Tomoyo Daidouji     In Japan, schools have half-days on a Saturday. Thus, Tomoeda is awash with students in uniform in the afternoon, all heading home to enjoy the proper start of their weekends.

Not Tomoyo though, she has work to do!

She strides through the streets, unaccompanied. No bodyguards today, and Yamazaki has got the day off. Besides, Tomoeda is pretty safe, no one is going to jump here here.

    Right?
Mamimi Samejima Tomoyo is perfectly safe in Tomoeda. There is no one who would do anything to harm her, except for those that would soon meet their end at the Tomoyo-warrior in training!

Unfortunately, no one is exactly who Mamimi is.

As she strides through the streets, a flash of eyes, almost cat-like in the darkness, snap towards her and her movement. It does not take long for the girl to rise, a small tottering wall with limbs falling over, attempting to follow her. No attempt is made to put it right side up. Especially not as the form appears behind Tomoyo and snaps her into her arms, pressing her neck as far up against her head as she can. Arms attempt to pull her against her and hold her there. Tomoyo would likely struggle, but there would be a voice, devoid of emotion save for a tinge of disappointment, "You didn't try to find me, so I had to find you, To-Mo-Yo~."

A warm breathe swirls against her neck, Mamimi, hooded as she was, wearing a pair of succubus wings(?) and a little tail. Just like the little object face down, struggling to get up, in the shadows.
Tomoyo Daidouji     Tomoyo's environmental awareness is actually pretty good! And it's been honed by her training too. But Mamimi is a skulking master. And so, Tomoyo is entirely unaware of her until she's clinging to the tailor! She cries out in surprise, turning her head to see who it is!

"Oh... hello Mamimi," she says, her voice quavering a little. And yet, she manages a little smile. "Well, I'm sorry... but you never gave me an address. I don't even know what world you're from." Very gently, her hands come up to Mamimi's own, trying as nicely as she can to make the other girl release her grip.

Out the corner of her eye, she notices the accessories Mamimi has. Both because of her eye for fashion, and to distract herself from how close the other girl is to Tomoyo's neck again. "Oh... those are cute. Did you make them yourself?"
Mamimi Samejima It's true, Tomoyo is quite the superheroine! In the meantime, Mamimi is just good at skulking, but not one to completely surprise the tailor! After all, she's just a nobody, and a nothing.

With Tomoyo only quavering a little, there's a gleam in Mamimi's eye under the hood that is anything but friendly. Yet it's only a flash compared to what it could have been, or what it actually might be! A smile from her, even! Hands, grasping her own. "Oh, holding hands. Tomoyo, you're moving real fast, y'know?" Her head tilts as teeth scrape against Tomoyo's neck but do not bite down. "Are you a pervert?"

Asking such a question, Mamimi still backs down as they are released with Tomoyo 'gently' assisting in their release. Mamimi can't fight such strong grip! Still, she stays far, far too close. "Mhmmmm. It matches Takkun." So says the girl, pointing at the wiggling block, before shaking her head. "Well, I've been following you all around... you probably weren't looking for me." It may be true - but Mamimi might be bluffing. "....Ahhh... and even though I've been following, I haven't seen the Lord of the Black Flames, anywhere..."

Almost accusingly, she looks at Tomoyo.
Tomoyo Daidouji     The accusation of 'pervert' stings a little bit. Especialy coming from a girl who hands out hickies so freely! Speaking of, those teeth are close enough to make Tomoyo freeze up a little, fearing another one.

Thankfully, it doesn't come to pass. Tomoyo is able to at least turn around and face the other girl now! "Oh, so they do..." she mutters, looking to the block on the ground. "Wait... you've been following me?" she asks. Somehow, a part of her doesn't believe it. If someone was stalking her, her bodyguards would have noticed. But Mamimi has proven herself to be quite sneaky... could she have?

The tailor is so wrapped up on considering this awful possibility that she almost misses the glare. "Oh! Well, I... hope you find him soon? You just need to keep looking!"
Mamimi Samejima With Tomoyo turning to face her, Mamimi doesn't face the girl in response, as if losing attention with her as she attempts to pull away from her. There Tomoyo goes again, demonstrating her force of will, ability to think freely and strength.

Oh well.

"Yeah, and your windows, when I can." Does Tomoyo have a window she can peek in? Perhaps! But Mamimi admits to, potentially, peeping on her! Who knows where, or when, she could have!? With bodyguards about, though, it could be just Mamimi being a liar.

Not that Mamimi is that. Is she?

Tomoyo's reassurance is certain to Mamimi though, whom turns about to put her face close to Tomoyo's once more, "You're right... maybe I haven't done enough for him yet..."

Which is when she flicks out her lighter and a cigarette, lighting it and inhaling, before taking the lit cigarette, "if I want him to notice me, how big does the fire have to be? ... Maybe enough sinners haven't been cleansed... want to help, Tomoyo? I'm sure we can get his attention if you help, too. Then he'll come for me!"

Suddenly she's quite into it!
Tomoyo Daidouji     Tomoyo has somehow found a way to go even paler than normal. The prospect of being watched without consent is scary! "I... would really prefer that you just came up to me instead," she mutters, perhaps a bit too quietly to hear. But then again, even if she had spoken up, Mamimi seems the sort to ignore such things.

She leans away subtly when Mamimi gets close, the corners of her mouth dipping as the other girl lights up. "You really shouldn't do that you know," she says, speaking a bit more clearly this time.

And then, Mamimi speaks of burning the sinners. Finally, Tomoyo understands.

She understands why she finds Mamimi so off-putting, why she makes Tomoyo lose composure so easily. Until now, Tomoyo has been able to grasp other people quite easily. When they're happy or sad, joking or serious... but not Mamimi. Even now, as she talks of burning things-burning people!-Tomoyo can't tell if she really means it.

So, she says nothing. Just regarding Mamimi with a mix of concern and fear.
Mamimi Samejima To Mamimi, prefer is the same as 'it's fine if you ignore this'. Mamimi isn't looking to get Tomoyo's friendship, nor her trust. Just like she didn't want it from Naota. What she wanted was something far more simpler, and while Tomoyo is pale, that isn't what Maimi really wants...

Shouldn't do that? Smoking? Mamimi's eyebrow rises however slightly at this prospect, staring non-chalently at Tomoyo while taking a nice big breath on the cigarette, enough to burn away the ash on the far end. Letting out a breathe, her hand shakes a bit - especially as Tomoyo doesn't speak up. Doesn't chide her, or agree with her. Simply stares at her. The fire in Mamimi's eyes only burns a bit hotter at the prospect. "Is that it? The sacrifices must not have been enough..." The smoke seeps out of her mouth as she speaks, "Do you think he'll come next time, Tomoyo?" She asks agin, "Tomo-chan. Tomoooo-chan!" The girl calls her name again, in such close proximity.

She slumps against the wall afterwards, pulling her knees against her face - but just spread apart enough her mouth can reach the cigarette between her fingers. "Maybe he'll never come, huh?"

Breath. "You didn't, Ta-kun didn't either...so he..." Not once does she look at Tomoyo in the exchange.
Tomoyo Daidouji     The tailor is at an absolute loss for words.

Here before her is someone that seems genuinely unhinged, but not in the same way Jack Slash was. He was predictable, at the very least. But Mamimi... you really can't tell what she might do next. She seemed like a normal schoolgirl, but she talked about such strange things with a fervour that suggested they were real. And yet... coupled with everything else... maybe they weren't? Was she just incredibly delusional?

Tomoyo is snapped out of her musings by Mamimi calling her name so many times. She looks up, then down at the girl as she takes a seat, clearly dejected. And thus, she makes a decision. She doesn't know if this 'Lord of the Black Flames' is real or not, nor if Mamimi is serious about burning sinners. But in front of her is someone who is clearly lonely and who needs a friend.

She can't look away from that.

Thus, Tomoyo sits down next to Mamimi and says, "Ta-kun is right there." She gestures at the flying rock, before adding, "But I feel like you're talking about another Ta-kun. What happened?"
Mamimi Samejima If it would be that easy, Mamimi would have been cured by Naoto so long ago - but enough poison flowing through your veins may make you toxic as well. Mamimi's not just doing this because she is completely dejected. Yes, that's much of it. Yet it is also to see how Tomoyo responds. A hero, as it were. Mamimi isn't a master mind... but she was a tad manipulative. It just happens that both things fell together and as Tomoyo sits down next to her, talking to her, it is like meat to a hungry predator.

"That Takkun isn't going anywhere without me." Is the exact verbiage and response that she gets, "Takkun." She pats the ground besides her - the wiggling mass of stone flies, however briefly, and slams into the ground besides her - still wrong-side up. Patting it, Mamimi looks away from Tomoyo still. "Nothing did."

Before immediately falling against Tomoyo, "what happened, Tomo-chan? Did you fall for me~?" She looks up to Tomoyo, a little smile - as she flicks the cigarette away. "Tomo-chan, you should hang out with me more. Don't look away from me like you have been, okay?" Eyes focus on her, though they come from a head against the other girl.
Tomoyo Daidouji     Tomoyo watches with a hint of amusement as the rock flies over, nodding in understanding at Mamimi's explanation. 'Nothing' happening can be just as awful as 'something' happening. She's still unsure if the former Ta-kun was a relative or a love interest, so she lets the matter hang for now. Instead, she does something rather bold. She already knows that Mamimi will tease her about it, that it might embolden the girl. But, she probably needs this.

Tomoyo extends an arm around Mamimi's back, and pulls her into a side-hug.

"It's okay~" she says reassuringly, rubbing Mamimi's shoulder. "I'd like that," she adds when the other girl says they should hang out more. "But only if you promise to stop stalking me. If you see me, just come up and say hello, okay?" She sounds pretty serious about this.
Mamimi Samejima The side hug from Tomoyo, where Mamimi is NOT the one initiating it, is a surprise. Mamimi's feeling shortly after an arm around her, the girl's eyes opening a bit wide as she gets pulled into an actual hug.

If only that would be enough.

"Huh, what are you doing?"

Mamimi looks at Tomoyo a bit, puzzled, before she simply doesn't mention it afterwards. Her shoulder is rubbed, which leads the girl to wiggle her 'wings' a bit and pull the hood over her head, as if withdrawing. Yet Tomoyo answers a 'yes' to her constant bothering. "Alright, Tomo-chan. I won't stalk you." There's always following or pestering - but it's not even that. "Only if you come visit me, too." No note of 'where' or 'how' is added, though. No definition of where to find her, ever. "You better not forget." As serious as it is.

"And whenever I see you."

Whenever. She. Sees. her.
Tomoyo Daidouji     Well. Everything went better than expected.

Tomoyo smiles kndly at Mamimi as the girl regards her with obvious surprise. Now, she feels like she understands her a bit more. The fact that she doesn't seem to know how to react when it is reciprocated says it all. Her clinginess is more a grab for attention than it is a sign of affection.

"Then it's a deal~" Tomoyo takes Mamimi's hand to shake... and then pulls her arm closer, yanking up Mamimi's sleeve! From her school bag, she produces a pen and writes a number on Mamimi's arm. "This is my number. Feel free to call me any time to talk about what you've been up to."

Of course friends exchange numbers. But this is another gambit on Tomoyo's part. She thinks that Mamimi will dodge the question again if asked where she lives most of the time. Indeed, she might not have even a semi-permanent residence. But this way, at least Tomoyo can learn where she is at the moment.
Mamimi Samejima A deal! It's a deal!

As Tomoyo seals the deal and writes it upon her arm, Maimi blinks a bit before nodding to Tomoyo - especially as she is yanked close. A number, a name, and a phone. Maimi's already inputting the number onto her phone that she carries around before Tomoyo even tells her that it's her number, and that she is free to call her anytime is not important. That is because Mamimi will call when she wants anyways.

It was never a 'when Tomoyo wants' sort of thing.

"Tomo-chaaaaan... this means we'll get to have stamy late night talks, doesn't it?" The girl exclaims, licking her lips before her teeth find themselves against Tomoyo's earlobe, nibbling it. "There's a camera on my phone too, Tomo-chan~." Nothing is mentioned about the previous issues, suddenly changing subjects and purpose at the speed of light, "You don't want to strike out, okay? Not when the bases are fully loaded." The whisper is into Tomoyo's ears as she pulls away, staggering upwards and giving Tomo-chan a slight 'show' in the way she does it, especially with her skirt the way it is.
Tomoyo Daidouji     The eagerness that Mamimi shows in saving the number in her phone warms Tomoyo's heart a little. It was a start, at least! Maybe she really could help the strange girl...

And then she doubles down on the aggressive affection, making Tomoyo's cheeks burn.

She really couldn't let this be a reoccurring thing! There had to be clear boundaries, or else... Tomoyo starts to try and push Mamimi away, but the girl has already stood up, giving a peek at something the tailor immediately looks away from.

After a moment to compose herself, she too stands up and manages to smile at Mamimi. "It was good to see you, but I have to get to work. Call me soon, okay? That way, I'll have your number as well." With a small wave, Tomoyo continues on her short journey!
Mamimi Samejima It's a slight burning in Mamimi as well, as Tomoyo manages to smile at her but doesn't react more than turning a bright red from the display and touches.

Tomoyo need only wait to see what kind of mood swings, or texts, Mamimi might send her. If any at all.

It depends.

Yet Tomoyo stands up, telling her she is going to work - and to call her very soon. Tomoyo just begins to /walk away/. That's right. Tomoyo has something else.

Eyes glint, predatorily, in the hood. How much she cares. Does she? No, she doesn't. Why does she not?

She is a sinner. With something that is more dear to her, something that causes such sin - to be something more than others, and that drags them away. "Tomo-chan, could it be you're one, too...?"

Oh, but yes, that would make it with Tomoyo, wouldn't it? She would join Mamimi - no, Mamimi would have to join with her, to have her join with her! Sure! That's good enough.

"Okay Tomo-chan!" She calls out, "I'll contact you soon!"
