Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli had landed on the world and just... flew off. Screw customs, screw getting talked to by security, she flew off at max speed towards the castle. And, well... once again, she completely ignored any kind of defenses or barriers they had and any pony that tried to get in her way probably found themselves smacked down, hard, as water swirled around her. Fortunately she wasn't going for wounding and at least SOME probably recognized her as Luna's special friend. So told people to just get out of her way.

Luna would probably hear alarms going off moments before the window to her room would burst open and Lapis looked around frantically... Only to HUG the princess.

"Y-you're okay. Oh thank the stars you're okay. I-I know everything bad happened a-and I thought bad things happened t-to you I-I wasn't sure how to find you but I wanted to find you but I didn't know how a-and I'm so sorry I-I thought you might h-have died a-and I found your world and I'm so so so so sorry...." Was... was she crying?
Princess Luna      Luna's ears perk and she looks up from the video game she is playing when shots start to go down the halls of the castle and someone hits the raid siren. Luna leaps up, her wings spread and she prepares to take flight. Just before Lapis bursts in through her balcony and pouncehugs Luna. Luna blinks in surprise, then hugs Lapis tightly, even wrapping her wings around the gem. "I am also glad to see thee unharmed. It was quite worrying, and there were many things to ensure were protected here in Equestria." She gives Lapis a firmer squeeze, then nuzzles against Lapis. She notices the gem crying and tears start up in Luna's eyes as well. "I...I was worried about thee as well. I am sorry I worried thee."

Luna just holds Lapis for a little bit, hugging the gem close. "We art alright now. There is no need for thee to worry. It seems whatever happened was focused mostly on the superstructures that the factions were using for bases. I have not heard of any worlds that were damaged by the incident." she says after a moment, then pulls back a bit and smiles. "Perhaps it is thanks to the stars that we are okay. But, as thee can see, nothing bad happened to me or Equestria. So please, dry thy tears and relax. Thou art safe, and so art thy friends."
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nodded, holding onto her and then... she hummed, slowly pulling back as her wings flowed back into her back. "Y-yes. You are safe. Everyone is safe. I was... so worried. That... that the bad things happened to you." She gently stroked her cheeks. "But you're good. You're..." She then paused. "Wait. Is this the moment where we kiss? They often kiss in the videos that Peridot has shown me. During times such as these."

Then blinked. "Or they begin to disrobe. I can't imagine why, though. The screen always turns black and when I ask Gary about it he gets very red and a strange look on his face." Well, this couldn't get much worse. Fortunately, lapis was easily distracted. "Oh! were you playing the games? I have cleared my punishments! For now! I think. Would you like me to join with you?"
Princess Luna      Luna gently strokes Lapis's hair as Lapis hums, then...blinks before turning red. "I..um...if we were dating, then perhaps those two situations would apply. As for the disrobing...it is..." Luna probably has a very similar expression to Gary's. "...perhaps we can discuss that at another time." she says with a nervous giggle. "If thou wishes to play games with me, that would be fine. I was playing a simple game about building in a world consisting of objects consisting of block shapes."
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nodded. "Oh, then okay! We shall date then! We did that once, yes?" she said with that big, completely not reading or understanding the situation, smile that she so often had. Poor Luna. And then she got smooched. "Okay then! I will create the greatest of all cubes! Is it a game of math and science?" She turned and left poor Luna in the fallout of, well, THAT.

See, at least other people she crushed on probably weren't THAT bad. They didn't do THAT.
Princess Luna      Princess Luna sighs softly and giggles a bit. "Well, considering the rumors already circulating after our dinner I suppose it makes sense to actually date." she says, shaking her head resignedly. As Lapis mentions making a cube, Luna giggles again. "Neither. It is a game of artistic creation and careful planning. We shall mine into the earth, reshaping the land and creating magnificent dwellings! Thou shalt be able to make whatever thy wishes within the game! A farm, a factory, vehicles, armaments...it is a very versatile game."

Luna takes Lapis's hand, then leads her over to sit on the edge of Luna's bed in front of the TV. She hands Lapis a controller, then unpauses the game. "Oh...and we shall be attacked at night by dangerous creatures."
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli blinked a few times. "Oh. I... I am not... good at... at such things. But I shall try!" She does, indeed, try. And... she... well... she tries to harvest the water.

However, when Luna says that last thing. "WHAT?! Why did you not tell me? Is it because of the joining of worlds?" She grabbed her by her shoulders. "Do not worry, Luna. I will defend you until my very core is shattered." Her hair was getting all wavery. "If these... these creatures think they can lay a single claw on my dear friend, I will destroy them with the sheer ferocity of a thousand oceans."
Princess Luna      Luna smiles as Lapis says she will try, then blinks as the gem goes a bit overboard with her declarations of defense. Luna giggles at the end, then laughs for a moment and hugs Lapis. "Thou art so funny. The monsters to whom I was referring live in the game. They shall attack our game avatars when the sun goes down in the game." she says, then smiles again. "Please, calm thyself. We are quite safe within the castle." She starts moving in the game, and her block-like character starts chopping down a square tree. "However, there is a small danger of being attacked in real life when I am on my nightly patrols. There are many dangerous creatures that live in the darkness of Equestria."
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli blinked and stared. "Oh. Ohhhhhh. O-of course. In... the game. We... we had thought... that you... oh," she whispered, then gave a soft, weak laugh. "I-I see. Well. Then. I shall join you on your patrol tonight." ... Luna's way of talking was slowly infecting Lapis.

She then started working. And she was... a very.... methodical and destructive player. She... started harvesting EVERYTHING. And creating containments. Making a simple home but, once she found out how to kill things... she did that a lot. Her favorite weapon was the bow. She began harvesting chickens, too.

Honestly, it'd probably get a bit... scary after a bit. She was still a gem, afterall.
Princess Luna      Luna smiles warmly at the offer and nods. "Very well. I am always happy to have company on my patrols. It can be very lonely at night facing the dangers of the night alone. Thy company shall be...most welcome." she says to Lapis.

Then, they play the game. And Luna sees part of Lapis she hasn't really seen. The methodical, cold, warrior mentality. Luna focuses more on the building, the farming. She only fights when evil creatures attack the house, and after watching Lapis for a little while she finally speaks up.

"...Lapis...thou dost not have to kill every living creature in the world. Only those that are dangerous must be fought. Those that pose no danger or will leave us alone if we leave them alone should be spared." Even though it is a game, Luna doesn't want to see innocent creatures destroyed by her friend.
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nods. "Yes, it will be quite a bit of fun, being with you! And I will make sure no creatures harm thee!" yup, totally absorbing her way of talking.

However, at that point... she seemed confused. "Truly? But why not? They are creatures of evil, are they not? As beings that oppose us, is it not our responsibility to wipe them from this world and cut them down to the last creature? Is there some benefit to leaving them alive?" ... My gosh gems had fun ways of looking at things.

However, after a moment, she paused. "Wait. This is... a... Steven thing. Isn't it? Like why he doesn't want me to... destroy the ants. The e-coli system, yes?"
Princess Luna      Luna smiles softly as she listens to Lapis, then nods gently at the end. "One of the most important premises of our world is the concept of sharing. If a creature is not directly and immediately threatening our survival, then we do not harm it. If it poses some kind of threat then we must handle it, but destroying the creature is not the best option. And...I do not believe chickens or ants pose any kind of real threat to us. Certain strains of e-coli do, but we are the higher creature. We have a responsibility to take care of both our world and the creatures in it, no matter how small."

Luna wraps a wing around Lapis and gives her a light hug. "Tell me, what was thy thinking when thy saw the chickens in the game and thought they needed to be destroyed?"
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli blinked a few times as she eyed the screen. She leaned into the hug. "They... had things? When they came to me, I destroyed them. And they gave me things. It seemed a more efficient means by which to gather materials. Destroying the chickens and harvesting them for my arrows, by which I could hunt more chickens." She paused and glanced up.

"And that is... wrong. I should... accept... the insignificant lives, even if they don't matter to me... unless they put me in danger, correct?'
Princess Luna      Luna nods at Lapis's conclusion, then snugs Lapis again. "Correct. Except that no life is truly insignificant. The world may not end if we destroy ants or use disinfectants, but if we destroyed all life other than our own then we destroy the very point of life. A sterile world is not one in which I would want to live." she says, then hees. "And besides all that, in a game such as this there is a much better way. Dungeons and strongholds!"

Luna leads Lapis through the world until they come upon a castle full of skeletons that immediately start shooting arrows at them. "These creatures wish our destruction! And it is perfectly fine to destroy them. But, if you see any strange blocks made of black wire and with flames inside it, do not destroy those. They are very important resources!"
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nodded, ehr eyes going wide. "Oh! I see! It is for entertainment, yes? They are entertaining to us, and therefore we let them live?" she said, preening as she finally figured it out. "Really? Oh, you would not like gem worlds. They completely eliminate all non-beneficial forms of life when they take them over. And..."

She paused and thought for a moment. Her eyes lowered. "I... suppose they would... see you as... non-beneficial. And... insignificant." The frown got deeper. "I will not slay any more chickens."

"Oh! We can?" And then underwent a mass purge of the skeletons! Also, got blown up. When the creeper got her, she jumped and tossed her remote, grabbing luna and shaking. "W-what was that?!"
Princess Luna      Luna smiles happily when Lapis says she will not slay more chickens. The battle with the skeletons is ferocious! Their fortress is full of skeletons of all types. Some use bows, others wear full armor and attack with two swords or long spears. And then...the creeper! Luna eeps as she is shaken, and quickly catches the thrown remote with her magic. "I-it is called a Creeper! It is a creature who strikes quickly and silently, using its own explosive-laden body to try and destroy others! ...did I forget to mention them?" she asks, looking a bit sheepish.

Luna has to fight an uphill battle until Lapis can get back, and finally just holes up somewhere until Lapis returns.
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli whimpered a little and had to be calmed down a little after the little startled. She'd died, she'd actually died! And it'd been scary. Just sssss BOOM! But, finally, she calmed down enough to play the game, relaxing against her again and soon returning with an armament of death and destruction, slaughtering them in a flurry of death and destruction. And... "Oh, it's so cute!" Slime. "ACK! NO! BAD CUTENESS! DIE DIE DIE!"
Princess Luna      Luna keeps hugging Lapis until she calms down, then laughs as she encounters the slime. "It gets smaller each time. The smallest ones cannot hurt thee. I often leave them alive, but I will leave that up to thee." she says as they continue through the dungeon. After much more fighting, they find the last room of the dungeon. Spawner blocks dot the floor and ceiling, and an army of skeletons is spawned every so often. "Oh dear! I did think there would be so many! We must retreat and form some better tactics!"

Luna withdraws from the final room and starts to block the door with building materials. "Quickly, Lapis!"
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nodded and then left a handful of them alive, per her friend's directions. "Okay, let us go forth and destroy them all!" Soon. "RETREAT!"she squeaked, hiding behind Luna both in and out of game. "Can... cna we not destroy them through other means? Perhaps drop a lake on them? Or hit them with the moon?"
Princess Luna      Luna giggles as Lapis hides behind her in both realms. She blocks the door completely, then shakes her head. "No. But, we can use guile." She then starts digging through the wall and carefully and methodically digging through the boss room's wall strategically and placing light sources around the spawners. Once the area is bright enough, the skeletons stop spawning. It takes much longer than fighting the skeletons and destroying the spawners might, but when they are done Luna and Lapis have a huge room with controlled skeletons spawners.

Luna smiles brightly when they are done and wipes her brow. "There, see? Sometimes destruction is not the best way. With a little planning and some work, we have tamed all of these dangerous spawners. Now we can divert their output and make a farm!"
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nodded, rubbing her chin. "I... I see. OH! We have made a farm, too! yes! and we have gathered the... Pupkin! It is a pumpkin puppy!" she said proudly. "I will have to bring it one day. You will like it, I'm sure! But it is the only living thing we made. We tried to get the corn to talk to us... but it refused. Vegetables are very... lame," she said with a frown.

"But we miss gems, too... sometimes. It gets lonely. With... so few of us."
Princess Luna      Luna blinks at that. "Thou art actually able to talk to plants?" Luna asks, eyes a bit wide. "And...thou art an owner of a canine crossed with a pumpkin? How didst thou manage that?" she asks, then her ears lay back a bit as Lapis mentions missing the gems. "We all face loneliness sometimes. That is why we form friendships. Anytime thou art feeling lonely, thou art welcome to come to Equestria and see me. I would only ask that thou dost not awaken me if I am sleeping unless it is very important." She hugs Lapis again and smiles.

"Now, for our farm! It will take work, but we can make a system that will harvest the skeletons and provide thee with all the arrows thou could ever use!" she says, then smiles. "But, we can work on that another time if thou wishes to do something else."
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli shook her head. "No. We tried to get them to talk. But steven said the things in this world don't speak like that. Or rather, the plants don't. Why do they grow like gems if they're not gems? It is so annoying," she said with an annoyed snort.

She then gave a quick nod. "Oh, yes! I... very much would like to visit you more. You are my friend, dear Luna. And yes... Steven gets mad sometimes when I awaken him, too. Gems do not need sleep so it can be... difficult to grasp. Occasionally. Why you do. And the pupkin was steven's doing. Like the water melon boys." ... Gem magic was weird.

She then shook her head. "Oh, no! I... very much like being with you. Luna. I do not enjoy the farming much. But I do not enjoy much of anything. But doing it with you makes it far more enjoyable and fun!"
Princess Luna      Luna nods lightly. "Each world in the multiverse is different, but very few have creatures that grow from the ground and are as intelligent as gems or humans or ponies." she says. The talk of watermelon boys makes her give a curious look, but it is replaced by a smile as Lapis says she likes being with Luna. "And I enjoy being with thee, Lapis. Thou hast a true zest for life that I enjoy greatly. And, we do not have to farm at this very moment. Thou dost seem to enjoy battling. There are plenty of virtual enemies to destroy. If you enjoy battling, we can try another game. Most games have a much higher instance of fighting. Or, if you wish, we can..."

Luna blinks, realizing it is getting late in the day. "Oh, it seems we are almost out of time. I must go and raise the moon, then begin my patrols. Thou art free to stay and continue playing, or to join me." she says, setting her controller down and standing before stretching a bit.
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli places the controller down. "I... honestly... do not enjoy the fighting, either. I like the eliminating of those who wish us harm. But... I enjoy the mining. Mostly. The harvesting and gathering of materials. And it serves no purpose if you are not here." She got to her feet.

"I only wish to play when you are around. Without you it is... bland. And empty. And boring. I... think all of those forms of... entertainment are. when done. Alone. Except the movies. But even they are better. When others are there. Like Peridot. Or steven. Or you."
Princess Luna      Luna nods gently as she listens to Lapis. "Yes. They are all much better when shared with others." she agrees, then takes Lapis's hand. "Art thou ready to fly? We shall patrol Equestria for dangers, and when no dangers are near we shall enjoy each other's company. Perhaps have another picnic." she says, smiling cheerfully.

Luna walks to the edge of her balcony, her long gown fluttering gently in the breeze along with her ethereal mane and tail. She spreads her wings, then waits for Lapis to join her. "Oh, just one warning. Please do not attack anything, even if it seems very dangerous. Every creature out here is merely trying to survive, so unless it is a direct and immediate threat to us we shall not attack. And even if it is attacking us, we must endeavor not to kill them. Merely convince them to leave or stand down."
Lapis Lazuli Lapis Lazuli nodded, taking the other girl's hand and walking up besides her. "Right. All of the lives are... precious. Like the ants. Do not kill them. Even if they attack us. Because they are not insignificant," she said with a nod.

How well she'd follow would be up to debate. If something attacked luna it would get EXTREME... but possibly not fatal, commeupance.
