War Witch     It's been a week since the first encounter with these monsters, and almost a week since the creatures launched their invasion in earnest. During that time, the heroes have been run ragged trying to save everyone, keep damage to the city to a minimum, and just punch as many monsters as possible until the portals depositing them in Paragon City grew too unstable and shut themselves down, thus cutting off reinforcements.

This is not a tenable long-term solution, and some of the greatest magic users on Primal Earth have come together to try to find a solution. It's a bit out of the league of War Witch and her coven, but there are other magic users on this planet... And in the Multiverse.

Here on Talos Island, they're trying to cobble together a way to get rid of the portals for good, as well as update everyone on what that headache-inducing force on the other side of the portals IS exactly.

"The enemy we face is called Rularuu the Ravager," a pink-garbed, pink-haired ghostly woman by the name of Numina begins as she levitates before the assembled heroes on the multi-tiered layout of the island city zone that has so much Greek architecture in it. Despite being in Rhode Island. "He is a god-like entity who absorbs entire dimensions. He has many powers, but the greatest danger he poses is his vast knowledge. He has absorbed THOUSANDS of dimensions, and knows just about everything we could throw at him. It was luck that the Midnight Squad managed to trap him in an otherworldly prison called the Shadow Shard, and he's been there since the 1960s. It seems he's somehow found a way out, or is at least engineering his escape via these portals."

Numina looks around to those assembled, Magic Origin heroes, as well as those from all other Origins, and those from the Multiverse as well. "The dimensional boundaries weakening indicates Talos Island will be the next invasion point. It's already been hit multiple times, but it's going to get hit again. This time, we're not fighting to stall until the portals collapse. We're fighting to get as much information as possible about the portals before they close, so that we can sever whatever connection between the Shadow Shard and this reality is being used to keep invading us. Any questions?"

War Witch, bruised, one arm in a sling, looking tired as hell, just mutters about how this is still stalling for time, just for a different reason. Being tired and in pain makes her grumpy, okay? Horus is trying to see if his new power armor-based scanner is calibrated properly and frowning in frustration at how many of his inventions still won't work ever since returning to heroing. Apex looks like bruised meat and is so stiff he can barely manage to crack a joke. "Can we hope for this to be the last one of these we do? I'm ready for this event to be done."

Numina squints her phantasmal eyes at the martial artist and says, "It will take time to prepare the counter-measures after gathering the information... But it depends on what we find out."
Dorian Pavus     'Run ragged' is definitely a good way to describe Dorian. He's stayed here throughout as much of it as he could, though there was that one time when he collapsed and went unresponsive, and needed to be extracted via his Medi-Porter. In the infirmary, he'd remained that way for several hours, occasionally twitching or making some other small move, eyes open but not responding to visual or auditory stimuli.

He finally came out of it at the end of that time. And he looked like '''HELL''' when he did. Already exhausted from the fighting and overuse of mana, having to deal with... whatever it is that kept him unresponsive for so long was massively bad. And yet, after but a short period of rest, he insisted he was well enough to help. He wasn't stupid enough to sacrifice himself needlessly, he assured the medical personnel. He knew when to quit.

    So he says...

Anyway, whatever it was he said, it was enough to cause the medical personnel to OK his release from the infirmary in time to get to this meeting. He's had time to get cleaned up, but no amount of cleaning is going to hide how tired he looks. His eyes look sunken, and there's an unusual pallor to his skin underneath his naturally dark coloration. Magically- or psychically-sensitive people might sense a 'bruised' nature to Dorian's aura. As if there's still some lingering effects from the overuse of mana.

He listens to the explanation of exactly what's on the other side of these portals. "So a darkspawn, basically," he assesses. It's a terminology that's familiar to him. "Pity I can't go ask the Templars in my world for help, they're good at anti-magic tactics. Unfortunately, I think they'd begin their anti-magic tactics with me if I showed up on their front stoop, so that's really not a viable option."
Ixqor Nathrach Stood amongst the crowd, appearing to perhaps be an oddity amidst all of these heroes and sorcerers of the realm, but perhaps not? It certainly was a strange place. Never had he been to a realm where so many were so empowered in such ways, and also living in such a close space. It was a sight to see, and he did his best to take in every last detail. Any of these 'heroes' or 'villains' could be his next ally, or his next hinderance. More importantly to him, in his visions he saw landscapes of great heroes or villains wielding the blades he has devoted his existanc eto finding... Could one of them be lying about this universe? It wouldn't be impossible. Especially with current dilemma being dealt with. Portals from another realm, opening up and unleashing 'monsters' on the lands inhabitants. COuld these be the legions of chaos ransacking yet another dimension? He'd have to wait to find out.
All that was certain for him was that he would have to be cautious in this kind of crowd. He knew nothing of their powers, and had any of them known what he was, and was daringe nough to try and turn the crowd against him, he would most certainly be doomed. Underneath the armor, a bead or two of sweat dripped down his forehead. This was the lions den, and for once he was the mouse.
There was a matter to focus on though. The incursions, portals from anothe realm, and this Rularuu The Ravager. If they were not of the chaos legions, halting their advance would not be as easy as he would like this to be. Were they warp tears, he could close them alone if left alone, but otherwise, it could take a good deal of channelling, and likely several attempts at identifying the power that drives these 'creatures'. Were they psychic beings like the daemons he knows well? Magical constructs? If so, what kind of magic. Questions, questions, questions. And no answers he could immediately pull. It would have to be played by ear, but, knowing his power as a sorcerer, he was at least confident that this could two be solved.
'If it weren't for the threat of these blasted heroes, my mind would be unclouded!' He thought to himself.
Questions were being asked. It was tiem to calm his nerves. Through the local grits of his helm he spoke. "What are we certain of when it comes to the monstrosities. What is teh capability of their weapons?" His voice was distorted due to the armor he wore, and it didn't make him seem any more a 'good guy', as his helm was adorned with two golden skulls caught between horns, and his armor was littered with adornments showing devotion to the Chaos Gods.
Maya Maya is worried about the invasion to be sure, she's thankfully had a quite time of it back home which has proven to be useful in helping Paragon City out. She wasn't one to leave people in trouble if she was able to help. She had magical power to be sure maybe she was not as flexible but when she heard a horror like this was coming? It left Maya well? In a very odd place her ancestry the Creator's Gift stirred something in her. It wasn't just Maya's own will it was something about her nature that compelled her to be here. A thing that should not be was to be fought and listens to Numina nodding as she was there hovering a bit off the ground for the moment.

"We'll have to deal with this thing, it does not have the right to continue existing."

She thought it couldn't get any worse and then something comes that also makes her blood go cold. Oh Fates save it it can't be one of them? She gave Dorian look for a moment and then looked right to Ixqor for a moment but dares to not look at him for too long. She fer the effect the symbols of this follower of Chaos would have on her and everyone else here.
War Witch     Numina answers the inquiry from Ixqor of capabilities with, "What we've seen so far is four distinct types, which we have classified as Brutes, Natterlings, Watchers, and Wisps. Brutes have high levels of strength and resilience, can fire an energy beam from their eye, and can boost the strength of their allies around them when they are in danger of defeat. Natterlings attack in swarms, are easily routed when they are near to defeat as they choose to flee, but can merge together into a larger form with greater strength as well if they are nearby to another. They can spray crystal shards as projectiles and fly as well. Watchers are giant flying eye balls. They can bite people with their eye lids, fire an eye beam that can induce heaviness and slowness in addition to dealing damage, and fire sharp quills in a limited area. Wisps looks frail and weak but they are tough and resilient. They are also apparently intelligent and leaders of the others, with psychic power that lets them assault the minds of others and predict incoming attacks. Their prediction only seems to work for close-range attacks though, and they actively avoid melee engagements. If at all possible, let ranged heroes handle Wisps."

Numina looks around and says, "That's all we know about them so far. Any other questions?" If there are none, then that's fortunate, because as War Witch is turning towards Dorian to see how he's doing, feeling how bruised his aura is, the portals start opening in the sky, twisted holes in reality.

"--Ah, sorry, we'll have to catch up on your aura after this. Thanks for all the help though, Dorian." And she nods to Maya as well, "And Blue Witch."

Then there are Natterlings pouring out of the portals in dense clouds, along with some that seem to be bigger and nastier than the others... Similar to merged Natterlings but... Different somehow. Portals nearer to street level have both Brutes and even taller and more muscular versions of them charging out, alongside Watcher variants with purple eyes, and Wisps with greater musculature and stature as well. Great, so now they have to deal with 'improved' versions of the enemy.

War Witch can't do much in the way of fighting... So she's with the other magic users assembled in sitting down and trying to meditate or scan or cast or whatever their assorted magic types do, and leaving protecting people and fighting monsters to all the other heroes.

The enemies they're facing becoming even more dangerous is all the evidence they need that this problem is not going to get better unless they stop the portals from opening.

Brutes smash parked cars aside as they flood the streets like living battering rams, tramping and plowing through everything in their way. Civilians have been evacuated for the most part thanks to Numina's prediction of the invasion, but there may still be people indoors or in-transit.

Watchers and Natterlings are descending on the gathering of magic users, seemingly aware of the threat they pose and trying to end it by focusing on the casters.

Wisps fly high in the air, directing the whole thing.

They really have their work cut out for them. Battle is joined!
Ixqor Nathrach The hordes are categorized then, and described. They could be daemons of the warp, but none of these descriptions match anything he knows of, save for the brutes or wisps, but it's a stretch either way. In a way he is pleased to face a new enemy, especially one that truly poses a threat to him. It is a chance to learn. He is saddened however, as this greatly reduces the chances of any of teh divine blades he seeks from being in the realm. He would hold on to hope however. The Changer f Fate will reward his dedication in the end, he can feel it.
They came then, from the skies, and new portals opening up all around them! "They are upon us! Steel yourselves!" He he cried out, his weapon was drawn. An ornate, beautiful blade, who's twisted shape and terrible aura made it a thing to look upon in awe, and despair. He did not waste time drawing his bolter. It would not be needed. If he wants to help learn the nature of these creatures, the best path would be to blast them with his psychic powers! Above all, he wanted the wisps. He coudl feel their psychic pressence bearing down from the sky. His eyes squinted, as he eagerly awaited being able to test their minds' strength against his own. As the flying beasts came down and began to hone in on the gathering, Ixqor extended the blade skyward. "Feel the searing fires of the warp!" His curse was uttered along with his proclomation, and his blade took on an even more terrifying form. IT began to glow a toxic bright green, the light consuming the entire blade, making it unseeable for a moment. The light did not fade however. It took form, making the shape of a long, daemonic snake, compromised almost entirely of warp fire! The daemon bound to the weapon had shown it's ghastly head, and sprea dit's jaw wide to let loose a barrage of burning bolts into the sky. "Fall to ashes!"
Dorian Pavus     Dorian looks to War Witch in surprise. "'Bruised aura'?" He seems unaware of this. Though he does smirk a bit. "That could explain the feeling of having been trampled by a herd of mutant nugs, doesn't it?" Despite his words, he sounds amused. More seriously, he notes, "But yes. We have things to do, people to see, monsters to kill." The usual in Paragon City, right?

Once the battle is joined, Dorian gets near where there magical types are meditating and scanning. He parks himself there, near them, and casts a Barrier around them. It's designed for little more than a quick burst of protection, and fades quickly. However, he concentrates on sustaining the Barrier this time. It's not going to leave him much concentration to do much else, but hopefully it'll mean the other magic-types can do their work in peace.

It is, however, going to leave him vulnerable. Particularly bad, given the beating his internal magic reserves have taken. They're restored enough to handle keeping the Barrier up, but he has to maintain constant concentration.
Maya Maya good cheer even for a grim situation like this? Has faded she seems very on edge now very on edge with a follower of Chaos here? She has concernes such as they may cut a deal with the thng they are fighting for more power. Also they tend to taint things where ever they go in her experiance. Oh this day just got worse and she felt something else as she looked at Ixqor. However now was not the time to worry about that.

She looks to Numina and nods "No problem we best get to work."

She would end up moving in to enage the enemy, Maya's magic was more direct than some of the others and soon the elemental spells start flying at the Natterlings. Lightning, Water, Earth and fire all slam into the horde in rapid succession the Ix might notice the young looking woman has a hell of a lot of magical power as she doesn't even seem to tire with the spells she's throwing at the invaders.

"Dorian if I could get some cover...and Dorian does so. Maya can't help but smile a little something is going right today at least with that.
War Witch     The heroes doing the fighting, including Ixqor, Horus, Apex, and literally dozens of others of all kinds, spread throughout the zone, though most are gathered around the circle of magic users. Some who aren't the sensory type are making barriers like Dorian, weaving theirs together with his to help them all sustain the defenses together, sharing power and knowledge and abilities... And then the ones with the means focus their various spells and magic rings and ancestor spirits and who knows what else on bolstering their collective consciousness enough to actually penetrate that ocean of power on the other side of the portals and gain useful information. War Witch tried with a collection of experienced magic users combined with her own mind. She barely lived through it. Now she's about to try again.

Let's hope that this time goes better. Noble Brutes now fight alongside the normal Brutes, Apex just trying to keep up with the sword masters and ninja and exoskeleton wearing tankers and all the rest as they engage in fierce ground combat. There are local villains causing trouble as well, but this time, at least, they seem to be fighting the soldiers of Rularuu before going after the heroes. Unless heroes come within detection range anyway, then both sides go after the heroes because WHY NOT, right?

Watchers and Observers blast the barrier with their optic rays only to face flying heroes like Horus blasting them out of the sky, and ground-bound Blaster types like Ixqor raining chaos fire and chaos snakes and chaos chaos into their midsts, setting the tooth-eyelidded monsters on chaos so that they can not see let alone keep shooting.

Casters like Maya throwing lightning and fire and all manner of other things at the massed Natterlings and beefier Bull Natterlings, piling on the Area of Effect attacks. If these new opponents have new powers, they aren't using them yet. Which might not be a good thing, because it means they might surprise them at the worst possible moment.

Thankfully, however, it appears the primary obstacle to learning about the portals was simply the overwhelming pressure of Rularuu on the other side. He is not actually attempting to conceal anything about the portals. Perhaps he can't, even. But what the circle of casters on the ground is gathering information-wise is already enough to start formulating a plan. They just need a little bit more...
Ixqor Nathrach Ixqor's barrage continued to blacken the skies, but only for a few moments more. He could not sustain such an attack forever, as it drained his physichal and spiritual powers slowly. He'd have to engage them in melee, but not by taking to the skies. No, he would bring them crashing down to him! The serpent daemon that was Jomungandr coiled, and then began to extend outwards, reaching up into the sky. In short bursts, it would bob and weave through the incoming fire and latch onto one of the harrier eyes and toss it to the earth, assuming the force of impact would kill it. WIth each attack that hit them, he focussed harder and harder on these creatures. His gifted and tainted mind was doing it's best to see deep into the souls of these hellish creatures. In their last breathes they would be weakest to such soul searching, and so his mind would look and stir. He would take anything of value to the cause, even if it were the most basic of information on the creatures, their weaknesses, or their origins, and how they are controlled. His true target was still one of those blasted wisps however. He would neve rbe able to reach them, Jomungandr could only stretch so far, and there wasn't much elevation.
He looked around, searching for any form of ally that could assist him. His eyes locked on MAya, for reasons he wasn't sure of. But he was thankful, for fate to point him in this direction, as he saw the way she shot bolts of the elements. Were she a master of the four elements, perhaps she could shape the earth to reach him higher. It woudl leave him vulnerable, but it was crucial to the effort. "You! Sorceress! Elemental caster! I have need of you! To me!" He called out, before looking back to the sky. The barrier was holding, but even he knew a Kine Barrier would never hold forever. He retarcted Jomungandr, and so the snake coiled about it's wielders arm, awaiting it's next victim. Ixqor then held out both palms, and began to try and form a second layer of psychic energy around the first. It would drain his life force slowly, but all he would need is for the barrier to hold just a bit longer, just long enough so that he could be elevated to the hieght of the wisps. Then, he, and Jomungandr could feed.
Dorian Pavus     Dorian can feel every blast to the Barrier, and it sends a shockwave through him. But he centers himself, placing the end of the staff he carries on the ground. A visible ball of blue energy shines between the three serpent heads at the top of his staff. His hands clutch the weapon just under this, strain visible in his frown of effort as he keeps the barrier up. He's planning on giving the scanning mages as much time as he can, but he's not sure how long that's going to be.

Under normal circumstances, he'd toss a bit of a snark regarding not wanting to be holding the Barrier until the Divine names the new Age. But at the moment, all his concentration is going into keeping his magic steady. He can't afford to let himself be distracted with Ixqor's dark abilities, even though they're quite new and more than a little frightening.

And there's something just beyond Dorian's concentration, just behind where Dorian's pulling his magic from, that some may be able to sense more clearly, if they are more aligned with the darker forces of magic. Like... possibly Ixqor, for instance...?
Maya Maya is doing what she can at the Natterling she's not about to let up, she's concerned about what they might do next but Maya has to keep the tide from overhwelming everyone else. She keeps up with the spells not letting up, save for a moment to pull a strange rune out of a pouch and crush it, she draws some power off it and contiuens her work. She noties she's being locked oin by Ixqor and that makes her a nervous and then he calls to her. She does not like it but what choice doe she have with what might happen if they are over run. She prays that this does not cost her in the long run, or this city. She stops the barrage for a moment and takes a moment to focus on using power on a single Earth spell. She overcharges and will cause a several pillars of earth to rise up as Ixqor has requested and where has has too. It's up to him now at this point.
Ixqor Nathrach This was it! The elemental sorceress had known his plan. Must have been intuition. Under his helm he was beaming with an unsettling joy. Now was the time to end this battle, by removing the head of the Rhurool command! Upon the high tower, he could reach the wisps with little effort from Jomungandr. Seeing how many there were though, it would take too long to pick them out one by one. The snake like daemon looked to it's wielder and hissed. It spoke then, in Ixqors mind. 'Free me. Give me your body for this short while, and these enemies shall be struck from the sky!" It echoed throughout his psyche, and Ixqor knew it was possible. "It is the only way I suppose..." He whispered aloud. He inhaled deeply, and then steadied his spirit. Raising the Serpent Sword to the sky, Ixqor began to shout to the heavens themselves.
"Oh divine serpent who slew a thousand souls in a single night! I beseech thee! Take mine body! Use mine soul! Consume me on this day, so that mine enemies will perish! Jomungandr! Arise!"
The mere air around Ixqor grew thick, as a smokey gas filled the area about the pillar. Chaos itself was seeping into this dimension! Such power was being called upon that tore apart space itself! The serpent, now held skyward, listened to Ixqor's rites, and hissed. It then shot out into the air, growing larger and larger in size, until it's maw was large nough to swallow him whole! Jomungandr then came crashing down over Ixqor, smashing against the pillar without damaging it. He was consumed, only the black effigy of the snake was left for now, until the dust had settled.
It was quiet upon the pillar then, until Ixqor was once visible. From the waste up, all seemed well. His arms were extended out to the sky... But something was wrong about them. A black and green ichor began to swell over his arms and head. They faded into the black, and a new effigy arose from his three limbs! Serpents, gargantuan daemonic serpents had replaced his limbs! They grew out to the length of at least a small building, and bore their dripping fangs at the wisp like creatures. From their collective reptilian jaws came Ixqors' battlecry then.
"Hydra Dominatus!" The feeding had begun. They dove and dashed through the sky like dragons, bound to Ixqors form however, like hounds on a leesh. It was not matter though, with such range, they could tear into any wisp in a fifteen yard radius if they tried hard enough! And they weren't simply trying to disable the wisps. They were swallowing them -whole-. With luck, Ixqors gambit would work, and the Rhuloor lines would break from such a blow to their morale and command.
War Witch     The heroes continue to fight off the enemies or defend those trying to gather information, up until the point where it is communicated to the others that crucial data has been gathered. After at least minutes of frantic fighting, the portals are starting to close, cutting off the flow of reinforcements. New abilities from the enemies were displayed during that time. Bull Natterlings seemed able to bind heroe with their maleable bodies, using sinews as prisons. Noble Brutes seemed capable of providing area healing to their allies, keeping fellow Brutes in the fight longer than would otherwise be the case, hurling energy bombs into crowds of heroes, AND providing directed healing on specific targets on top of their strength and eye beams.

Observers, in addition to their bites, optic blasts, and quills, also seemed capable of paralyzing gazes now that could freeze heroes in their tracks, while Wisp Oppressors demonstrated even greater psychic power, ranging from telekinetic blasts to area-effect psychic 'screams' and utterly robbing individual targets of their awareness by locking them in a painful mental cage in their own heads.

It's not an enormous increase in raw power compared to what they were already dealing with, but the assortment of new powers and how well they use them definitely makes the inclusion of these Lieutenants much more dangerous.

Even so, the portals eventually close, the heroes having done their job and taken down the bad guys while keeping the casters safe. At the end of it, when everything has died down, Numina reveals what they have discovered. "The portals are different layers of thinned reality. Places in the fabric of space-time where it is thinner, allowing things to slip through. The distorted ley lines may be part of that weakening. But the point is that these are places where the 'threads' that hold our dimension together are weaker. Rather than dealing with countless tiny weak points that can be widened by repeated intrusions, if we perform a ritual of sufficient power, we may be able to relocate all these weak points to a single weak point. This would create an actual 'hole' allowing free access to our dimension, but through a very bottlenecked location... One we could control and even 'patch'."

War Witch says, "I skipped my lessons on extra-dimensional spell casting, but if you think it'll work, it's better than sitting around waiting for the universe to implode. Or explode. Whichever happens when one dimension falls into the other."

There are murmurs of agreement from the others. It looks like they have a course of action planned out. Now to impliment it.
Maya Maya was taking her best guess she does have a good deal of experiance in working with group. She knows most from the region of the Imperium of Man? Do like to do things up close and personal so it was het best guess. She doesn't even think about what the chaos follower does next? That gets her eyes going wide as she can only watch with what he does butdamn there's not going to be much of the attackers he's going after left. She wtches in fear and a small bit of awe the warp is a powerful and terrible thing to behold in action. She also wuill lay down more spells to bring the horrible monster and still she feels the level of fear from what Ixo did...
Ixqor Nathrach One wisp, three wisps, ten. The numbers kept piling on, as the snakes deveoured them out of teh sky. Eventually the battle had ended, with the observers and wisps beaten in teh air, and the brutes bashed on the ground. The serpents let out a terrible shriekd to the sky, their final warning to the world before slinking back, back into Ixqor's body. His arms and head became visible once more. He stoo, motionless for a few moments.

"It was.... Magnificent...!" His body gave way then, and fell backwards, off the side of the pillar.

Falling from such a height like that could mortally wound him, if not outright kill him! Hid body, astartes or not, had been drained by the immense power unleashed when Jomungandr had taken control. It would be too weak to withstand the force of the fall! Something must slow him, otherwise he won't be getting back up very easily. If at all!
Dorian Pavus     And through it all Dorian stands. He's struck with beam attacks, and he doesn't move. Other heros will cover him. He merely maintains the Barrier, until the mages can rejoin the fight. He is exhausted by this point, but he keeps fighting. He has to limit himself to simple blasts of fire and lightning, though. Thankfully, with all these other heroes fighting too, it's enough.

He can't afford to get to frightened by what Ixqor's done. Not now. But he is. Oh, but he is. He sees Ixqor's willingly giving himself to what Dorian can only see as a demon... and it scares him. How close has Dorian come to becoming exactly that? An abomination. How many times had he resisted the temptation to give himself over to the Desire demons that plague him...?

Once the portals close, Dorian stumbles to a knee, panting. Give him a minute to compose himself. And there's still the sense of something looming just behind him... something unfriendly and really not good. But since he's no longer drawing magic, he should be all right. Eventually he'll get over to where Numina is, and hear what she's said. As for patching it? "Or building a giant wall around it and shutting it off from the rest of the city," he suggests. "Sadly, my experience with rifts is that's exactly the sort of treatment they usually call for."

And yes indeed, Ixqor's GLORYING in the horror that he'd become... very definitely does not sit well with Dorian. But no... he's not at full strength, and his mind is just tired from all the magic usage, the brutal (figurative) beating they've gotten this past week. But he casts a worried glance at Ixqor. Not worried for HIM, mind... worried for himself! Dorian isn't sure if that sort of thing is contagious! And he doesn't want to be an abomination.

Still, he's not going to leave someone to possibly die. Unfortunately he can't catch someone that big. All he can do is try to cast a wall of ice directly under Ixqor. Probably won't feel great to hit, but it's better than hitting the ground. If all goes well, Ixqor won't fall very far, but will slide down the wall.

And that was a really stupid things for Dorian to do, too. Because ice is not his forte, and casting a wall of the stuff takes a lot out of him. So, either way, Ixqor is on his own. Because that's the last of Dorian's strength. But at least when he faints THIS time his eyes aren't open and staring, like last time. This is just legitimate mana overusage.
Maya Maya may end up hating herself later for what she's going to do but Ixqor did tank one for this city after all and she'll move to spring moving to help Dorian with it to keep both of them from ending. She move to aid Dorain and she'll attempt to help him with it and he'll fine himself getting Magic transfered from her to him hopefully to let him pull off whatever Dorian is going to do.
Ixqor Nathrach Ixqors armored body crashed against the ice, nearly shattering the wall. With luck however, he was able to survive this collision, and so his body fell once more, onto the pavement. The back of his armor plating appeared to be cracked, and who knows what the chestplate looked like. No blood had begun to pool yet, but it wouldn't be unreasonable to believe the system was taking care of that already, if it were still functioning.
The sword was still glowing earily however. The Daemon was still very much awake and aware of it's surroundings. It was hard to tell who was teh true master here, but Ixqor knew one thing when he gave himself to Joumgandr. Without him, Jomgunadr cannot feed, and will regress back into a hibernative state, until another worthy wielder comes along, and is either crazy, or daring enough to pick it up.
