Jedah Dohma Urbania was in full hustle and bustle today, people coming and going, shopping and working, and eating of course.

Jedah walked the streets until he came to a street full of food vendors. He was hoping to test his virus, but didn't think this place would be perfect. He didn't want a large scale epidemic, so he hadn't used the Matrix, or used Ako or Bko as vectors (even though he had enough of the cure to cure them and vaccine to vaccinate them as necessary).

He came to an empty booth, and sat down with his book. Using it as the equivalent of a 3D printer, he began to produce pixelated, coded food. He sprayed it with a small nanosprayer containing the virus, which looked like those little bottles you transported into the airport. The virus was inert until it came into contact with code, and didn't affect objects the same as avatars. So Jedah waited to see who would like the food. He did get a couple of people interested who weren't digital. Nothing would happen to them, although they might carry it in their system for a few hours.

He looked around and waited. If only there had been a digital world. It would've spread like wildfire. He sighed, produced some more meat with his book, and then perused it on some esoteric congenital defects affecting various types of demons.
Golden     Urbania was rife with hidden digital life. It just wasn't apparent to most people. The digimon of the various Digital Worlds tended to emerge in Urbania and Techno Urbania far more frequently than elsewhere. With so many oddities from the multiverse present, a digimon might not stand out unless it digivolved.
Or unless it was Golden, whose damaged digicore exerts a strange influence on electronics. This is something Jedah would notice if he had electronics on him. A blurred screen; a strange symbol appearing here or there... Golden is basically napping in a dumpster because he has no place to go at the moment. A small cybernetic pac-man of sorts, with a cannon arm, pixels fluttering away on the air from him.
Jedah Dohma Jedah did indeed notice something odd with his personal daemonic agent (PDA), but attributed it to a bad signal. He couldn't see Golden, but was thinking of another form of code. The next food item he created (with a great deal of help from the book), had a strong, delicious, savory smell. He hoped it would attract customers, but didn't really care much about the money they gave him. That wasn't the point. Maybe he'd donate it to some charity or something. Or save up for a new GC-MS.

With the delicious smell, Jedah did have a few more customers. He tried a few varieties of this, and continued to wait. He glanced around. Rival concessions, a dumpster, and hey, was that Waldo?! OMG! He had to take a picture! No one would believe.. No, it was a dog person dressed as Waldo. Sadface. What a strange city.
Golden     The smell of good food does wake the diminutive digimon. He wanders out from the alleyway and to Jedah's food stand thing.
It might not be obvious who's talking given his height, but Golden does talk. "Hey, how much for one of those things?"
Jedah Dohma Jedah looks around for the source of the voice, and eventually sees Golden.

"Oh, I'm running a special today. Two credits for one of the food items, or a drink for 1 credit," Jedah tries his best customer service act. He shows the meat on the bone, the hamburger, and the chocolate bar. All of them have been sprayed with the virus while no one was looking.

"Or I can make something fresh using my generator," he says, gesturing to his book, and with a few swipes and such, produces a small soda. Of course, the book is actually the Illustrated Primer of Dark Science, and if it had a personality, would be very offended to be used as the eqiuvalent of a digital replicator. It looks like a textbook, except that the objects on the pages are constantly moving and changing.

"Just have to give it that finishing touch,"He says with a wicked grin, spritzing the drink with the odorless, colorless, and certainly tasteless spray."
Golden     The digimon shrugs and shakes out three credit coins from... somewhere. He holds these up to Jedah. "The meat on the bone and a drink, please!"
Jedah Dohma Jedah is all smiles. He takes the money in his claws and says,"Thank you. Come back soon!"

He gives Golden the food and then creates more from the book. He only plans to be here for a little bit longer. He can try again in a day or two, provided his duties as a Confederate don't interfere. He wonders if it will become an epidemic. He doubts it, but with the vaccine and cure at his dispoal, plus the virus's half-life, it could only benefit the Confederacy.

"Enjoy!" He says with the same grin, enlarged canines showing
Golden     Golden obligingly chows down on the meat with bone, noting the spices and seasonings. Eh, it's not as good as the ribeye meat plants he grows, but for human food it's not bad at all. He washes it down with the drink. "That was delicious, thanks man!" and the digimon ambles off.
Jedah Dohma Jedah "You're welcome!" He says with a wave. After Golden leaves, he thinks he needs to leave, looking at his PDA. In about 30 minutes to an hour, the symptoms should manifest. He packs up his stuff and heads back to the Citadel.
