Cecily      A wide road cuts through the trees, between towns and villages, though more off into the wilds and away from them, there's a clearing where a building sits. A nice medieval village style structure, stone foundation, sturdy lengths of timber and thick walls of stone covered in decorative plaster. It looks slightly out of place, especially with the weapons on a sign, an anvil-shaped one at that. It's clearly some kind of blacksmith shop in the middle of the woods.

Or well, it would be, if the walls weren't punched full of holes caused by bullets and cannon fire. The grounds around it are torn up, trees felled as makeshift barricades for both sides of the conflict. It's a very one-sided fight, however. One versus several, and the one has the advangage of superior firepower and a sturdy building. Though the bodies of beastial humanoids litter the grass and forest, more are firing at the shop with muskets, rifles, and small field guns. Bipedal creatures of all shapes and sizes are slowly enclosing a wide circle around the building, holes growing bigger from grapeshot, cannonball, and just persistent rifle fire.

Around the outside of the structure, discarded canisters, scatters of brass casings of numerous calibers, and several dropped, empty firearms litter the ground. Within, through broken windows, or the barricaded doorway, return shots are sent at entirely random intervals. Better position or not, the inhabitants of the structure are clearly losing. A nine foot tall ursine man in patchwork plate armor barks orders from behind a stack of felled timber, stabbing a thick, furry paw in the air towards the building.
Sigrun Stem Sigrun stem parks her chariot half a mile away from the target coordinates, climbing into one of the taller trees after disabling the magic that powers the vehicle, and she immediately starts surveillance. A dozen light blue orbs emerge from the gem on her glove and scatter, heading to the blacksmith's shop through various paths and recording what they see on the way.

Sigrun herself has nocked an arrow, while red rings of light appear in front of her left eye, focusing her sight on the nine foot tall ursine man. "Can't bear to stand by idle while something like that attacks a shop." She mutters softly to herself.

The wind gathers around her arrow, and she lets it loose as soon as she's satisfied with her aim. The arrow speeds up after it's released, ever going faster. It breaks the wind, causing shockwave a hundred yard before its target, the supersonic arrow is aimed with a sharpshooter's accuracy.
Shigure     Above the battlefield, the droning growl of a piston engine aircraft passes by. The dopplering sound revealing... a small model airplane, about the size of a small falcon. It's a float plane, pontoons slung under its main fuselage. Dangling underneath, is a small creature, about the size of a doll, with a massive pair of binoculars as she surveys force deposition.

Beyond the clearing, sitting at the edge of her range, stands Yamashiro, the shrine-maiden dressed woman adjusting her rigging, great arms cranking her Main Battery into firing position. "Main Battery, maximum range, sequential fire, spread pattern Delta. Load high explosive, impact fuse. Targetting hostile shore battery formation."

The report of her guns travels, coming after the explosive force of her shells rain down into the treeline, trying to clear a hole in the encirclement. "Battleship Yamashiro has engaged. Main battery reload high explosive. Secondary batteries, pick up tracking. Engine room, ahead full!"

The tall woman strides forwards, approaching the battle zone, anything that tries to attack her, will be met with a face full of machinegun fire, or smaller caliber artillery shells which explode like grenades on impact.
Ainsley     Ainsley isn't great with fighting anymore.

Having heard a familiar voice -- Cecily? -- she made her way right over, but the quick response of several other Elites had her deciding against trying to make her way through the forests where all the combat is actually happening, and instead flying over the canopy. She picks a moment when the violent combatants are distracted by the other responders to get into the middle of the fray, drawing her sword and dropping down almost soundlessly on top of one of the bestial humanoids, her feet on their shoulders. THUMP! Once she's toppled them, she gives them a swift kick in the head, then dart forward toward the structure. Seems she picked someone that wasn't distracted.

She finds a tree with some shrubbery to hide behind after that. Forests and jungles have very good cover, for those not afraid to dive into the low branches and get a little scuffed up. She keeps her eyes peeled and her ears open for anything she can do, but she's not really someone built for combat like the others and she's grown an aversion to killing. She peers around the tree trunk and mumbles to herself...

"Probably not her," she thinks aloud. "Hardly an excuse to leave this be, though."
Princess Luna      High above the battlefield, it seems another falcon-like figure is flying. From such a high altitude, it just looks like a large bird. But, that misidentification is quickly dispelled when a beam of midnight blue energy fires downward like a satellite strike, carving its way across the ranks of the beastmen around the fortified building and following a circular path as whoever it is flies around the building.

The beam lasts for several seconds before it ends, and when it does the figure dives down, quickly revealing that it is not a falcon, or even an angel. It is a winged unicorn woman with pale blue fur and carrying an intricate scythe. Everything about her says that she is a creature of nighttime, from her clothing to her coloration to the starry, ethereal mane and tail that are streaming behind her as she dives.

As she dives, her voice calls out loudly enough that it actually shakes the ground slightly. "Stop this attack at once! Whoever is within this building has called for aid, and thou art now overpowered! Return to thy homes and trouble these people no more!" the alicorn princess demands in her Royal Canterlot Voice as her horn starts to glow again, signaling another beam incoming as she circles the battle from above, being careful to avoid the explosions from Yamashiro's shelling.
Yuna Kagurazaka Yuna probably should have remembered that 'intervening in an ongoing fight' usually means having to join in the fighting herself, at least long enough to help knock the fight out of the invaders. Not that it's the first time, but ... well, her heart isn't really in 'beat the crap out of anybody' today. The fact that it was a familiar voice calling for help is probably most of what brought her to assist.

Yamashiro's cannonade prompts a wince from the battlesuited blonde girl. "Try to take it a little easy on them, Yamashiro? The bandits can't run away if they're ... uh, splattered," she suggests, as kindly as she can ... and then she charges into the fray herself, the Matrix Divider materializing in her hands and beginning to glow as she focuses her power into the weapon.

Then she joins the attack.

She's visibly holding the intensity down - concussive bolts of light, more likely to knock out her targets than punch holes in them, until she closes into melee range; once she's up close and personal, the hard-light bolts are 'replaced' by comparably concussive flashes, punctuating her swings and strikes. She'd rather need a second swing to subdue an enemy than overdo it and make a corpse of somebody, and it's showing.
Cecily      The opening shot of the battle had been fired tens of minutes ago, another arrow to the fray wouldn't make a difference if it exploded or whispered. Or would it? Thick skull or not, the ursine officer's head soon neatly has a hole through it, the projectile lodged easily and obviously to all around him right inside. His eyes go wide and that long, furry arm slackens, the other lifting, twitching, trying to paw at the arrow before his lumbering bulk falls, crashing through the fallen trees. Someone much smaller barks and snarls, giving emergency orders instead, sending off a handful of the nearby riflemen in the direction he presumes the arrow came from.

The artillery barrage not only tears a hole in the line but gives Ainsley an easy 'in' to get closer to the building. There's ample shrubs, half-trees, and thick grass, not to mention a crater or three by now. The circle of beastmen is broken, and several more break off from the encirclement to try and gauge the direction the artillery fire rained down from. They're not -completely- fearless, but the new players have their animal instincts running on high. They don't even notice the stealthy leezard.

Whatever or whoever it is in this building, they want, and they want it hard. The gun and cannon fire aimed at the building is directed towards the 'air support' instead now, Luna getting a hail of musket balls, bullets, and a few small cannon balls sent her way. The thicker, less decimated treeline has a handful of cannon emplacements, more growls and snarls barking orders as backup officers take over for the fallen bear with their own squads. Yuna would find close up that the creatures are anthropomorphic animals of just about every stripe (and spot). It's clear enough they make a desperate rush towards the scythe-wielding Luna and the brightly shining Yuna.

It's just two women, right? That artillery can't hit the close combatants without hitting their own friendlies, right? The cannons direct more fire to the building itself, to tear a hole in the wall, felinoid and canid beastmen equipped with light, small arms rushing ahead to get inside. Sounds of a scuffle inside can already be heard through the ajar door, any return fire from the individual(s) inside having stopped not long after the other Elites had arrived.
Shigure     Yamashiro looks to Yuna as she walks toward the fray like a juggernaut. "They also are unable to fight." she replies simply, before frowning a little. Her Type 0 banks, jinks and zig zags through the fire thrown skyward. It's not as deadly as Abyssal AA fire from Tsu-class cruisers or even the I-class if they get a good line... but still.

A musket ball punches through the wing of the scout, making it roll before the pilot corrects for the sudden lack of lift on that side. The spotter clinging onto her harness. Yamashiro furrows her brow, and with a silent command, orders the scout to return, while she readies another from her stock. The little launch rail unfolds from her number four turret(Lower right side), extending out along the barrel length, before a small group of fairies lift and set another Type-0 on the launcher. The pilot and spotter load up, and with a burst of steam, the new scout is in the air, pitching up and climbing rapidly.

She's going to have to guess her shot now, guns elevating. She visualizes the unbroken treeline, the glimpses of bandits with cannon therein. The report of her guns can be heard before the shells this time, a staggered eight reverberating blasts that rain down explosive hell into the remaining artillery nests.

It's followed by Yamashiro's voice, projecting out using her speaker system. "Attention, all hostile forces. This is your only chance to leave with your lives. Run away now, and we shall not pursue."
Sigrun Stem So kind of second in commands to respond to sniping of the first in command by immediately issuing orders. It makes a trained sharpshooter's life so much easier. Sigrun's far enough away from the approaching riflemen that she isn't worried about them, not yet.

The second arrow is much like the first, going for the heart of this smaller man barking out orders. Standard military sharpshooting protocol, take out the officers. Sigrun is operating on pure instinct and experience.

One of the orbs she sent out to scout around for her follows along with the approaching riflemen, at a slight distance. Just close enough to allow Sigrun to keep an eye on these fellows.
Yuna Kagurazaka Yuna has one reply to the firearms being pointed at her: "Shugoseiheki!!" The shout elicits a flare of light as a fair-sized kite shield materializes on her left arm; Yuna grounds it in front of her, protecting herself from the incoming fire, and dismisses the Matrix Divider for the time being - it's a two-handed weapon, and the Wall of the Guardian Star requires pretty much a whole arm.

In the Divider's place, though, Yuna materializes a sleek yet bulky pistol, and leaning around the edge of her kite shield, she starts shooting at more of the beastfolk - shooting them from behind if need be, If they're facing her, she's all the faster to blast them before they can get a lucky shot off - either at her, or at any of her allies. She's said what she needed to Yamashiro, and while she's not happy about the loss of life so far, she's stifling her further reactions as best she can.

Honestly, though? The beastly bandits who wind up in Yuna's crosshairs are the lucky ones; they'll have the option of waking up later if they don't run. And for all Yuna's compassion, the gentle regret in her eyes that she has to fight, the desire to send the bandits packing with as few injuries as possible? She's not going to lay down her arms while anyone is trying to hurt her, or her friends, or the innocents whom Cecily is presumably fighting to protect.
Ainsley     Ainsley overhears a scuffle INSIDE the building through the radio chatter, and curses to herself. She soon leaps to action, flying toward the building to dart through one of the holes in the side. When she gets through, she seeks out the scuffle and hopes that she can identify whatever one is NOT Cecily.

And she acts quickly. She drops her flight power just long enough to use her feet to land on the enemy at an angle to knock the assailant and Cecily apart.

And if that doesn't work? She's got a perfectly good longsword, which is more than ready to chop if she absolutely has to use it.

She looks eerily calm, like an assassin or a robot, though the widening of her eyes betrays the pumping of adrenaline through her system.
Princess Luna      Desite the destructive force of her beam, Luna's attack was meant only to disable and discourage. She is not a killer by nature, even in the midst of battle. But, it would leave plenty of injuries. When Luna finds herself under direct fire, she takes evasive action as best she can. Several puffs of feathers and fur go flying as she is glanced by several rounds, and she even cries out as one lodges itself right in her shoulder.

But, the princess of the night keeps going. It seems her warnings were not enough, so she fires again. This time, she focuses her beam around the perimeter where those heavy cannons are located, seeking to destroy them and disable their crews. She continues flying as she fires, but the rain of bullets and shells soon forces her to land. She takes refuge atop a building, figuring it is the best place to avoid fire from a ground-based enemy.

Luna doesn't want any lives lost that do not have to be, and so rather than continue attacking, she turns her scythe around and holds a hand out, then runs them across invisible strings that soon become visible. Magical strings that turn the deadly weapon into a lovely harp. Luna gives a few strums across the strings, then starts to sing and play.

It's a beautiful, relaxing melody with words to match, all about the peace of night and the calm of the sleep that it brings. And with the strength of her voice, the sound carries across the battlefield, seeking to slow the steps of any hostile creatures and either send them to sleep or steal the hostile intent from their actions. As the song continues, the urge to sleep would become stronger and stronger, perhaps making even the defenders more docile. Luna's hope is that if much of their force is sleeping, the remaining troops will withdraw.
Cecily      The next artillery barrage is the beginning of the end. Sigrun's second arrow also ensures that. Another field promotion wouldn't help if there's nobody left to lead, or promote for that matter. The cannon emplacements go up as shells rain down, powder kegs exploding and turning roars and snarls into bestial cries of agony that are mercifully snuffed out quite swiftly. The beastmen advancing in the general directions of Sigrun and Yamashiro start to stagger and break off, moving instead to retreat deeper into the woods and away, likely to regroup and recover elsewhere as the sounds of the living leaders start to call out a general retreat in barks and other noises.

The ones -too- close to the fray stand their ground. Mostly. Maybe as a last-ditch effort to try and get their prize, or to cover the retreat of the more important individuals of the army. Rifle stocks, knives, and claws are brought against Yuna. They seem to recognize she's not aiming to kill and make a pointed effort to avoid her, as if to avoid the possibility of being captured, tortured, and worse. They must not know Yuna very well! Some of the larger ones start to pull back, lifting or dragging the unconscious ones along with them, the ones with ranged weaponry firing on Yuna's shield to keep her suppressed so they can pull their fallen back.

While Luna's beam easily incapacitates what's left of the retreating artillery crews as they try to pull their cannons back, her song is far more devastating. The smaller individuals with fight stilll left in them start to drop, looking terribly serene (as serene as snarling canine, feline, mustelid, and how many knows what else can look anyway) as they hit the ground by magically induced slumber. Fatigue sets in on the larger troops, and they slow their retreat, making a solid attempt at trying to gather up the sleeping fallen as well. All of the effort they had put into the assault is now being put into leaving the scene, making no small amount of threatening (albeit tired) sounds at the defenders.
Cecily      Inside? Ainsley will find a rather nice shop. Glass cases, racks on walls, nice wood paneling. Swords, guns, pikes, bows, particle projection cannons. All number of weapons can be found here within Kitsune Arms! Well. That's what it would be normally. Right now, wall mounts are broken, glass cases are shattered, and just about any product that could have held bullets is on the floor somewhere, slides and bolts locked back after having been loaded once or twice and emptied. Casings, charge packs, and stripper clips pose a tripping hazard that extends -everywhere- on the scuffed hardwood floor.

Behind the counter, the anvil and forge and all related equipment. Strewn about with the gunfight debris, however, are also several of the lithe 'commando' beastmen, either shot or stabbed by gun and blade. Ainsley will find a Cecily, gripping a rifle with a tiger-man's blade pressing into the side of it as he's clearly trying to pin her to the floor. Some sort of metal syringe is in his mouth, and he keeps trying to get an angle on her to inject whatever poison fills it into her. The element of surprise is on the lizard's side, the tiger being pulled away easily, the syringer hitting the floor harmlessly. The fox on the floor looks very familiar.

What's not familiar, though, is the baseball-sized spheres of fire she conjures in her palms. The useless rifle cast aside, the fox's tails glow and she casts the two orbs into the tiger's chest, burning through leather, fur, flesh, and burning the last gasp of surprise from his lungs before he topples over.

The last echoes of Luna's song carry through the forest as howls of wolfmen call for the organized and full retreat overshadow it. An eerie silence easily descends upon everything, even with the creaking of the sign hanging on one chain now. "...thank you, dear..." Cecily breathes softly from where she's still laying on the floor, panting quietly.
Shigure     Yamashiro doesn't fire anymore, now the bandits are fleeing. Instead, she keeps walking forwards toward the building, cannons folding back down to rest mode. She can't step inside with the massive rigging on her back, but with this many holes in the place, she doesn't have to. The tall woman peers in through one of the holes, and speaks gently. "Is everyone still alive in here?"
Ainsley     Ainsley lands on the floor on a spot where she won't get blood all over her toes, eyes scanning the chaos. The damage is impressive, and she doesn't really see anyone that she'd place as 'not from the band of invaders.' She raises her brows, impressed with the apparent skill of the fox girl. She looks down at Cecily, a familiar person but not someone she actually knows, and puffs a sigh between her lips when she's thanked. "No problem."

She looks around, a dim frown growing on her face while she tries to suss out what could create such a disproportionate battle. "Since we saved you, I have a question... Why did they want to capture you?" She provides a distracted wave to Yamashiro when she peers through one of the holes in the structure.

"We're good. Looks like this lady is pretty lethal to tangle with," she says, pointing down at Cecily as she replies to Yamashiro. "Apparently these clowns knew that, too, they had someone in here trying to capture her non-lethally." She points at the tiger man with the smoking hole in his chest. "Yet they brought enough firepower to take out an enemy army."
Yuna Kagurazaka As long as anyone is trying to hurt Yuna (or her allies), she's going to keep fighting - and when her share of assailants start relying on melee as well as ranged firepower, she keeps taking as much of it on her shield as possible. It likely helps that she's relatively short - but she only has *one* shield, so if she gets flanked or surrounded, she's going to be in some trouble. Odds are very good, in fact, that she's going to start taking hits on the Light Suit's defensive aura, each impact marked by a flash of light as the Light Suit works harder to protect Yuna's physical body from injuries.

So when Luna starts singing that lullaby, it's a MAJOR relief to the idol singer turned magical-girl paladin; she doesn't seem to be in danger of nodding off herself, but as long as the beasts are more obviously falling asleep or getting out of Dodge while they can than continuing to try and hurt Yuna, she'll let them go.

Menacing growls or snarls or brandishing of weapons (or claws or teeth) don't seem to be treated as 'attacks,' either, in that Yuna doesn't raise her shield or a weapon in response. Which is probably just as well. She just wants the beastly bandits *gone*, so as long as they're leaving, it's all good.

Once the coast is pretty much clear, Yuna dismisses her weapon and her shield, and makes her way into the shop proper as well - trying not to look at the corpses, and blanching noticeably when she fails. "Um ... Cecily? Are *you* okay?" is her very first question when she spots the foxgirl.
Sigrun Stem Sigrun quickly gets back in her chariot as she notices the remains of that army heading her way, and reactivates its magic, taking a good effort to outrun them before circling around and approaching from the other direction. It takes her a bit for her to get around like that, but better avoid unnecessary trouble.

She knocks before coming in, and takes off her mask when she's inside. Her face is that of a woman in her mid to late twenties, with a couple scars from arrowheads and claws, "Hey."
Princess Luna      Luna's ears perk as she sees her magical melody going to work. Once the roads are clear of bandit beastmen, she spreads her wings and makes her way down to ground level. Making sure that no hostile creatures are nearby, she starts into the building they were assaulting. "Art thou all alright?" she asks when she enters, looking around for wounded allies.

The alicorn princess did not get through the ordeal unscathed. She has a few bleeding holes along her arms and legs, and several of her luxurious feathers are little more than stubs where bullets took off the bulk of the plume. But, she seems to be bearing it without much pain. Perhaps she is used to being injured in the line of duty.
Cecily      Cecily slowly picks herself up from the floor, frowning at the huge mess. "I have... so much to clean up.. and fix.." she murmurs, looking rather unhappy. At Ainsley's question, she looks to the lizard woman. "...I refused to sell them weapons. Upgrade their arsenal. Improve their gear. They raid villages around here and wanted to set their sights on bigger targets... I suppose my refusal meant they were going to come and take what they wanted by force. They're at war with another beast tribe that I do business with as well..." she sighs quietly, slowly dusting her hands off. "I really didn't think they'd put so much effort into little old me..." she mumbles.

A gentle smile is directed towards Yamashiro, "..well, two of us are alive.." and a glance back to Ainsley. "..well.. as far as an army.." she mumbles, looking around at all of the spent ammunition and discarded firearms. "..they just about ran me out of ammunition.." All of that is hers. It's likely that a majority of the initial destruction and death was caused by her as well before the final charge. Then Yuna's here, and the fox sort of stares blankly at her. "..ah.. you're.. the one that knows my name.. curious.. I'm fine. Rattled, reeking of... tiger man... and have a million rounds to hand-load... but I'm fine, dear... thank you. And.. thank you all for your timely assistance. I wasn't sure anyone would answer the radio call. I tried a few times before but kept at it..." she gives a gentle smile.

She looks between the gathered girls, rubbing the side of her face and sighing, "..if things were on a better note, I'd have some tea and such ready for guests... but the best I can offer is a half-broken countertop or perhaps my anvil to sit on... I'm Cecily, by the way... I.. well, suppose she knows me... somehow..." she still seems confused by this, looking between Yuna, Yamashiro, Sigrun, Luna, and Ainsley.
Yuna Kagurazaka 'Tiger man' wasn't exactly the foremost stench on Yuna's mind, really. Gunsmoke and blood are much more prominent right now, and as such, she's trying to breathe as shallowly as possible - and not through her nose. At the reminder that this Cecily doesn't recognize her, though, the blonde girl bows - very politely, Japanese style. "Sorry, I should have introduced myself ... Yuna Kagurazaka, idol singer."

... you'd think there'd be more to her introduction than that, given she's hardly DRESSED like an idol and wasn't singing in the middle of the fray.

"As to how I know your name ... let's just say I'm friends with a girl who's a *lot* like you, and I haven't heard from her in a while. I'm glad to meet you, nonetheless." She straightens up from her bow, offering a handshake. "I'm not really good with weaponry, but if there's anything I can do to help get your shop back together ... ?"
Shigure     Yamashiro ponders, and then with a quick shrug of her shoulders, the ground shakes as her rigging comes free and THUMPS solidly into the ground outside the shop. The tall woman then stoops to enter the building, and, mirroring Yuna, the battleship girl bows formally. "Of the Fusou-class Super Dreadnaught battleships, I am the younger sister, Yamashiro." she offers, straightening a bit, but having to be mindful of her head on the ceiling. "I believe you may be a new version of an old acquaintance of ours... you are now part of a large 'Multiverse' that encompasses many thousands of worlds and several orders of magnitude of peoples.
Ainsley     "This is going to be a long talk," Ainsley murmurs, rubbing the crest of feathers on top of her head. She looks around at the dead beastmen, frowning at them only for a moment or two. They don't really seem to bother her as much as it bothers Yuna, though. She steps over to the anvil and sits down, her tail wrapping around her waist.

"I'll help clean up, too, if you even want to bother," she offers. "What's important is getting you back on your feet... and after this, I think you'll need to find a safer place to set up shop. These people might have had friends or a benefactor, I doubt they dedicated ALL of their manpower to this mission of theirs."

The way she looks at the bloodshed as if it were an offensive spot on the floor gives her an unnatural sense of calm. It got more mellow and confident when she was told these were people here to force Cecily to work for them. "Poor things," she mumbles, "Really had no idea what you were getting into." There's the compassion, but it still seems tempered. Only so much sympathy for brigands and highwaymen.

    "I'm Ainsley, a specialist wizard."
Sigrun Stem Sigrun doesn't bother to offer to help clean the place up, she's already on it. Runes light up above her hand and then energies flow outwards, a basic cleaning spell designed to get rid of blood and other unpleasant things like that in her immediate surroundings.

"Sigrun Stem." The Monster Exterminator introduces herself, "Nice to meet you, ma'am. Wish it was under better circumstances." She doesn't really seem fazed. Inured to death and mayhem, perhaps.
Princess Luna      Despite the devistation and death around her, Luna smiles gently to Cecily. "I am Princess Luna of Equestria. It was my pleasure to assist thee against these brigands. Although I detest killing, I do understand that it is sometimes necessary to preserve one's future. And, if these creatures were willing to attack thee simply for thy weapons, they deserve little remorse. However, I was glad to see them leaving before any more lives were lost."

Luna looks around at the mess, then shakes her head lightly. "We came to offer our help. We expect little in return except perhaps thy gratitude. But, I agree with Miss Ainsley. If thy safety is to be garaunteed, thou should consider relocating until the conflict between these tribes has been resolved. They are likely to try again, and if not then perhaps their rivals will avail themselves of the opportunity."
Cecily      "Idol?" Cecily blinks, looking Yuna over. "...you certainly don't seem equipped like a singer..." she murmurs softly, eyeing her up and down. She bows politely in return, though, and takes the offered hand. It's a quick, but firm shake and she looks around again. Yamashiro's casual explanation of the multiverse makes her stare as if the battleship woman had grown three heads all of a sudden. "Well that explains why I've never seen any of you... and why there... was... another ... me.. at some point?" she blinks, tilting her head to the side. "...I've travelled around worlds but never... one interconected..?" she seems to briefly wrestle with tht concept, then shakes her head.

"Ah, I'd rather not move. I just... need to set up better defenses... and I think the blow you all dealt them will keep them at bay for a while..." she responds to Ainsley. "I really can't just pick up shop easily. This is my home, too," she says with a kind smile. "I suppose I could have retreated down into the bunker in the end, but help was on the way and if they took my equipment, it would've been almost as bad as me being taken, too.." she mutters.

"I ... could use the help, yes.." she says, a little distracted as Sigrun's sudden magic starts to clean the more... offensive of the stains around. "...I need to gather up all the casings and see which ones are still salvagable... I have all of the glass to get new panes for... I need to build a new counter... to say nothing of the walls..." she sighs. "...and the bodies.. and the ones still unconscious! Oh goodness.." her ears wilt and her tails go limp.

She seems lost in her reverie for a few moments before glancing up to Yuna. "..and a princess, too.. you have everything around here.." she says with subdued awe before the laughs quietly. "Mmh. The other tribe may be willing to help me, too... the repairs will take some time. And... the villages and farmers around here rely on me to repair their tools, too. Another reason I just can't... pick up and leave."
Sigrun Stem A trio of birds start chirping, and Sigrun looks annoyedly at the gem at her glove. Then looks even more annoyed at it, "I'll have to take this. I'll be outside." She leaves the building and after what seems like a short time she knocks on the door again and peeks in. "Urgent job, hope you don't mind if I go deal with it right now?"
Shigure     Yamashiro just smiles politely. "I will gladly assist in the restoration efforts. Though, perhaps we could summon in assistance from the Union." she surmises, glancing to Yuna briefly. "What do you think, Little Yuna?" she asks, finger tapping her cheek.

She's got a few holes in her robes, and the skin beneath, where the bullets have struck, shows black scorching, instead of welts or blood like one might expect. More like the scoring from strikes against thick steel armour.
Yuna Kagurazaka Yuna glances around at some of the bodies left behind after the battle, wincing. "I, uh ... finding intact casings, huh ... I'll see what I can do."

She does not seem especially prepared to poke around at corpses, and even scraping through blood or scorch for salvageable casings may be a little more than she can handle. At least she's still willing to make the effort?
Princess Luna      Luna nods lightly at Cecily's observation. "The Multiverse seems to have no limit to the variety of beings residing within it." she says, then smiles gently at the explanation for why Cecily can't leave. "I believe I understand thy dilemma. Thy motives seem quite pure. I am sure the Union will be able to spare a building team. And if not, I can send one from Equestria." she says, then looks around. She shakes her head sadly, then her horn starts to glow.

The fallen bandits are soon surrounded in a similar glow, and then they start to shimmer. "If no one objects, I shall lay these fallen warriors to rest." she says. She waits a moment to see if anyone will say anything, then she and all of the bodies disappear in a flash. Luna returns a minute or two later, a solemn look on her face. "I will send a message to their army in case they wish to recover their dead." she says.
Cecily      "The Union?" Cecily asks, though the light from the bodies vanishing makes her pause any further questions. She slowly nods at Yuna, "...feel free... and please tell them to leave me alone..." she sighs, ears wilting. "I would be grateful for some help rebuilding. It took a while getting this put together. And the grounds outside are a -mess-. It'll take all night just recovering my weapons. And my wagon. They ambushed me up the road when I was on the way back.." she grumbles, finding a few bins and starting to plink empty shell casings into them one by one.

She gives a smile to Yuna, "Don't... worry so much about it, dear.. perhaps.. find my weapons? The brass will take a lot of time... I can melt down the ones that are too damaged to reuse and re-cast them..." she explains. "The guns will need repair and refinishing before I can sell them.." she murmurs. "But, please, tell me about the Union?" Sigrun's departure is noted, and nodded at, "I hope I didn't pull anyone away from important business. How... big is this.. 'multiverse?'" she asks, seeming to avoid asking anything of her other self.
Shigure     "The Union is a super-faction encompassing countless worlds." offers Yamashiro. "We have a common goal. To help anad protect those who can't protect themselves." she offers, "I could ask one of the recruitment clerks to come have a word with you about it, if you are interested in joining?"
Princess Luna      Luna nods gently at Cecily's request, then sighs softly. "Battles such as this are one thing I may never truly understand." she says, then smiles as Cecily asks about the Union. "The Multiverse has no determined size, from what I understand. It grows and shrinks with each world or land that unifies or disappears. It is constantly shifting, every growing, every shrinking. It is so large that even I could never hope to traverse the entire Multiverse, and I am effectively ageless. It is unfortunate, but apparently just as there is a battle upon this world, there is a battle within the entire Multiverse. It is being waged mainly between two factions: The Union and the Confederacy. The Confederacy is full of the vile, the unscrupulous, and those that would stop at nothing to see their goals reached. Our Union is full of those that fight for love, honor, happiness, and the protection of the innocent."
Cecily      "Super..faction...?" Cecily asks, kneeling down now and sifting through the veritable sea of brass. She watches Kuma, slowly nodding. But it's Luna that gets her focus and attention fully, listening to the talk about the size and scope of the multiverse, and then more information on the Union. "...that sounds rather cut and dry... but... if I was to pick a side..." she murmurs. "I do suppose the Union would be the best choice. If people need help, well..." she smiles warmly. "I'm happy to provide. If I can get my shop rebuilt, I should be able to help people with tools and weapons, as well..." she nods. "My home, thankfully, wasn't damaged at all.. so it's all just the outside building and the showrooom floor here."
Princess Luna      Luna smiles at that, then crouches down to start helping with the cleanup. Until she winces from the pain of her injuries. "Mmph...oh dear, I had almost forgotten. I suppose I should seek medical attention. But, I shall return to help thee in thy efforts to clean and rebuild." she says, then stands slowly and stretches her wings out before sighing softly. "I suppose I should count myself fortunate that the wings were spared." she says, then giggles lightly. "Take care, Cecily. I will be happy to speak with thee further at another time."
Cecily      "Thank you again for your help, dear. And everyone's... you should... get that taken care of. The wounds, that is..." she sighs softly. "I'm afraid the best I can offer is to cauterize them, so you aren't bleeding on the way back. But that could potentially cause more harm than help..." she gives a sheepish smile. "Thank you, Princess... I'll.. just keep working on cleaning up.. then move my tools downstairs and seal the Vault until everything in here is good to go again.."
