Nagato     It's surprisingly early today, the sun breaking the horizon as a peculiar ship comes into port. It doesn't look like anything IJN, USN or the like, more like a standard fishing boat with plenty of places to hide out on if someone stowed away. "Thank you Captain." Nagato mutters to the Captain, "I'll have Atago send payment your way." and maybe enough to get a new vessel.

Stepping out of the boat, Nagato strolls onto the docks, in a casual outfit... slacks, white blouse, black vest and an Admiral's cap. Well, it's at least Casual for Nagato... "Thompson should be here soon." she mutters, waiting at the end of the docks, eyes scanning the area for the Commodore.
Kongou     "Much obliged," the fishing captain remarks while Nagato disembarks, giving her a two-fingered salute, "It's outta th' way but you ladies have helped me out before, so it's just payin' forward." Certainly some fleet daughter at some point has saved a fishing boat, after all. Shortly after the Flagship has left the boat, though, the fisherman and his crew do as well, setting to work unloading and selling off their fresh-caught cargo.

In all the resultant commotion, it's hard to notice four sprigs of hair popping up behind the gunwale. One dark blue, one pale white, and two brown-- one shorter than the other. And once the dock is suitably busy and distracted, four pre-teen girls scurry off the boat and disappear amidst the crates of cargo being unloaded from not only this boat, but other small-time cargo boats as well.

    "Over here..!"

"I was going to say that..!"

"P-please don't talk so loudly, nanodesu--!"

"...This is good. Nobody's noticed yet."
Jeannette Thompson The directions that Nagato received might show why, even with warpgates, Triancia's navy and merchant shipping existed. Even with the fishing boat taking a somewhat direct course, it's the better part of a day, moving toward the early evening, before the ship approches the docks of the city of Raletza. And, yes, certainly, the word 'City' suits it.

It probably seemed somewhat similar to other cities she may have read up on; a seeming core of modern buildings, things from the fifties to the 90s in a defined downtown, with new super tall sky scrapers jutting above and around them in a manner like they just were risen. The eastern side of the city's skyline moves to buildings teeming with greenery on numerous floors, before breaking off to what looks to be acres of wine vineyards, an almost jarring demarcation seperating the urban from the rural.

She wouldn't have seen many naval ships when coming into the harbor; there were a few smaller subs and what look like corvettes, but their livery was brighter, obvious, and their patrol moving from ship to ship. Probably police, not military. One of them seems to be coming closer to the dock, toward the fishing vessel, a /bit/ odd... but probably not so odd as it suddening veering away and heading back the way it came... in conjunction with some commotion coming down the docks.

There's a few happy children running away from the forefront, the snap and illumination of bright LED flashes, and the sound of joviality heading this way... which parts to reveal Jeannette, in a rather stunning dress, a red sash of office running across her chest and a well-practiced smile on her face. A final grip of a hand, and then a regal wave. "Admiral! So glad you could make it!" She says, walking forward in stride as those camera flashes move to envelop her, as well.

The crowd's actually a blessing in disguise for anyone trying to keep a low profile. Well, less so as people move toward the boxes they're hiding behind to get a better view... and blocking there's, as well.
Nagato     Docks that are all hustle and bustle are new to the veteran battleship, frowning slightly, "So inefficient." she mutters "And not enough navy vessels here." she pauses a moment, "I'm here on vacation, I should stop thinking about this for a moment." she has her back turned to the crates, looking around at the other end. A submarine, some odd ships.. and a lot of very tall buildings. "It's almost like Boston." she whispered, stepping forward a bit.

The sights before her drown out a lot of the things she was thinking about. She didn't have to worry about the fleet: Musashi and Atago had that and Kiso was going to keep a certain foul-mouthed destroyer in check. She didn't have to worry about her second fleet: She was one of two tanks in the little group of ten Cait Sith. A message saying she was going on vacation and she left the other tank in charge.

The voice, however, catches up to her when she hears the word Admiral. Snapping out of her little daze, she snaps towards the direction, giving a salute herself towards the Commodore. "Commodore." she starts, "Thank you for having me, I'm honored that you would let me step foot on your world's soil."

Nagato then does something she rarely does. She gives a genuine smile.
Kongou     "Okay!" In the group of four, behind cover, the short-haired brunette turns and raises a hand in a fist, "Now begins the Sixth Destroyer Division's most important mission! To prove the Flagship was replaced with an alien pod person!"

"Mou! Ikazuchi!" The violet-haired girl reaches out and plants both hands on the speaker's head, pushing her down, "I'm the big sister, stop taking charge~! Flagship isn't something silly like that anyway--!" Recovering, she plants a hand on her chest, tipping her nose upward with her eyes closed, "As a fellow first-class lady, it's my duty to ensure our great flagship has a wonderbread time!" The other three start, all eyes on her, and she stammers, "A-a wonderful time!"

"...I agree," the whitehair speaks up softly, "...We'd know if she was an alien. So she must be trying something new." Rummaging, Hibiki pulls a dark blue hat from her bag and pulls it on, concealing her ahoge, "...So let's work together, so her vacation can be khorasho."

"I say she's an alien spy! Flagship would never leave us like this an' I'm gonna prove it!" Ikazuchi flails her arms, then reaches and grabs the other brunette by the collar, "C'mon, Inazuma, let's start our super secret investigation without 'em!"

Dragged out into the crowd, Inazuma simply tucks her arms up under her chin, "Hawawa.. I-I'll do my best to keep her out of trouble, Akatsuki.."
Jeannette Thompson Jeannette's smile does grow a touch warmer at Nagato's own, but any well-trained eye could see that it was a rather synthetic mix; sincereity combined with decorum, with just a dash of silently cursing both new and old media. It still has her taking Nagato's non saluating hand, and gripping it with her own, giving it two pumps. "Oh, please, Admiral. My flag flies over a building today, not a carrier. If you /truely/ wish to be formal, though, I /suppose/ you may address me as 'My Lady Raletza'." A bit of a mischevious turn to the grin as there's some smattering of laughter from the crowd, Placating the people who think this is, by aggragate, the best city in the Great Ocean, for the most part. "Come on, come on, then. I was hoping your ship would have been here earlier, but it's /just/ in time to get a light dinner at a very respectable seafood place just a few blocks from here. Wonderful view of the sunset." She says, turning around and taking to the lead. It does feel just a /bit/ like a dance with only one partner knowing all the steps.

And if the destroyers follow, they would find that the crowd still provides the best form of anonmity, the teaming groups trying to be around fame easy to mill into. The only problem, one supposes, might be that the Baronness annouced they were going to a resuarant, and things looks... a bit expensive.
Nagato     "I believe it isn't every day that you go out in public here?" she looks a bit sternly at some of the media at hand and shakes her head, "I think I shall just call you Jeannette then. Skip the formality." she nods, "I do apologize about the delay, I did not think it appropriate to bring myself here as an actual ship. So I recruited a supply line person to bring me here, to keep it inconspicuous." she nods, "I'll be here for a couple days as well. Enough time to show me everything."

Nagato looks around a bit, seemingly only a bit nervous at the amount of people gathered around. Two figures, however, stand out in Nagato's vision... Ikazuchi and Inazuma. "Kids." she whispered, turning back. It seems that the Flagship hasn't recognized them yet, which is a good thing. "Ah, seafood? Alright. I should have funds for this ready. If you would like, sha..." when Jean turns around to lead the way, she gives a minor shrug and follows along.

"Forgive me if my societal customs aren't as... apt as your countries own." a pause, "Will they have sake?"
Kongou TEAM ALIEN HUNTERS
Tugging Inazuma along by the hand, Ikazuchi works her way through the crowd until the two are only a few meters behind the flag officer and the flagship. Only then does the elder twin release, so she can rummage in her purse. Hands immediately tucked up to her chin, Inazuma frets quietly, "W-we're too close, they're gonna s-see us, Ika--" and then a pair of dark glasses are slid onto her face, "--Hwah-nodesu..!?"

"Every good investigator of evil alien invaders," Ikazuchi explains, sliding sunglasses on her own face, "Has to have a good disguise~." She then produces a pen and a notepad, passing these to her more passive sister, "Here-- make sure you take notes on anything weird!" Finally, Ikazuchi pulls out a digital camera with a cartoon character charm dangling from it, "I'll handle ~photographic~ evidence, let's go!"

TEAM <strike>ELEPHANT</strike> ELEGANT LADY
"Mmm~..." Akatsuki wanders out into the crowd some time after the pair's departure, following at a steady pace with little rushing or fuss. She cradles her chin in one hand, tapping her cheek in thought with her eyes closed. Beside her, Hibiki likewise emerges, subtly steering her elder sister to avoid passersby while she thinks.

"It's evening, so~oo..." Fingers snap, "--Ah~! I bet the lady Jeanette is gonna take her to a fancy restaurant with a waiter and fancy bread sticks and a wine bottle in a bucket of ice..!" Hands cupping her cheeks, she marvels, "Wow, it'd almost be like a date but Flagship wouldn't go for that-- but it'd still be a great dinner for a first-class Lady on vacation~!"

"...Seafood," Hibiki states, raising a finger, "...We don't have enough money to follow them in."

Blinking, Akatsuki glances at the destination, then down at her little whale-shaped purse, giving it a squeeze, "Mmm... W-well, we don't have to go in with them, since it's already wonderful... Why don't we go--" Glancing up, she raises a finger and draws it down the boardwalk until she settles on, "--That one!"

    "...Ice cream."

Akatsuki hesitates, then snaps her hand back to laugh into it, "Ho ho ho~! O-of course, a Lady can enjoy ice cream on a hot summer's day by the beach, t-too..!" Glancing sidelong, she adds, "And we can make sure nothing spoils the Flagship's marvelous dinner, without going broke..!"
Jeannette Thompson THankfully, Jeannette doesn't have to lead them far. It was either serendipity or some discreet calls to the harbormaster when Nagato came in that the restuarnat they're going to, a charming, classy three-story affair, is down the peer and a block over. Even in sight of where the boat had left her! "Not as often as I'd like, I'm afraid." She says, a sorrowful note enter her voice. "I feel sometimes it simply isn't fair for fate to have given Raletza two leiges dedicated to military service in the span of half a century, but when I do have the time, I simply adore spending in here!" She says, wide grin on her face (very few moments the smile is off of it. "And I certainly have no problem with a simple civil entrance. A battleship entering the harbour would give fits to a great many people that are paid to have them."

That smile turns a bit more warm, almost giddy, when she lets her know of the time she has there. Her eyes don't have time to track over to where Nagato's gaze lingers, unfortunatly, so she simply doesn't see more than a gaggle of kids. "Oh, I do appreciate it. I hope it isn't too much of an imposition; I suppose I should be apologizing for /my/ manners. But this simply is the best place in the harbor district!" Funny way of saying that, using enough exhuburance so that all the reporters in earshot can hear. "Though, I am afraid the don't have... wait a minute." She says, looking down at the menu. "They do! Well, this place never ceases to suprise me." She says. Again, within earshot of reporters.

Granted, another reason for this restuarant would have been evident. The security team is low key, professional, and letting no one in but people on the clientle list.

As Team Alien Hunter place on their glasses and snap some pictures, taking notes... It would depend on how much of the crowd they are watching. Strangely, the uniformed police officers (and given the touristy area they're in, they are there) are more watching the crowd and around the area, seeming ignoring the two inconscpicous destroyers. In fact, the only person that seems to be looking at them is a man in a longer coat, sipping a coffee and peering up from a digital e-paper every once in a while.

Team /ELEGANT LADY/ would easily reach the Ice Cream stand. Everyone seems to be a bit too busy gawking, so they're able to get in line pretty easily! And it seems like sundaes are a bit pricey, but five Triancian Dollars can't be that much. It would just take a quick- Oh, my, that was actually around 10 credits. Well, the cookies are 3 credits a piece! As the cheapest thing on the menu besides a cup of water. Hey, it /was/ on the docks next to a fancy restuarant with a /wonderful/ view of the bay.
Nagato     A short walk across a very long pier as the saying goes, right? "You do what you must though. Though, I do admit to being curious on what they would be reporting for a foreign ship to be entering port." a few of the reporters give an interesting look to each other 'did she say ship?' 'but she came in a fishing vessel...' 'she can't mean that /she/ is the ship' 'that'd be silly'. "Little do they know, right..." she shakes her head and follows along with Jeannette...

Only to give a minor gawk at the building... the three story restaurant. Clearly, Nagato hasn't really been to anything beyond Mamiya's, a simple one story building and maybe the Bar and Grill but this individual building... so tall... just for eating? One would think this would be for barracks. At least Nagato's appropriately dressed. "Shall we?" she nods a bit and follows Jean into the building, giving a decidedly Japanese formal bow to the host in greeting.

ONce they're sat down, she pulls up the menu, looking at it curiously, so many good sounding meals there. "I think I shall start with some warm sake, what about you?"
Kongou ALIEN HUNTERS
"Wawa.. Ikazuchi, I'm not so sure about this..!" Inazuma has not written down a single thing! At least two young girls are fairly harmless, and who doesn't have a camera in such a place? Though their main focus is on Nagato and Jeannette, rather than stalking random strangers, at least. As her eyes wander, she briefly locks gazes with a long-coated stranger eyeballing the pair, tucking her hands up to her chin again with a "Wawawa.."

The peppier brunette puffs out her cheeks, bringing her camera down, "Mou, Inazuma, try not to fuss so much! This is important so we can save the day!" Lifting her camera again, she takes a photo of the resaurant as Nagato and Jeannette disappear into it, then boldly steps up to the bouncer herself, "A-hem~! We're the famous multiversal journalist duo, Raiden! We'd like seats, please~!"

    "A-ah, Ikazuchi.. How will we..?"

    "I got it covered~!"

ELEGANCE
So expensive..! Akatsuki pales a bit at the prices, squeezing her whale purse a bit more with both hands, "Uu~ but I want it.." Glancing down, she gingerly opens the purse and fingers through the contents, "A-ah.. A Lady has to be responsible with her money, but also should know when to treat herself.."

While Akatsuki fusses, a sundae is slid over to her, prompting a surprised squeak. Glancing up at the stall owner in surprise, her eyes follow when he jerks a thumb at Hibiki, currently biting into a cookie.

    "Ah.. Thank you, Hibiki~!"

Wait, what happened to watching Nagato to make sure her vacation went perfectly?
Jeannette Thompson Oh, /there/ was that thread that the reporters would be grabbing at. Some of them are trying a bit to press harder into the restuarant when they walk in, as Jeannette simply gives a knowing smile at Nagato's words. The Baronness meeting up with a friend from the docks was one thing. But where she came from, and the words.... some of the local society bloggers had the scent of a Multiversal story, and it was a good thing security was so tight.

Nagato elegant bow, suprisingly, recieves one similarly elegant (though of a different style) from the well-dressed hostess, after a moment's hesitation. It /did/ seem like this restuarant was prepared for everything. No elevator in the building itself (at least, nothing that interrupted the flow of the place). Just an elegant spiral stair case going to the second, then third story, A seat next to a set of darkened windows overlooking the harbor. And it /was/ a very good view.

Once they're at the table itself, Jeannette's form becomes less formal, more relaxed, as she settles in the chair. "Oh, Allah, thank you for the miracle of a restuarant that keeps the riff-raft out." She says, placing a finger on the window, and dragging down the meter that suddenly appears on it's surface; the tint on the window lightens considerably to let more light in. "I do apologize for that rather haphazard social waltz outside. But I can either go around incognito, or out to greet the people, and if it's the former, someone's getting a picture, they wonder who I'm meeting with, and suddenly I'm spying for the Chinese or some such nonsense." She leans forward. "And while I can't stop you from the Sake, it /is/ imported. And /as/ your very regal Representative Plenipotentiary of the Aricultural District of this fair city, I would suggest the bottle of fantastic merlot I am almost required to consume." She gives a slight grin. "And I have the corkage fee, of course."

Downstairs, that long-coated man is still looking at them. It might be because, while everyone has a camera, not everyone has /that/ sort of camera. The form factor and technology stand out... as does the fact of who they're attempting to take pictures of. So it might be a bit concerning about how he's ambling a bit forward when they confront the bouncer.

"Multiversal?" The bouncer says, her hand going into her coat, and wiping out something folded that almost snaps into a slightly rigid touch screen. "Your website?" ...They have multiversal Internet here. The restuarant /was/ prepared. But... not the reporters, who, being reporters, walk over almost immediatly. "You look a little young to be reporting from the Multiverse." Says one. "What do you know about the woman who came in with Lady Raletza? Is she nobility from another country?" Says another.

And... well. It seems that Hibiki wasn't charged for a sundae. Or the cookie. It was a small stand, and... /come on/, an adorable girl fussing over her purse indecesively was /bound/ to get some sort of reaction. And at least it was a big one, too! They might be able to see the duo inside the restuarant from the right angle, if they really worked at it.
Nagato     Meanwhile, back on base. "Tatsuta, let's go out to dinner. My treat. Let me just make sure I have my credit card. Nagato was nice enough to split some funds out for us before she went to vacation." Tenryuu grins, opening up a small purse. She /can/ be girly when she wants. But when she opens it... she notices something major missing. Not only is the credit card missing... Tenryuu's WALLET is missing too. Tenryuu's eyes twitch a bit and off she goes, sword in hand. "SENDAI!?! WHERE ARE YOU!"

Tatsuta giggles some, shaking her head, "Ara ara... Tenryuu-chan, I wouldn't get mad at Sendai-chan~"

Back at the restuarant: Nagato hmms a bit at the suggesion, "Very well, I'll try the local favorites. The merlot... and this dish right here." as she points to what looks to be a local favorite at least. Though, Nagato pauses slightly, "Jeannette? I have to ask why are you announcing things like that. It's slightly suspicious." Nagato's eyes rest upon the Triancian rep before her head turns to the door, tilting her head... "Is that... children?" she questions, something seemed slightly off about them...

"It seems that camera toting people do not want to leave you alone today, I wonder why that is." she half questions, waiting here and there...
Kongou TEAM ALIENS
"Ah..Web site?" That catches Ikazuchi off-guard and she blinks when the bouncer produces a tablet. Raising her hands defensively, whatever the peppy girl is about to say gets interrupted by both 'reporters' getting swarmed by ... other reporters, "--Wah?!"

"Hawawawawa--!" Not only that, the big scary dude in the long coat is making his way over, a fact that Inazuma has not failed to notice. And all the questions, including one incredulous maitre D, flips her into panic mode, "It's not working, let's go, nanodesu~!"

Ikazuchi flails, but with her sister latched on and in full retreat, all she can do is fuss while she's dragged away, "Aliens among us! Truth is out there! H-hey, Inazuma..!"

TEAM ELEGANCE
Two girls treated to a nice big ice cream and giant novelty cookie by a warm-hearted ice cream owner? Well that's just exactly what an afternoon special needs. When her money is refused, Hibiki blinks, then tucks her hands together and bows politely, "Spasiba."

With little trouble, both Akatsuki and Hibiki find a place to sit where they can keep a distant eye on Nagato and Jeannette through the restaurant's window, while enjoying their treats. With Inazuma bailing and taking Ikazuchi with her, though, the eldest of the four simply watches the incident play out with her eyebrows forming a straight, bemused line, "...Those two..." With a sigh, she pokes at her sundae, "...Man, being the big sister is really hard sometimes. It must be a lot like how Flagship has to take care of us, huh?"

"..Mm," Hibiki nips off a bite of cookie, glancing up at the window, "...A very grown-up thought." Likewise, her flat-lined bemused gaze follows her little sisters, and then swivel back towards Akatsuki. A hand raises, jerking her thumb at them, "...Should we do something?"

"...Nah~. I told Ikazuchi she was wrong, she wouldn't learn if we bailed her out. Besides," Raising up her spoon, she declares, "This sundae the nice man gave me would melt!"
Jeannette Thompson Jeannette nods just for a moment. "Well, that one is a popular dish. Safe, certainly, but there is a reason everyone orders it, and it is rather scrumptious." She says. At the question, though, Jeannette opens up into a broad faced grin. "Oh, out there, what I said was a grandiose advertisement. I do thank you for playing your part, saying you had the funds. A life of a noble is a responsibility, but I walked out there in sash and dress knowing dinner would be free. Oh, a few photos for a wall, handing the money, a gracious, 'Your bill is covered, My Lady', and then heading out. I do hope I was convincing with the whole 'Wow, they even have sake' bit."

She leans forward a bit more, a twinkle in her eyes. "As for my duty to the Raletzan wine industry? Would you believe me if I told you that wasn't an act? It's a position conferred upon this barony in... 19... 19... damn it, the oughts- 1903! Had it, there. And confirmed every five years, too. At first I was a bit wary about selling wine, but that is what Raletza is known for. What it can be proud of, and I am proud of Raletza." And this, there is no doubt she's speaking sincerely.

"And the camera people... they smell a good story. That ship bit aroused their interests, I am everywhere in the Mulitverse..." She says, before frowning. "Hmm. Maybe I should have looked in on it more. Did you happen to see anyone being a bit more discreet outside? And children is a bit suspicious; the youngest you see down here are kids graduating from University." She says, craning her neck to look in that direction.

As Team Aliens are running from the reporter, the long-coated man leaps forward... and waves the reporters off. "Hey! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! THey're kids! Go, get out of here!" He says, and, if possible, pushes the kids somewhere a little more open. "Hey, sorry about that." He says, putting on a smile. "Look, I don't know if you two want to pretend to be reporters over there. There's already lots of them over there. But... I'm sorry. I just get curious. Did anyone say that those two women the reporters were following were aliens?" He says, pointing to the camera. "Did anyone say to get pictures? Or pay you to get pictures?"
Jeannette Thompson For Team Elegence.... well, it seems alien hunting doesn't pay off. They're getting hounded by reporters and bouncers without one look at Jeannette, while Elegance gets to enjoy free ice cream and see Jeannette talking to Nagato with a mostly jovial flare. Not much staring at two young kids enjoying an ice cream. If anything, it was going to be on one of the aggregate sites with the caption 'this makes me feel good about the world'. Though... they are in a position to see that the one long coated man has been joined a little bit away by a woman in a suit, and two uniformed cops taking up positions.
Nagato     "Politics here are interesting. It's like a game of shogi." she muttered, the battleship only gives a light nod. "Each peice has it's place... each movement carefully calculated to provide a winning move..." under her breath, just to the one present, "You were. They do have it." she nods once more, "Maybe I should try.... this dish." she speaks up a bit louder, "It looks delicious." she tries to play this political game herself, something she's not the best at. She leads a navy, not a country.

The Battleship listens a bit more, nodding slightly, "I see, you have a lot of responsibility here, much more than I do with the Fleet." she smirks, "Perhaps the navy has the best commander right here." she tries buttering up and inflating Jean's ego a bit, "As you should be proud, it's a fine country that I get to visit with a very respectablee woman." she thinks a moment, "Maybe I shall export a bottle or two for my personal supply back on the base."

She perks just a bit, 'kids' again? And that hawawa doesn't escape her ears. "Ina...zuma? It can't be her. Akatsuki and Hibiki wouldn't allow it... and Houshou should be watching them as well." She shakes her head a bit, perhaps the names of the ships might perk up some more interest around... on accident.
Kongou ALIENS
Ushered out of the way and .. protected? Inazuma trots to a stop, turns, and stares up at this imposing figure standing over her, "Wawa.. This feels like we're in trouble, nanodesu.."

Pulling herself free of her sister, Ikazuchi puffs out her chest and her cheeks, trying to stand up to someone close to twice her size, "No and no!" With one hand on her hip, the other raises and shakes a finger at him, "I don't even know who that is our admiral is with, but she's with the Union and she's helped our fleet so she's okay! The problem is our Admiral would never leave us and go on vacation so /she/ must be an imposter or something!"

"Ikazuchi.." Inazuma closes her eyes, hands tucked up under her chin again in that nervous posture she tends to take, "N-nobody told us to take pictures," She squares up to the bodyguard (?) as best she can while being so clearly timid, "..Thinking Na-Nagato-san might be an alien was Ikazuchi's idea..nanodesu.."

"Hey, Inazuma--!" Ikazuchi whirls in protest, then starts when she sees her sister is on the verge of tears.

ELEGANCE
    Now that draws the line!

Having at least confirmed the officers are having a good time over dinner, Akatsuki slides off her seat, sundae in hand, and storms her way through the crowd. Once she realizes what's going on, Hibiki jumps up and follows, stuffing the remainder of her cookie into her mouth, then adjusting her cap as she catches up. As she gets closer, she stomps her foot to make herself known, one hand resting on her hip while the other holds her sundae by the dish's stem as one would a fancy wine glass.

"Hey! You better stop picking on my little sisters! You're making Inazuma cry!" Perhaps to make a show of solidarity, and maybe as a little bit of a threat, she holds her treat to the side, "Hibiki, hold my ice cream in case I gotta mess these guys up!"

It might be a bluff. Then again. Shipgirls. Akatsuki's got that Protective Big Sister look on her face.
Jeannette Thompson "Remind me to explain it all one of these days. The sections of the Consitution make for some interested reading. You know I'm mentioned in some of the annointed versions?" Another smile, mirthful as it was, as she loudly points at a dish, drawing the other attentions. Even if it was a bit obvious, ernestness didwell for the press. But...

Jeannette's face falls a bit, as she mentions her as the best Commodore in the navy. "Yes, well... You do have a lot more of the Navy to see, and..." a pause, and another smaller smile. "There's others out there. This, though." She says, sweeping her arms out. "This is a responsibility that has been around for hundreds of years, in one form or another. Mine alone. Oh, please, take two bottles. I can even set you up with an exporter. There's a wonderful vertical vinyard on the rotation, currently, once of the firsts of the format."

Another pause, and then a crane of her head. Something that's said brings up interest. "See someone you know?" She asks. "I didn't think you'd see someone touristing this far out."

The man who's speaking to them suddenly goes from a kinder demeanor to a serious one. "Admiral? From where? One of the Japans? That you're in service to?" He says. A quick reach into his pocket, and a flip of a holder. The badge says 'FEDERAL POLICE', with the attached ID, along with a picture, reading 'Bureau of Counterintellgence'. "Look, you're not in trouble right now, and I don't want that to change. But I'm going to need to see some identity papers, and-"

He stops, looking annoyed for a moment, then freezing as there's one reporter glaring down at him with the challenge that comes from a member of the free press who just took a photo of a plainclothes cop acosting two young girls, while two other popped over and beat her chest in the most adorable way. "Ahh..." he says, looking down at Akatsuki's demeanor, and the timid girls still there... and the fact that there were more press on the way.
Nagato     "I thought I saw two of the sixth destroyer division here. It's probably just me overworking myself. Kagurazaka's right, I should have taken this vacation." she leans back in the chair just slightly, not to be undignified, more like how a proper lady would act. In case Akatsuki is looking that is. "Perhaps we can express interest in that at a later time, for now, let's enjoy the meal that we are about to receive from this establishment." she mentions this with all the dignity of a proper dignitary and invited foreign person.

With enough respect and buttering up for the current establishment.

"I think I will take two bottles home with me, Musashi, Mutsu and Yamato would be glad to have some of this finery as well." a pause, "Maybe even Libeccio." she gives a bit of a nod, "Maybe." and with an actual laugh, a light one, she waits for the food to be brought out to enjoy.

TEAM DESTROYER DIVISION SIX HAS FORMED

Hibiki reaches out to take Akatsuki's ice cream, holding the bowl in both hands and yet stepping up beside her sister. The tip of her hat is just enough to hide her eyes, which does something about making her presence a bit disconcerting.

Akatsuki steps up and places herself between Inazuma, who's just started to cry, and Ikazuchi, who's resigned to trying to stop Inazuma from crying. The lead ship of the division props her hands on her hips, cheeks puffed out, and glowers up at this significantly taller man with no fear in her eyes. She lets this linger for a moment before she speaks up.

"Well?!" One hand shifts, pointing a finger accusingly, "You made her cry!" Shifting, she uses that same hand to gesture to the brunettes behind her, "So apologize! Or do you like bullying girls just lookin' out for their auntie while they're visiting what I /thought/ was a nice country for a vacation!"

Beside her, Hibiki shifts her hands so she can make use of the spoon in Akatsuki's ice cream, scooping a bit for herself. Right before she eats it, she comments, "...It's a bit lousy for tourism if it's like this. Nyet Khorasho."
Jeannette Thompson Jeannette looks across the table at the Admiral with a bit of an incredulous look. "What, did they take a suborbital here? I've seen those destroyers, and I doubt they'd be able to get on a plane without /someone/ posing as an adult. Unless you think they can pull of an effective look with a trenchcoat on each others shoulders." She says, a proper laugh of mirth. "And yes, let's. It should be hear fairly- Ahh." She says, as she spies the waiter, the steaming dishes well plated and looking absoutely delicious. "I can get you the wine. Just let me know how much you enjoy it. Sign some pictures, send a testimonial."

The Federal Policeman wasn't a soldier, but he knew how to read a situation. And the situation was 4 girls, one posturing, one about to try, another holding ice cream, all of them tourists, refering to their auntie, and talking about bullying. This was not the time to yell back. Besides, they had good information.

He draws himself up. "I'm terribly sorry to you four girls. You're quite brave, standing up for yourselves! There must have been some mistake, all right?" Hands held up in a placiating geasture. "But if any of you want to say anything, or see anything..." He says, flicking out a chipped card and handing it to the leader. "Let us know."

And then he's heading off, with the woman behind him. There was enough to start an investigation."
Nagato     "I sincerely doubt they would have. They're good girls." Nagato reinforces, "Reliable if a bit ..." she pauses, the smell of the food arriving shuts her up right quick, "Yes, I'll give you a good review of the wine from all four ships, Jeannette." and with a nod, she backs up just a bit so the plates and the like are sat down in front of her. "They do not spare anything when it comes to presentation. Perhaps Mamiya would like to see this one day." she gives the food an appreciative look. "Itadakimasu." (Let's eat)

Something still was bugging the Battleship, but with all of her gear at home, including the metal-prong headdress that contained a lot of her radio and radar, she can't really ask Kiso or Musashi anything. o O (Was that DesDivSix?) she questions to herself, only to shove the thought out of her mind, o O (Perhaps... I should study up on political maneuvering and social construction in a political setting....)
Kongou     Reaching up, Akatsuki snatches the card offered to her and squints at it, flipping it over in her hand a few times. Glancing aside, she asks, "Should we ask this guy if we need help with anything?" When there's no response from her sisters, she returns her gaze to the agent, pinching the card between her fingers and flicking it right into a nearby garbage can, "No thanks. We'll ask a real member of the tourism board!"

With the adults' backs turned, the leader of the Akatsuki class destroyers, radiating maturity, submits to her childish side by leaning forward and tugging down an eyelid, sticking out her tongue, "Nyeeh~!"

Turning in place, she puffs out a breath, looking over the wreckage of the little incident. Inazuma's calming down, with Ikazuchi applying hugs. And Hibiki--

"H-hibiki, that's my ice cream..!" Flailing, Akatsuki bounces in place, "I'll share but don't eat it all..!"

    "...Khorasho."
