Lunara Ashenvale forest is really a place that you have to see with your own eyes to truly appreciate how beautiful it is. It's magical splendor and misty gloom adding to the sense of wonder as one may explore it's many glades, ponds, caves, and deeper woodlands. There is a coastline on the western edge of the forest, inhabited by both the fish people known as Murlocs, and the serpent-like Naga. The forests themselves host everything from wolves bears and deer, to giant spiders. Nestled within the forest there are several Kaldorei posts, most of them fairly small, with the largest, Astranaar, being little more than a large village. Further east the Horde have begun to settle in the forest, clearing the trees to build their own outposts and leaving fields of stumps in their wake. Even now Orc peons and goblins with their shredder machines continue to harvest lumber for their further expansion here and also elsewhere in the region.

Today is a fairly average day in the forest, not much happening across the zone that is of any note, except for the actions of a single dryad. She has traveled east, into Horde territory, though not far enough that she couldn't still use the cover of the trees to conceal her presence. She had done this countless times before over the years since the Orcs arrived in the area. She would scout their movements, try to learn of their numbers, while also taking any opportunity to pick a few off to remind these intruders that this forest has thorns. A low growl of disgust comes from her as she sees a pair of goblin shredders at work, destroying in mere moments what took hundreds or even thousands of years for nature to create.
Blurr     High in the sky, far above the trees and clouds--and actually even -higher- than the sky technically, a small Cybertronian stealth vessel plunges toward the planet's surface with a couple of drone missiles in hot pursuit, one of its engines engulfed in white-hot flame.

Inside the cockpit, Blurr pulls hard on the manual nav controls and redirects as much power as possible to the sublights, trying desperately to lessen the impact of the inevitable crash yet accelerate its ETA at the same time. He hopes to get close enough to the surface to hide his signal from the drones before another one hits him. Bright red warnings flash everywhere.

WARNING: LOCK DETECTED. WARNING: IMPACT IMMINENT.

"FragittellmesomethingIdon'talreadyknow!!" The speedster curses at the AI. WARNING: GRAVITY FIELD ERROR 014SE

An exasperated sound escapes Blurr's vocal synth at that. The ground is quickly rushing up to meet him and his ride...he slams the controls to the right, aiming for what looks like some kind of ocean!

From afar, such as from a viewpoint on the eastern side of Ashenvale, this would appear as one large streak of fire hurtling out of the clouds like a meteor with two other, smaller meteors behind it, headed for the western shore of the forest.

And thus as Lunara is scouting out the Horde settlements, a few Orc peons turn and point toward the western sky, their eyes widening.
    "Look! Meteors!"
A couple of goblins turn as well. "Well shoot, hope they ain't too close. Better take cover just in case!" Jumping from their shredders they abandon the machines and hurry toward the nearest shelter.
Lunara The 'meteor' doesn't go unnoticed by Lunara either, though the fact that it causes the peons and goblins to seek shelter makes her grin. "Yes, flee nature's wrath." She mutters under her breath. But in a flash she is gone, bounding across zone directly toward where she figures the meteor has impacted. She wasn't aware that any meteor showers were likely to be happening tonight, and had a bad feeling about seeing just one big one. She is going as fast as she can without wearing herself out, but it'll still take her a while to get all the way to the beach.
Blurr     It'll take some time for her to reach the edge of the coast, but being a dryad Lunara is likely to be running much faster than a typical human. She arrives on the beach right as the ship crashes into the water a short distance away from the shoreline, sending up a massive wave that washes over the entire beach but quickly recedes.

It's now quite apparent that this was -not- in fact a mere space rock, but some sort of vessel. It doesn't really resemble anything she is familiar with, but in comparison to her it is quite huge. But that isn't all. Seconds after the craft splashes into the water, two smaller projectiles also fly out of the sky and hit the ocean a distance off, both of them exploding and sending more waves and sea spray up onto the beach. Now those looked more like giant missiles.

Finally, once both projectiles have gone off, things seem to calm down again, and the wrecked ship slowly begins to fill with water and sink below the surface.
Lunara Lunara was indeed far faster than any human. There isn't a creature in Ashenvale that can match her speed, not even the great elk or the wolves. But Ashenvale is still a pretty big place. Even so, she did catch sight of the meteor pretty early. When she gets to the beach just in time to watch it crash into the ocean, she raises a hand to cover her face and takes a few steps back as the water rushes toward her only to recede before it could reach her.

"By Elune! What is that? Doesn't look like a Naaru vessel, that's for sure, and it certainly isn't a rock from the sky...." She then sees that it is sinking, but even as she makes her way to the edge of the water, she goes no further. If anyone was on that and can't get out, she knows she isn't going to be able to swim out there and rescue them.
Blurr     The metal makes a loud groaning sound as it continues to sink, but since it's fairly close to the shore, it seems the water is shallow enough that it doesn't quite cover the entire structure. A wingtip remains above the surface.

Suddenly, something below moves, causing the water to ripple against the tide...
Lunara Lunara watches as the object comes to rest on the sea floor, and tries to decide for a moment if that's a good or a bad thing. She doesn't have much time to consider though before movement from the object causes some ripples. She quickly backs up and her eyes widen in alertness. In a flash she summons a long, cruel looking spear to her hand with her magic, holding it defensively.
Blurr     The ripples intensify until what appears to be a biped machine pulls itself out of the water and onto the beach. The first thing she might notice is that it's several building stories tall--the size of one of those Fel Reavers that prowl the remains of Draenor--though Lunara probably hasn't seen one of those things yet. It's like a giant shredder almost, but less short and stocky. Strangely enough, it actually looks more humanoid than one of those goblin creations.

Oh, yes and it is very blue. As in literally the color blue.

But the dryad needn't have prepared her weapons to strike defensively, the mechanoid only manages to take a few steps before he collapses to the sandy terrain in a terrible clamor of metal groaning and crashing. A liquid of a pink-lavender hue is leaking out in several places.
Lunara Lunara watches as the giant robot rises from the water, only to fall again. Even in it's injured state, it makes her nervous, noted by her tail twitching. She doesn't like the look of that liquid leaking from it's body either, or the thought of how it will pollute the water here. She doesn't drop her spear, but she does lower it slightly. However she otherwise still just watches the robot, not knowing it is intelligent.
Blurr     For a moment all is silent, as the mech lies sprawled on the beach, the strange liquid seeping into the sand and into the water. Finally, the Cybertronian pushes himself up slightly and peers across at Lunara. There is a sound that resembles static, but eventually words can be made out thanks to the multiversal translation effect.

    "...what'reyoustaringat...?"
Lunara Even with the translation it's hard to make out the words. But Lunara picks up the gist of what the Cybertronian said. "Well, I don't see stuff like you crashing into the ocean every day. In fact, apart from the Exodar, you're the first alien object I've seen crash to earth other than meteors in my whole lifetime, and I have been watching over these forests for thousands of years. Now, I guess I'd be lying if I said I was terribly attached to the murlocs or the naga, and they don't particularly like my kind either, but I really hope whatever it is that is leaking out of you is safe..." She asks apprehensively, then mutters under her breath. "I can't believe I'm talking to a machine."
Blurr     What did she just say? She can't believe she's talking to a machine? Ugh, talk about speciesism! You'd think people would've gotten over all that, what with the multiverse and all. Blurr makes a noise akin to a sigh created by air passing through his vent systems.

"WellIdon'tknowIcouldn'tsayeitherwayI'mnottheenvironmentexpert--heylooknowyou'rejustasmuchmachineasIamIjusthappentobemadeofmetalsinsteadofcarbon!" he insists. Indeed, even with the translation effect, it's difficult to understand him like this. Finally though, he seems to slow down at least a little bit. "Who are you anyway?"
Lunara     Lunara frowns as he responds to her, indicating he heard her comment, guess he has pretty excellent hearing. "Well that's comforting. I guess if I start seeing glowing fish wash up on the beach I'll know who to blame..." Lunara retorts, then adds.

"Also I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings, but you'll have to forgive me. The only thing I've encounterd even remotely similar to you are much smaller machines controlled by even smaller green men called goblins, and they are cutting and burning away the forest with reckless abandon, and I don't exactly apreciate invaders coming and wrecking my home. As for me, I am Lunara, first of the dryads, daughter of Cenarius. Though that probably means little to you as I'm guessing you're not from around here..."
Blurr     "Forget it, I get that all the time from organics anyway." Not without good reason either, but he neglects to mention that part. "Well I could get Jetfire down here to have a look at things, see what he can do, just as soon as I deal with a situation--" Blurr grimaces as he pushes himself up to a sitting position. He listens as she introduces herself, the other names not really meaning much to him. This is an uncharted planet, there aren't really any records of the natives here on the database. "--ahem, speaking of that situation." He pauses. "Look, Lunara. I'm gonna need you to help me. I mean, actually let me reword that I'm gonna need you to help me help you. I'm guessing you have some friends around here, right?"
Blurr     "You're right that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but it sounds like you're pretty high ranking?"
Lunara      Lunara gives Blurr a skeptical look when he asks for her help, but she answers him anyway. "Well, it's not really so much rank, as I'm the oldest, but my sisters are usually happy to aid me if I ask, and maybe a few Kaldorei might if I can reach them. But maybe you should start by explaining what exactly this situation you're referring to is about and then we can get to the part where I decide if I help you or not. Though if it involves protecting this land, I believe I can go ahead and say the answer is going to be yes..."
Blurr     "Good, because you're gonna need it." Blurr answers quickly, nodding fervently. "And yes, it -definitely- involves protecting the--" Suddenly, the ground trembles, as if there had been an earthquake. A group of trees behind them crack and fall over.

"--the uh, land." The Autobot frowns. "That was--that wasn't natural seismic activity. I don't think. Scrap, he's trying to fortify a position I bet..."
Lunara      Lunara staggers a bit at the quake, but it's not exactly easy to knock a dryad off her hooves. Her attention snaps to the fallen trees and then back to Blurr. "Alright, we don't get quakes here unless Deathwing is back from the dead... Would you mind telling me what is going on, and quickly?" She raises her spear again and tightens her grip, then stamps a hoof on the ground, channeling her magic into it, causing red flowers to sprout up in a line that snakes away through the forest, heading off toward her grove where her sisters will see it as a warning.
Blurr     Blurr watches the flower signal with mild interest. So does she control the plant life here? But he answers her question first. "Sunder. He's a mass murderer we've been after for a while. He killed hundreds of my kind, and he's got some kind of psychological power, he can see into our minds, even erase memories. He's killed people with mental trauma before. But he won't be able to use his equipment on you, because you're an organic. So, that means, we need to find him, and then I need you and your friends to distract him and draw him out here, so that I can use the guns on my ship to take him out fast. I--should be able to get them working enough. Maybe. Hopefully. Anyway I think I can use the seismic reading to track him to wherever he's holed up. I figured he was hiding underground--hard to spot that from orbit."
Lunara "And he is... like you I'm guessing? By that I mean, large, strong, made of metal?" Lunara questions before starting to head toward where the trees had fallen, but otherwise she would allow Blurr to lead the way. It also wasn't long before several more dryads came to join Lunara. "Sisters, we have an intruder in the forest. He's big, he's metal, and he apparently caused that quake.... No, not this one here, another one..." She clarifies quickly.
Blurr     "Yeah." Blurr nods. "In fact he's even bigger than I am. I'm--probably on the slighter side in general..." He manages to get to his feet, though pain is evident on his face.

The Autobot heads for the treeline, stepping over the fallen ones and doing his best to navigate the forest smoothly although he ends up doing a terrible job of it. Perhaps Lunara and her sisters might find it funny watching him repeatedly trip over vegetation, unless they're too concerned about the welfare of the plants. "So do you control the foliage around here or something? I saw you do that uh--flower thing."
Lunara Lunara blinks as Blurr admits that this 'Sunder' is even bigger than he is. "Bigger!? I really hope you know what you're doing. My sisters and I will do our best to distract him, but I don't know how much we'll be able to hold up against such a collossial enemy." She swallows hard, looking into the forest toward where the quake had centered.

She then turns back to Blurr as they make their way through the forest to toward the spot where this Sunder bot likely was. "The Cenarion Circle is never going to believe me when I tell them what happened to the forest after you're trek through it." She says with a shake of her head. "Anyway, to answer your question, in a way yes. I have a fair amount of talent with nature magic."
Blurr     "Well maybe you can use that to your advantage. You might not be very big, but some of these trees are, right?" Blurr asks hopefully. Maybe she can make them...throw -stuff- at him. Or use them as a shield, or something."

He quiets down as they approach the target, however. As they come nearer, they'll find a clearing in the forest where another crashed Cybertronian spacecraft can be seen. It's disabled but not completely mutilated, though. The rear cargo doors are open and some kind of trough full of molten metal is coming out of it, leading into a large hole on the far side of the clearing.

Also, there are a -lot- of shredders. Many look as if they've been altered in some way, and now have laser turrets mounted on their shoulders. However, most of them appear to be busy doing what they were originally built to do--tear up trees or dig up minerals.

The Autobot hangs back. He sighs. "Look, I can't promise I do know exactly what I'm doing...because to be honest this is like Plan Z by now. If it weren't I wouldn't even be asking you to help me. But--this is what needs to happen. I'm going to run back to the ship and do my best to get the guns ready. If everything goes well, I should be able to reroute what power remains to the weapons array. You and your friends tear these things up until Sunder comes out...and then you lure him all the way back to the beach. Once he's in range you get the slag out of the way and I blow his microns into the neighboring galaxy. Got that?"
Lunara      Lunara nods to Blurr. "Well, I've never been able to control entire existing trees quite like that, but hopefully we'll be able to avoid his wrath anyway. But in any case, I guess I don't have much of a choice but to trust you and do my part to help. I don't know that my sisters and I can defeat this Sunder without your help. We'll follow your orders." With that said, as Lunara catches sight of all the modified shredders, she goes charging into the clearing. "Sisters! Attack!" She cries, as she also calls upon a small army of treants using her magic, which then join the battle against the shredders, taking up the front lines. Even so, a few dryads are wounded in the battle and retreat but by the time they are all destroyed, Lunara and the remaining dryads, besides looking a little tired from the battle, are doing fine.
Blurr     "Good luck." Blurr nods. And with that he dashes off back the way they came, using the trail her created earlier with his clumsy footing to rush back to the beach and begin the necessary preparation.

As the treants and dryads charge forward, the shredders drop their work and spring into action, throwing blades and shooting those new cannons that must have been recently added. They aren't that durable, but there are sure a lot of them. (Lunara might gloat later at the thought of what probably happened to the goblins who used to own them.)

Even once all the ones that had been outside when they arrived had been destroyed, yet more pour out of the ship and from the tunnels underground. But having been protecting this forest for so long, Lunara and her sisters probably have a fair bit of practice taking these things down. Hence it is not long before there are more shredder -parts- lying on the ground than actual intact shredders left fighting. A couple of the last mechs standing seem to have identified her as the leader, or at least whatever was controlling them had, and they charge at her with their turrets blazing hot. It shouldn't be much longer...
Lunara      Lunara's eyes widen as the remaining shredders switch to focusing on her. "I hope our new friend is almost done getting his weapons working." She mutters, then lets out a yelp of pain as one of the shredders shoots her in the flank with it's laser turret, burning through fur and flesh alike. But between her own efforts and the other dryads coming to her aid, the last of the shredders are soon turned to scrap, leaving Lunara to wince a bit and rub the side of her spear shaft against her wound. "Ouch, that really hurt. I hope this isn't a new upgrade on all the shredders."
Blurr     Fortunately for her, it isn't. It's just the ones Sunder has commandeered, and they've likely taken most of them down by now. Speaking of Sunder, a 'bot similar to Blurr yet as he said, much larger and bulkier, suddenly emerges from the tunnel. And also much -uglier-. He sneers at them.

"Hahahaha! You insignficant waterbags think you can stop me?" he shouts. "I will crush you like the vermin you are!"

Much -bigger- guns than the ones the shredders had emerge from his arms and open fire on the dryads.
Lunara      Lunara growls at the insults thrown by the huge bot as she and her sisters flee for their lives, that is until he guns a few of them down. She turns back toward Sunder from the cover of a large tree, fury in her eyes. "You came here, started ruining my home, and now you've killed some of my sisters! Leave now!" She shouts as she uses her nature magic to entangle Sunder's legs with a swarm of thick vines while also tossing spears at him, aiming for his eyes.
Blurr     Sunder begins to charge her, though the massive vines that spring up from the ground do prove effective, temporarily ensnaring him as the spears caused his optic coverings to crack. He scoffs at her words. "You witless fools! You claim to serve the noble cause of protecting this forest, yet you slaughter your fellow sapients without qualm in the name of -foliage-.

He swings an arm, smashing a fist into the tree she is standing near in an effort to topple it onto her, while working to get himself free from the vines.
Lunara      The huge tree buckles under the massive blow of Sunder's fist striking it's trunk, but by the time half of the smashed tree falls to the ground Lunara is already well out of it's way. She continues to throw her spears at him, now aiming for the joints of his limbs in hopes that she might strike a weak point. Now instead of taking cover behind trees, she is keeping herself on the move, making for a difficult target, particularly for a big, lumbering cybertronian. "What would you know about the struggles of my world." She retorts back at his comment.
Blurr     Sunder has likely pulled this information from the goblins' machinery. "Enough to know how delusional you are." he replies, finally tearing himself free of the vines and continuing after Lunara. Indeed, she's quite fast, and not only that, she's so small! It's hard for him to land a direct hit! He keeps firing and attempting to knock trees down to trap her, but this is certainly the dryad's home turf, so she does have that advantage going for her.

The beach draws near, it will not be much further!
Lunara      "How exactly am I delusional?" Lunara asks as she continues to work to evade Sunder's attacks. She decides to stop trying to fight him, and instead begins to try and lure him closer to the beach and also away from the thicker forest so he can't do as much damage. The trees he has knocked down prove to be little hinderance to the dryad as she nimbly leaps over them like a track runner jumping over a hurdle. By now the rest of the dryads have withdrawn from the battle. They remain nearby, ready to re-engage if needed.
Blurr     Closer and closer he comes, until finally she has drawn him right up to the treeline bordering the beach.

Sure enough, Blurr is sitting in the cockpit of the vessel he'd arrived in, somehow having managed to right it and position it so that the forward weapons were facing the trees where Sunder was to emerge. The roof part has been torn away, but the guns appear to be functioning, and the Autobot moves them into position as Lunara and Sunder approach. "Lunara! Now!" He calls out, assuming she will know what that means. If she doesn't want to get hit by the beam, she'd better give him a wide berth!
Lunara      Well, it seems Sunder isn't going to get a chance to answer her question, not that Lunara really cares to hear it anyway. Hearing Blurr call call her name as they reach the beach, she uses her nature magic to ensnare Sunder in vines once more as she bounds away from him horizontally along the line between the forest and the beach, as fast as she can go. "Get scrapped you ugly machine!" She calls to him as she runs away, knowing the blast from Blurr's ship can't be far behind.
Blurr     "GRAH!" Sunder roars in frustration as the vines ensnare him once more. He's pretty pissed that she wrecked all the shredders, too. Blade-like appendanges emerge from his fingers, and he slices the plants away.

Meanwhile, Blurr has a lock on the mech, and he pulls the trigger...

    ...nothing happens.

"Smelt it all! ComeoncomeoncomeON..." he mutters desperately, jostling switches in an attempt to get the weapon online. Something seems to be wrong--warnings are going off everywhere.

As soon as he spots Blurr though, Sunder's attention averted away from Lunara. Laughing viciously he bounds toward the speedster, leaping onto the ship's hull and straddling the apparently defunct weapon as he stares down at the smaller mech.

"Oh look at -you-...your pain is so -delicious-...

You serve a Prime who claims to bring freedom to all sentient beings...you offer 'help' to these primitive creatures, persuading them you know best... yet you bend them to your will, to serve your purposes as we speak...just as you did, all those millennia ago. You Autobots were -always- good at that...

Mmmm...some things, they just never change, do they?

"Ggggk...." Sunder's stare is unwavering, and Blurr appears to be frozen on the spot, his body shaking yet unwilling to move or even to look away. That strange liquid she'd seen before oozes from his joints. The warnings continue to flash. The housing on the weapon is cracked in several places, as is Sunder's armor, perhaps from the tussle in the woods. Both are fully exposed to Lunara, with the criminal mechanoid's attention fully focused on the speedster. A single well-placed spear or spell could put an end to the predicament...though there is a risk of harming her new 'friend'. Well, is he a friend?
Lunara      As Sunder cuts himself free of the vines, Lunara starts to look worried. By the time he's leaped upon Blurr's ship, she is really worried. It certainly looked like it was up to her to save Ashenvale, and perhaps even Azeroth itself depending on how broad Sunder's plans were, as well as her new ally in Blurr. Perhaps if she knew how dangerous it was to attack Sunder when he's right on top of Blurr, she would have been more cautious, tried to lure him away, though it was doubtful that would work anyway. Instead she presses her attack and tosses a few spears in rapid succession, each aimed at a different crack in Sunder's armor. "Maybe you shouldn't have turned your back on me." She taunts Sunder as the spears rain down.
Blurr     "What?!" Sunder turns around, but he's too late! This was certainly about the last thing he expected. Lunara's spears strike true--that purple liquid starting to spew forth from existing cracks. He'd likely been in several scuffles prior to this. "ARRGH!" he grunts in pain, stumbling backward into the already unstable weapon.

The next few things that happen in the next few seconds happen very quickly. The spilled energon touches the weapon's breached housing, setting off a chain reaction that results in the gun's power cell exploding in a rather spectacular fashion. Fire and hot gases shoot out in all directions, rapidly engulfing Sunder, Blurr, and the crashed ship in the blaze--Lunara may even get singed herself if she doesn't get out of the way. Thankfully, since Sunder had been literally sitting on top of the gun-turned-bomb, he took the brunt of the blow...
Lunara      Lunara's eyes go wide as the explosive chain reaction begins to errupt from the weapon, and she wastes no time in leaping to lay in the sand behind the cover of a sand dune, which shields her from most of the explosion. A stray bit of flame does settle in her hair but she quickly uses the sand to extinguish it.

In the aftermath she finally rises, looking rather sickened by the fact her attack had much more impact than she had imagined it would. She rushes to the shore as fast as her hooves can take her, and leaps into the water, swimming as close to Blurr as she could without getting cooked by the heat of the flames and starting to splash water at him in a likely futile attempt to extinguish the flames, seeing how big he was and how little a splash she could create with her arms. For the moment she doesn't pay Sunder any attention, and hopes he is dead.
Blurr     Sunder may or may not be dead, though he is certainly down for the count. Once the smoke has cleared, his tattered body can be seen sprawled on the sand amongst debris from the ship.

Blurr is a short distance away, lying in the shallow water. Though Lunara's splashing probably wouldn't do much, it's fortunate he did land in the water, and the flames go out quickly. Still, he isn't in good shape. He manages to struggle back online, though, and looks up at her. "Th-thanks..." he whispers.
Lunara      Lunara stops splashing as the flames go out, and simply moves to stand in the shallows by Blurr's side. "I'm really sorry. Looks like I kindof blew you both up..." She looks him over briefly. "I'm certainly no expert, but you really don't look so good. Do you need help? Or are you able to repair yourself? I could try to find some gnomish engineers, though I'm not sure how many I could get without traveling halfway across the world, and they might do more harm than good... We have healers around, but I'm not sure their magic would work on you either. I guess I don't know what to do to help you..."
Blurr     Blurr struggles into a sitting position, shaking his head. "N-no, don't be sorry. I'll be fine. I activated a distress beacon before you got Sunder here. Y-you...you did what had to be done. Th-thanks, I really couldn't have done this without you. You're done now...you should...you should really go. I-I'm sure you have somewhere you can hide. Th-they...they sent a probe here. I was trying to steal it, when I saw the footage of Sunder."
Lunara      When Blurr says he'll be fine, Lunara does look relieved, and she moves to the shore so that she can begin to dry off. "Your welcome, I should also thank you, since I'm sure Sunder would have done much more damage if you hadn't warned me he was here." She then blinks a bit as he tells her to go and hide. "Why should I hide? Who sent a probe? I'm not going anywhere till you tell me what's going on." She says firmly as she stands there looking back at him, feeling a bit strange to be looking up at someone who is sitting down.
Blurr     Blurr sighs deeply. Oh, this is going to be a -long- story, isn't it? "Yeah...and he would've brought the Cons here. They're probably wanting to enlist him or barring that otherwise coerce him into helping them. Not that they're not coming here anyway, since they've already got the geothermal readings. Thought maybe I could pull a fast one and find a way to erase the data from their network but I was too late. Still it would've been a lot worse with him on their side..."
Lunara      Lunara blinks a bit, not exactly looking happy about hearing this news, in fact, she looks rather frightened. "You mean there are more... bad Cybertronians coming to this world now? As if we don't have enough problems already between the unending war and the threat of the Burning Legion coming to wipe out all life on the planet that doesn't succumb to their demonic influence and join them..." She shakes her head and sighs, feeling the weight of all this fall upon her back.
Blurr     "Lunara, there's something I need to uh, tell you. Remember when I told you I wasn't surprised when you said you couldn't believe you were talking to me? Well, there's a reason for that. Where I come from, everyone hates us, especially organics like you. We've been at war with a rival faction for millions of years, and everywhere we go..." Blurr shakes his head. "Things don't usually turn out for the best." he mutters.
Lunara      Lunara shakes her head and sighs again. "So, what you're saying is that this millions of years old war of yours is now coming here. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, Azeroth does seem to attract conflict. Things were peaceful here once, but that was so long ago that even with how long I've been around it seems like little more than a fairy tail that my father told me when I was little... But I guess standing here moping about it isn't going to help anyone, so what should we do. I'm not going to run and hide, this is my world, and I will help defend it if it's the last thing I do."
Blurr     Blurr sighs again. "Look, I know you want to stand and fight but, I already put you at enough risk just now, as it is. I don't want to put you in any more danger." Though of course someone of her stature could possibly be useful in recon missions, since as Sunder didn't expect her to act, the Cons likely won't, either. "I would suggest you warn your people, and find somewhere they can take shelter from everything. Underground bunkers, or something. And not just your people either, everyone on this planet. Sounds like you've had your fair share of conflict, but maybe with something like this you can convince them to unite or something."
Lunara      "I can warn the other dryads, and they can in turn spread the news across Kalimdor fairly quickly, and eventually it'll reach the rest of the world, but we really don't have underground bunkers. Maybe the humans do, I haven't really been to the Eastern Kingdoms... Otherwise, you bet I want to stand and fight. I know I'm small, and probably seem primitive to you, but my sisters and I have been protecting this land for thousands of years. We didn't run and hide when the Burning Legion came, we joined the fight. But you are right in one way, speaking of the Legion, the last time they came it took a concerted effort to beat them. It will probably take the same to drive off these 'Cons' you speak of." Lunara states firmly, then turns as one of the other dryads came up, having heard the commotion.

"Sister, there are apparently more like the one who we just fought coming. They will bring war to this world. Warn everyone in the grove and tell them to spread the news to everyone they can reach."
Blurr     "There are humans here?" Blurr looks surprised at that. "Well I guess it looks enough like Earth. Anyway if they have bunkers, you should convince them to let others use them. Maybe expand them if there's not enough room."

As he is speaking, a bright blue light suddenly flashes in the sky, like glowing lances raining down from above. Once they're gone, two other mechs are standing there. One of them is extremely large, even larger than Sunder. He moves to where Sunder is lying, and puts a pair of stasis cuffs on the criminal. Another one moves over to Blurr and starts a diagnostic.

The speedster seems to realize something. "Wait, you don't have subspace communications, do you. Great.." he shakes his head, frowning. "Tell me more about this 'Burning Legion'."
Lunara      Lunara takes a few steps back as the two new mechs appear in a flash of light. She's tense for just a moment before it becomes clear they are on Blurr's side. She shakes her head at Blurr's question. "No, we don't. Long distance communication is still generally done by messenger or letters. Though magic users can speed that up or even travel in person to deliver information much more quickly by creating portals. As for the Burning Legion, while I don't know everything about them, I do know they are a vast army of demons and other corrupted races, which seem to have the goal of wiping out all life in the universe." She pauses a moment to catch her breath, then continues.

"The leader of the Legion is a former Titan by the name of Sargeras. The Titans are akin to gods, and are supposedly responsible for creating this world, and likely all others in this universe. Sargeras later took up the task of hunting down and wiping out the demons of the universe, only to eventually become corrupted himself."
Blurr     "Huh, he sounds a lot like Mortilus in our legends." Blurr comments as the medic gets to stabilizing his conidition as best he can. The taller mech latches onto Sunder's stasis cuffs and the lights flash again before they disappear. "Sounds like he needs to get scrapped, too. You know where he is?"
Lunara      Lunara blinks a bit in surprise. "So you have a figure something like that in your people's history then? Interesting. Anyway, I don't think anyone who isn't among the Legion themselves knows where Sargeras is, and even then, probably only a few among them. Even some of the high ranking demons in the Legion are rarely seen. Even if we did know where he was, I'm not sure if I can even imagine the force it would take to defeat him, assuming the stories are true about him being like a god that helped create the universe."
Blurr     "Yeah, well. Even so-called 'gods', if they actually -exist-, have got to have weak points." Blurr shrugs. "I'm sure some of his minions know where he is, it's just a matter of shooting them, punching them, and blowing them up until someone talks."

Once the medic finishes the patch job, he manages to stand up with some effort. He'll need further repairs later, but this will do for now. "Anyway, thanks again for the help. I---" he pauses. "You saved me."
Lunara      Lunara nods. "Perhaps, one day we will find out. We've battled against their forces twice before, and it will happen again I'm sure. Until then, I think we have other things to worry about." She offers before smiling as he thanks her for saving him. "You're welcome. I guess you'd do the same for me? Though I hope you don't have to."
Blurr     "It's weird, having organics who will actually help me." Blurr muses. "I would--well yeah, I would. But yeah let's hope it doesn't come to that." he nods. "Well I'd better go get some real repairs. And you'd better get on spreading the word. Maybe you can get access to some of those portals you were talking about."
Lunara      Lunara smiles at Blurr. "Well, it feels strange to me being helped by a mech, so I guess the sentiment is mutual. Anyway, I could certainly try to get a mage to make me a portal to the continent where the humans, dwarves, and gnomes live, among other races that are less likely to be friendly if I attempt to warn them. Though honestly, I'm likely to cause a bit of a stir in Stormwind or Ironforge anyway. Pretty unusual for a dryad to visit a city. I'll keep in touch though, let me know if there is anything I should know going forward." Finally she would nod and wave goodbye to Blurr, before turning away and bounding off into the forest, heading north toward Darkshore.
