Owner Pose
Graf Zeppelin      Some time after returning from Boston, Graf Zeppelin took the time to unload her Land Fit-out, then took the chance to think to herself.

After some time passed, she finally left and headed for the Admiral's office. Walking through the halls, she spared no time to make small talk with passing fleet members, only nodding and grunting a vague sound of acknowledgement.

And eventually, she arrived at the office. Raising a hand, she knocked three times before stopping to wait for an answer.
Nagato     "Open." she calls out, the Battleship sitting at her desk, staring at a typewriter, fingers posed to start work. Upon the Admiral's desk is stacks of papers, requisition forms and many other buisness like things. Upon the wall is an operations chart with a map of most of the ocean, red skull pins with horns on them dot a few places on the map. "Graf Zeppelin." she starts, once they're inside...

Turning around, she just waits a few moments, "Would you like a drink?" she offers, hands gripped together upon the desk...
Graf Zeppelin      Given the okay, Graf Zeppelin, opened the door and stepped inside. She took a moment to survey the lay of the room before settling on Nagato herself. "Admiral." She greeted evenly, stepping further inside and closing the door.

"I will be fine for now. My thanks." She answered, helping herself to a seat in front of the desk. Without a moment further, she went right into business. "As you know, I made a trip to Boston to speak with Herr Psyber earlier in the day..."
Nagato     "You're welcome, now what brings you to request a visit?" Nagato gives a curious look towards Graf Zeppelin and hmms, listening to the start. "Yes, I am aware. I trust your meeting with Psyber has come to a good end?" Nagato leans back just a bit, her face focused on the carrier before her, listening intently. "And I assume it has something to do with what you might ask me, is that right?"
Graf Zeppelin      She nodded. "That is correct." Gathering her hands into her lap, the German carrier paused a moment to allow herself to gather her thoughts. "Herr Psyber, as well as Herr Reiji the previous night, have given me many words of wisdom to reflect on."

     She looked aside.

"I am not ready to trust people just yet. Nor am I ready to call individuals 'friends', however..." She closed her eyes, keeping a calm countenance. "...I do not wish to remain in the same place." Her eyes opened then, that cold, blue gaze settling on Nagato. "As Herr Reiji spoke of in his tale, I do not wish to be the man who sat below the tree, waiting to discover that which was not there."

She paused, letting this all sink in.

"Therefore...I am willing to make an attempt." And with that, she stood up. "I, Graf Zeppelin, formally request your permission to enlist in this fleet." So that's what it was. "I...do not wish to become responsible for the lives of my comrades. Nor do I wish to remain lost> I merely wish to do what I can, here in this moment."

"...If you will allow me the opportunity."
Nagato     Nagato nods a bit, "Psyber and Reiji do have good words of wisdom at times. The Union looks up to them two." she gives a brief... very brief smile as she continues. "This is why I have given you time to reflect and think. I did not want to... force you to stay, but I felt that you would have a place to be amongst us to call home." she gives a brief nod "No one wishes to be that man, Graff Zeppelin. And I thank you for seeking me out for this."

She continues to listen to the Carrier, "Graf Zeppelin. As Admiral of the Hikari Seaport, I humbly accept your request to enlist." She stands up and gives a brief salute towards the Carrier. "I will make sure you're not placed in flagship position and if there's other accomidations I can give, please ask and I will see if it's feasable."

The mention of remaining lost is heard and she nods, "I will allow it.. and we will help you find your position again. You're currently our only German girl here, however do not let that dissuade you from interacting with the fleet."
Graf Zeppelin      The salute was returned. "Understood, Admiral." Was the reply Nagato would get. She lowered her arm to her side and continued. "I...cannot promise that I will be able to do so in a timely fashion, but... I will try." That was about the best she could offer. She still didn't consider herself as having friends.

This would be a long road.

"That is all the business I had with you. I shall take my leave now, Admiral. Again, my thanks." And with that, Graf Zeppelin turned on her heel and walked to the door, placing a hand upon the handle.

     "Until next time."

And with that, she stepped out, leaving the Admiral to her business once more.
Nagato     Nagato gives a firm nod, "Until next time, Graf Zeppelin." she states, moving to sit back down once the woman was out of sight, she looks towards the amusphere set up in the room... "It's going to be a long road... but I think she'll be great in the Fleet..."
