Owner Pose
Fuki     It's rare that Fuki got out on her own, much more so for possibly official Confederate buisiness. Two figures are sat in the corner of the Bar and Grill today, a human male in his middle ages and sat in front of him is a small, six inch figure clad in black and purple armor. Notably missing upon this girl's body is her normal weaponry. "So, he should be here soon, Master." Kourin nods slightly to his Shinki, flagging down a waitress and pointing to a drink.

Fuki's eyes close, rummaging through Confederate databases, maybe this person wanted to join... or maybe it was a mercenary, either way, Fuki wasn't going to let this opportunity down... the Shinki sits... and waits... and plots.
Ixqor Nathrach The cracks and seems of the exit to the bar came to life, as a bright purple and red light pierced them briefly. There was a pause then, followed by the heavy steps of an approaching figure. THe doors would open, and reveal a hulking humanoid being in blue and green armor. The shoulders were brought and the armor itself seemed clunky at best, though it moved with the flow of any biological body. The armor was adorned in some accessories, branded with marks of an eight point star with an eye in the center, and depictions of serpents, specifically hydras on the shoulderpads. The helm had two vertically curved horns which met together above it, and the eight point star just below the grill which the wearer likely spoke through.

At first glance, the armored man caught sight of the man in the corner, as no one else appeared to be waiting for something or be the person he spoke with. But wasn't the person over the vox a woman? It sure sounded like one. He pushed the thought from his mind, approaching the man, then spotting the small humanoid looking figure on the table, actively moving. Was it some sort of fairy? A wisp? No matter. There was business to tend to.

The man inside the suit spoke, his thick accent sounding learned and rich with knowledge, as his words flowed off of his tongue. "Would you two be the ones who requested the meeting here? Had I known it would be a pub, I'd have come looking less... Obvious." The man rolled his broadly armored shoulders and looked down at them, awaiting a greeting or conformation.
Fuki     Fuki's eyes perk up slightly, hearing the steps of an armored body come stepping through the bar. Looking up to her Master, she gives a bit of a nod, only to wait for him to sit down. That armor, though, Fuki starts taking pictures with her eyes, storing the information in her own storage space, a smirk coming to her as she floats up towards eye level to the armored man. "We would, and my apologies about the choice of location."

Fuki bows in mid air, "My name is Fuki, Lieutenant in the Confederacy. This is my Master, Kourin Osode, also a Lieutenant. My actions reflect upon him as well, such is why we share rank. I'm the woman you spoke to over the radio." a pause is given and she shakes her head, "There is no need for concern. In fact, this is a preferred thing for me to see, in a battle ready outfit."

Fuki's voice is soft, but very pronounced, speaking with a sort of experience, "What can we do for you?" she smiled, moving to sit down upon Kourin's shoulder. "After all, I'll be reporting this meeting to the Confederacy for further information."
Ixqor Nathrach Ixqor would bow his head and place a fist over the chest of his armor, pounding it once, as bowing in that armor is simply impractical. "Know me as Alpharius. 'Tis a pleasure to meet you, ma'am and sir." He would reach up to his helm and remove it, placing it down on the table in front of him. His face now revealed was one of rather profound and blocky features. His head was bald and his skin was rather tanned. His eyes were a piercing yellow and his smile was half cocked and coy. "I originaly went to the citadel in search of a representative to speak to. The best place to find one is at the source of course, though I was turned away and told to wait. I think the guards simply did not wish to deal with me, but no matter." Ixqor would take a seat, luckily not crushing or ruining the chair under him in his armor. "My first question to you is about this conflict. Only recently has my universe, or at least the timeline I come from, has been unified with teh rest of the multiverse, and so I find myself rather out of the loop as it were. Care to inform me?"
Fuki     Kourin gives a brief nod and waves over the waitress once more and starts to use sign language. She nods and offers a menu to the Marine before heading out. "Order what you will, this will be on my credit, Alpharius." she nods, watching the man take off that helm. Fuki hops off her Master's shoulder and a pair of black wings sprout from thin air as she takes a hover around the helmet, "Nicely constructed..." she whispers...

Turning back up towards the man, she gives a nod, "Standard practice." she mutters, moving back over to her master and proceeding to use his head as the seat this time, sitting cross legged on top of his head, to which Kourin just sighs. Fuki smiles, "I see. Information on the multiversal war. We're in war with the Union, your typical 'goodie two shoes', get in the way of our conquering, annoying 'good guys'. Constantly thwarting our plans to make... a better future for those under us. Though, these days, the war has gone towards a stalemate, with neither side showing interest most of the time, much to my dismay." she grumbles, her scythe coming out into view from a soft white glow.

"We're slowly trying to change that, to let the Union know that we are not going to sit idle any longer... that we will take the Multiverse as ours... and crush those who stand in our way."
Ixqor Nathrach Ixqor cannot help but chuckle and shake his head at this, closing his eyes briefly. "Such banality. This is starting to sound like the war that engulfes my universe of origin, minus the lack of interest in fighting. And you sound like the brother of mine who enlightened me, many a year ago. And so your goal as part of the confederacy is dominion then? If not, then what is the Confederacy all about then. You mentioned a better future for those serving you, but you hestitated? And what about the Union hmm?" Ixqor brought a gloved hand to his chin and signaled a waiter with the other. "Just a water, if you will." He directed to the worker before returning his attention to Fuki and Kourin.

"And you say you have a plan to kick start this conflict then? Why had it come to a close originally? I know of very few wars that simply peter out like that. Especially with such a gallery of rogues and heroes at an empires dispossal. At least from what I've seen of this rather chaotic collection of worlds." His drink woudl arrive then, and he would sip from the tall glass, setting it down afterwards and lacing his fingers together in front of his face, intruiged by the subject matter.
Fuki     "I'm still on the bottom rung of the power ladder within the Confederacy." Fuki explains, "I'm but an assassin for my cause." she chuckles slightly, shaking her head, "It's petered out due to... many a reason, global threats that affected the existance of /everyone/." she gives a sigh, "And some still come along, threats to not only the Union but to the Confederacy's whole as well." she pauses, looking towards Alpharius.

"I have a few plans, personally, but enough about me, what about you? Tell me more about what you're doing and why you're interested..." she smiles, stretching slightly. The waitress comes back with a large glass of water and a pitcher full, "This should sate your thirst, if it does not, I shall be back with more."
Ixqor Nathrach "Too kind of you, no need though, thank you." He waved the waitress away then, nodding with approval to her. He cleared his throat and refocussed on Fuki then. "I see. Strange when a liuetenant is low on the proverbial power ladder. From what I understood they were somewhere in the middle. Can't say for sure, my war experience is not with that of a standardized group. Respect came with time, and power." He leaned in close then. "To answer your question, I'm here seeking destiny. I shall impart to you that I am a sorcerer, and I shall pride myself in saying I am a powerful one at that. That alone only matters in the context of why I am here, because of what I have scene. Upon unification, images were revealed to me of three other blades that match mine, and complete a set of twin blades. With them all assembled together, there's no telling how powerful one man would be." He chuckled again, sipping from his glass.

"Now. Normally I'd never speak of the twinblades to someone to have just met me like yourself. But it isn't like you'd know where they are, or have them anyway. THeir lost to the cosmos as large, but even still, I believe I may be able to find them. My search would be made simpler though with allies. The confederacy or union will do, so as long as I can further my goals in exchange for pledging my bolter to you and your cause. So far I have found evidence of the twin blades existance in the multiverse. It was a tablet, depicting the twinblades. Found 'em in what I would describe as a nearly sunken city of ruins. It was marvelous to behold such a trove of untapped knowledge and legend. It was the best place to start, and I got lucky. Sadly, I was... interfered with, as I was pulled through the warp to another universe, and into a brief conflict with the native population. Upon returning, the tablet was fragments, though that proof was all I needed to know that my search was not a mad man's folly."

Laying back in his seat, Ixqor would continue. "Besides a sorcerer, a scholar, and a destiny seeker, I am a warrior at heart. I come from a galaxy in flames, consumed by war and strife as xenos and humans fight amongst eachother for survival, and dominance. I was once a normal human, much like your master here, until I ascended, taken by my now brothers and augmented. From there I served over a hundred years across strings of planets in various wars against the hypocrisy of the 'God Emperors' Holy Imperium." He would spit to the side at mentioning such a name. "A betrayel here and there took place, and my warband was in ruins, much like the rest of the galaxy, and soon after unification came. Now I find myself here, talking to you, in a rather strange pub of multiverse faring peoples."
Fuki     Fuki shrugs at the comment about her status, but here, she listens intently, a light nod coming to her with every sentence. "True, I do not know these twin blades, but there is countless people in the Confederacy who would be willing to lend blade, magic and stealth to the cause if you're willing to pledge your bolter to us. I know not much of your capabilities, I personally find magic using people... iffy."

She sighs a bit and shakes her head, "Ugh, magic." she sighs once more, "Sorry, it's a point of contention, enemy magic users bother me, allied ones... don't." she shakes her head some and looks up towards Alpharius. "We could use strong people, determined and driven people like you in the Confederacy, to walk with us, to sate your warrior heart." she smiles, "Sure, we may... have differing views at times in the Confederacy but we're still united together under the banner." she leans back into her Master, "I promise, we can help you find your twinblades to help you gain your power." a pause, this was a normal human?

Fuki looks up towards her Master, who immediately gets into the "No" face. "Master... it wou..." bonk... "Ow. Master..." the finger came down onto the head, and she pouts up at her Master, "I'm still wanting to fix your voice you know... you can't stop me from looking!"
Ixqor Nathrach "That is good to hear, as it is truly my only requirement. Now, there is an issue however." His smile widened. "Why did you not answer my question before? You hestitated when you mentioned the confederacies goals. You stated they were to provide a better future for those under your rule, but are you sure? You gave pause to that statement." His hands would fold on the countertop before he continued. "I am, and may always be, a warrior in service to my Gods. But, I am not as much of an automaton when compared to my other brothers. I want to know why you, fight. At your core, what does the confederacy mean. Not you, but to itself." Even a warrior of chaos has morals, albeit they are likely twisted and skewed.
Fuki     "My apologies, maybe I need to redownload some information to my databanks on the Confederacy's mission, it could be slightly outdated, no matter." she chuckles, "Even my memory can be slightly falliable. My apologies on giving pause." she listens a bit more but she was asked an important question... something no one else has ever asked her. It acctually gives both Kourin and Fuki a pause to think, looking between each other.

It does take a moment, but she finally turns to look at him with a firm nod and a confident look upon her face. "I fight to better my Master, to protect him because that is what I do. My Master means /everything/ to me." she pauses and continues, "Without him, I wouldn't have gotten to where I was, without him to protect, I would have no purpose, without him existing, I would not be here talking to you." everything she says seems to have a conviction about it, a firm truth to them. "The Confederacy is home. They appreciated our strength together, they appreciated our drive... and we show our appreciation back by serving them to our best abilities..."
Ixqor Nathrach Ixqor would nod, satisfied with this answer. "As long as the goal of the confederacy is not one swathed in hypocryisy, and tyranny through lies and deceit, you may just keep my allegiance. If so, you both know, like me, that Power, is the governing principle of the stars. But even with that being said, that we cannot forget who we are at our core." Ixqor would stand, looming over the table. He motioned with his hand for the two to rise. "I believe we could be seen working together, as comrades, should all bode well then." His hand would extend then, awaiting a hand of theirs in return to shake. "Fuki, Kourin, it was a pleasure meeting you."
Fuki     Fuki, being small, can't really shake hands in this body. If she was in her human sized one... maybe. Kourin, however, nods and returns the handshake. "My apologies, my size does limit me on a few social graces, but it was a pleasure to meet you and I look forward to seeing you again should you choose to come over to our side."she bows softly and she gives a nod, "May you ever walk in your path of greatness, Alpharius."
Ixqor Nathrach "Ah, that reminds me, how would one enlist themselves among your ranks?" He would firmly shake the mans hand before clasping his own together behind his back. He towered over the two, standing at nearly eight feet tall. It was a marvel he didn't have to squeeze through the door.
Fuki     "I can put in a recommendation to Confederate command and they shall look it over, only if you're truely interested in joining us." she nods while Kourin gives the firmest handshake he can muster. "I'll be glad to have you in the Confederacy, sir."
Ixqor Nathrach "Excellent. Do so, if you don't mind. At the moment I work with the syndicate as it has provided me with an opening into this strange world. It's where I heard about the two sides of the conflict, if that makes this process any easier." He took his helm from the table and dawned it once more. "For now farewell. Should be come under attack in the near future, I wish you the best of luck." He would turn and begin walking away, turning his head slightly to give one last goodbye. "May the Dark Gods favor thee."
