to be destroyed or recovered or used as evidince. She does spot Eryl breaking into a big building with a red plus sign on it, marking it as a medical facility, now... where did one see /that/ before...

Shigure: The maneuver sends up waves of water that wash over Nagato but all in all, the plane count is thinning out from the autocannons and those that already dropped ordinance have been destroyed, sent to the bottom of the sea where they belong. Nagato does call over the radio though, "Good work, I'll be fine, sail around and go destroy that enemy fleet." there is a familiar feeling of comfort eminating from nagato over the radio to Shigure though.

SANARY: The one eyed flying scout. The anti air emplacements continue their assault until 'click click' the ammo spewing stops, giving the healer enough time to cut in and axe them a few questions, or at least destroy the emplacements, sending quite a few men and women flying from the massive axe drop!

GAONOIR: "You... are... fools." they continue to mock the air-puppy, getting ready to just fire an arrow point blank into him, at least, they would if it wasn't for the fact that their shadows are moving on their own and the loud snap of bows being broken echoes through the hangar. Inside said hangar? Ten land based bombers...
Eryl Fairfax     Eryl looks around at the room, wrinkling his nose before he fixes the nurses with a deathly stare. "Paladin Grandmaster Eryl Fairfax. I'm here with the Hikari Fleet to put an end to this." He gestures at those on the operating tables and says, "If you start unhooking them from everything but painkillers, and tell me where the one in charge of this operation is, I'll get you a reduced sentence."

Being here is making him deeply uncomfortable, more than he expected. He's a cyborg himself... but he's the result of careful upbringing before even the tiniest augmentations. This place feels like a chop shop of the human form, of clumsy augmentation. He's going to make sure the courts come down on the one in charge like a fist from God.
Gaonoir "And you're a bunch of creepy wannabes," Gaonoir retorts. But he's not about to let the taunting distract him from the real purpose of the mission. "Now scram, I've got more important problems to deal with." Like the actual military asset sitting there at the hanger.

Metal feet dig into the battered airstrip pavement to brace himself, a few sparks arcing between his fangs as Gaonoir opens his mouth "HOOOOWLBACK CANNOOOOOOON!" and releases the electrified shockwave at the hanger. The disruptive effect of the howlback is very much similar to an EMP, he's hoping it'll screw up those bombers to the point of uselessness without actually blowing them up. Because that would possibly put a lot more people at danger if a few exploding fuel tanks start a chain reaction or something.

Okay so maybe he has learned -some- amount of 'avoid excess collateral damage'.
Sanary Rondel If nothing else, Sanary's ability to heal herself is quite the boon. Today, it's not because of being able to close up those injuries from the anti-air fire. No, it's because landing that hard is hell on the ankles. And the knees. And the legs.

Basically everything hurts, and the previous injuries from the anti-air fire only make it hurt more. Still, to see all those bodies flying, the destroyed emplacements... It's a real power trip! Thankfully, she doesn't start laughing maniacally or anything like that, although anyone that's actually looking towards Sanary will get a crazy-eyed stare and grin in return.

"Come on! If you still think it's worth holding on that shit, then come at me!" She swings the gunaxe around overhead while bellowing that challenging, then breaks into a run to start smashing nearby emplacements (or foolish defenders) that are still standing and shooting at her allies!
Yuna Kagurazaka The 'medical center' is pretty obviously going to be where they're modifying girls into bootleg fleet daughters; Kagurazaka remembers THAT much clearly, as does Elner, who queries Eryl about it.

But out on the water, things seem to have settled down somewhat. Nagato's lost emplacements are being covered for by two members of the Matrix of Light, and with the enemy forces pretty much tied up by the others, Marina is able to fill in the rest of the 'map,' with Elner collating all of the gathered information. The Paladins will likely appreciate having all of this information compiled into a single datafile ...
Nagato     ERYL: The nurses look around, whispering to themselves... "Th...the Paladin's leader?!" is the collective response to this before one stands forward, "I.. I'm afraid we can't tell you, we... don't know who /he/ is... we're just hired from Madaga..." a shot rings out and the nurse that was speaking falls over, a pool of blood where the wound is. Shot through the head too... The gun toting one is another nurse, "I'm afraid she was a bit out of her paygrade for trying to say something. Mister Fairfax, was it? You won't find our boss here, you won't find him... really anywhere, honestly. Some of us don't know who he is, just hired..." she looks around at the people in gourneys, "Or bought, stolen, traded for... or those who have nothing else to do with their lives and contemplated killing themselves anyways. We're... just helping." a pause, "Uncomfortable?"

SANARY: "N..no thanks!" comes the surprised yell of about ten fully grown, buff and burly men as they run off and dive into the ocean! They aren't fucking with a crazed lunatic lady with an axe and one eye... "You can have this damn island!" But hey, more things to smash! Gun emplacements, radar dishes, and something that looks like a power box too!

Gaonoir: The archers look at each other... without their primary weapon, they're practically useless... "We... can't leave." they mutter, before running off away from that Howlback Cannon! The electrified shockwave courses through the bombers and there's a few explosions, but not the fuel tank variety. Practically /every/ capacitor on the planes blew... releasing the magic smoke out like a good electric spewing dog wanted to!

YUNA: Map data acquired, full map data for the area known as Sub-Madagascar obtained. A quick compare to the data that Ooyodo had for the place... there are noticable differences... the picture /looks/ like it may be a hundred years old, but with the destruction of radar dishes and other things in Sanary's Smash Fest 2017, it's the same island and everything. THere's not even a look of any destruction on the new map data until suddenly there is. A hidden generator to give false images... an overlay... was over the island.

Speaking of /over/ the island. There's the sound of ten large caliber guns going off... shells streaking across the island and breaking apart in the standard type three shell... raining down over the enemy fleet, disabling most of them. "Targets disabled...."
Gaonoir Gaonoir doesn't care if they can't leave the island, as long as they're not attacking him or shooting out more planes to make life rough for his allies.

The digimon walks into the hanger, grabs something that would help identify one of the bombers as such and pull it off. He doesn't really care, but considering the Paladins are involved, it's best to have some proof that these were actual 'military targets'. So no one can complain they blew up an island settlement with no purpose.

As he's walking back out he taps the comm contained in his visor. "Gaonoir reporting in. The airfield has been dealt with."
Eryl Fairfax     So, they're just hired ha-Eryl spins and points his finger at the gun-totting nurse as the other one dies instantly. He doesn't say anything though, just listens as she gives him more and more rope to hang her with. "So, we can add human trafficking, kidnapping, and illegal euthanasia to his rap sheet then. And murder to yours."

He doesn't even dignify her last question with an answer. A bullet erupts from her finger to strike her gun, knocking it out of her hand before he closes the distance in a mad dash. Grabbing her arm, he pivots and tosses her to the ground before wrenching her arm behind her back.

"The rest of you, on your knees with your hands behind you head," he says frostily. He wants no argument right now.
Sanary Rondel Just as planned! Sanary puffs up a bit at the sight of people fleeing from her, clearly reveling in her moment of triumph. Sadly, she can't do that for too long what with still having a job to do, and she spies her new targets: More gun emplacements, radars, and power box! She's about to start smashing them up, too, but halts just before actually swinging her axe at the power box.

Instead, after a brief discussion on the radio, she moves away from the power box! It probably wouldn't look good if breaking that got people on operating tables killed, after all. Instead, she focuses her efforts on taking out the radar systems and gun emplacements, more specifically chopping apart cables and gun barrels rather than breaking them entirely. They might be salvageable later! Maybe.
Yuna Kagurazaka So that's how they were able to throw off previous investigations, thinks Yuna, as Elner relays the fact that the island had somehow been cunningly disguised. The exact mechanism of the disguise isn't THAT important - but it could be instrumental in gaining some additional trust from the government of Madagascar.

Most of Yuna's other thoughts are abruptly derailed by the sound of Very Big Guns going off, and the ensuing sounds of devastation as Nagato takes certain matters into her own, temporarily non-existent, hands.
Nagato     In the Medical Wing, the gun is shot out of the Nurse's hands and suddenly, she's tossed to the ground and practically arrested right then and there! The rest, however, do /exactly/ as Eryl ordered, even before hand when he fired, on the ground, hands behind head and eerily silent... only the noise of heart monitors echoing through the now silent chambers... Along with Sanary's wrecking it like the bad girl she is, the island is practically defenseless now, more so with the cover of that cloaking-like device being destroyed as well, rendering the land visible to all to see, in its undivided fullness.

Nagato and Shigure manage to pull up to the island, close enough to transport boats can load the passengers aboard: injured, alive, prisoners and victims. "We'll make sail back to Hikari to unload the victims. You can deal with the rest of them, Commander." comes Nagato's echoed voice over ship radio. "Thank you all for your efforts."
