Kirito     The coordinates Kirito gives are almost, just by looking at them, uninteresting. Subconsciously, they just don't seem like they should be important. It doesn't help that it points to the top side of a low cliff face in the huge forest just outside Sylvain. Ancient trees and thick foliage go on for KILOMETERS without end, and all kinds of monsters - from wolfmen, ambling mushroom creatures, and giant wasps to stranger things - roaming around.

Kirito hovers over the spot, waiting for people to see him. Anyone who does come.. well, he eventually waves them over his way, then plunges down through the trees.

There isn't much here to see, though some people may well know what's there.

He lands in front of one of the biggest trees in the region. Biggest... and widest. About as thick around as a redwood, but nowhere near as tall, the tree has a crooked, cavernous, triangular hollow near the bottom... like some kind of gaping maw or a door.

Except... the eyes naturally slide away from it, attention doesn't fall upon it, and subconsciously anyone who doesn't already know what it really is? Is somehow bid to pay it no mind whatsoever.

Such is the protective magic on Alfheim's original warp gate.
Staren     Staren is waiting for the others when they arrive, sitting on a rock nearby. He waves to Kirito as the Spriggan approaches.
There are two details Kirito might notice: Hanging at his side is a blue messenger bag, and the daggers on his belt aren't the ones Staren uses in the game now, but a set he used over a year ago.

Well, Kirito can probably guess what he's up to. Should be a surprise for the others, though!
Yuuki Konno     Yuuki has little trouble going on through the sense of unimportance. She's survived, and been driven, by a hunger for the unknown and the exciting. As for the monsters, none of them provide even the slightest hint of pause. For the most part, she simply avoids them all. With her reaction speed, there's not even a point to drawing her sword against them.

She waves cheerily, energetically once she spots Kirito, then dives headlong towards him. Fearless too, apparently. She only pulls up when she sees someone new. A Cait Sith she doesn't know. That doesn't particularly bother her, but she's polite enough to offer greetings to someone new. She pulls up, bobs a graceful little midair bow to Staren, then grins and heads over towards Kirito. She's got no reason to fear him now really, not since her secret's more or less out. That's good, because he REALLY helped out with that guild, so she would hate to have to shun him for no reason!

"So um... this place is pretty out of the way!" she observes. "What're we looking for?" she asks, apparently missing the hollow cavelike opening practically right in front of her.
Annie Sandberg      Silverbloom hops and flutters through the treetops as she makes her way to the given location, with the sound of jingling bells and chimes following her. Finally, she drops down from a branch and joins them on foot, waving cheerfully. "Well, it's a really big tree, and..." She peers curiously at the opening. "That's... umm..." Something strange was going on. There was some sort of... discrepancy between herself and the interface that connected her to this world- she knew something was there, but the interface was causing her to emulate a human brain, which somehow didn't know it was there. She had to force herself to focus on it. Eventually, the error corrected itself, and she was quite surprised to recognize it. "...Is that really what it looks like?"
Staren     Staren gives a curious look to Yuuki and stands up, smiling. "So, you're the legendary Zekken. I might like to challenge you sometime..." he taps an index finger on one of the daggers at his belt and then immediately holds up his other hand in front of him, "...but not today." He turns towards the tree. "Today, we're--" He blinks and looks from the opening to Yuuki. "You really can't see it? Wow." He scratches his chin and comments, "Iianor's work is really something, huh?"
Kirito     Kirito grins. Staren's aptly summed up. "You can't see it because it doesn't want to be seen. It's easier to demonstrate. Yo, Silverbloom!" Kirito sends her a welcoming gaze. "You know what's through there, don't you? Mhm. It's our way out."

    Out? Out of where?

He casts a grin at Staren and Silverbloom... then...

    "For this!"

At the moment, the warp gate's configured to lead to exactly one zone, so nobody can get lost.

Wasting NO TIME, and giving little time to be terribly surprised, he conjures up his spriggan wings. They thrum to life with a sound like wind instruments, and WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!

    Straight for the TREE.

... No, straight THROUGH the gaping maw. There's a strange flicker once he's within the darkness.

    On the other side...

Emerging from the warp gate, one is immediately surrounded with a sight that simply cannot be found in Alfheim Online.

There's stars in the sky. There should NOT BE stars in the sky at the moment, because it's daylight in Alfheim... and this area is above the sky.

The warp gate leads to a massive, skyborn platform that seems to be no bigger than a few city blocks across. A hunk of land that hovers countless miles up above the Multiverse. Up above, dozens of unusual moons and some planets float past in the vast distances. Some other floating islands are visible in the distance.

This fantastic place is a stopping point for AIRSHIPS of some strange variety. And spaceships. Things that travel in space, but don't look that space-capable, are berthed at the docks. There's a wooden ship here, some kind of dirigible-looking thing there, a ship carved entirely out of magenta crystal... and people of all shapes and sizes - only about half of them human - hauling cargo around from one to another. None of them behave like NPCs. none of them LOOK like NPCs. the Status Window has nothing ON them or anything else here.

The landmass below is that of the Multiverse, and is about as unlike Earth in many areas as it can get.

The gravity here is strangely normal though, provided one doesn't fly too high from the platform. A shimmery magical field encompassing the landmass might be responsible for this space being livable.

And Kirito hovers above the platform, arms folded, grinning.
Staren     Staren blinks and looks at Annie's character. "'Silver Bloom? Sounds like a--'" Staren shrugs as Kirito makes his brief speech, and then smiles but rolls his eyes a little at the dramatic flying. "Gotta be flashy, huh? Well, I suppose if anything deserved it..." Staren watches Yuuki expectantly. Once it's clear she's going to go through as well, he runs through.

"...Wow. Where'd you /find/ this place, Kirito? You really know how to pick a hell of a view..."
Twilight Sparkle      Once the group has emerged, a purple hot-air balloon appears from another warp gate. In it is a 4ft tall purple unicorn with bright, intelligent eyes and a smile on her muzzle. When the group emerges from the gate, Twilight raises a foreleg and waves warmly to them. "Hello!" she calls to them before her balloon moves closer. She is of course in a woven basket, but there seems to be no engine.

"Staren informed me you all would be appearing here, and I am always happy to meet a new friend." the pony calls out as she floats closer, her horn glowing softly with magical power.
Yuuki Konno     "Legendary? It's only been a few weeks since people started calling me that!" she says, laughing carefree and infectiously. She doesn't brag about her reputation, but neither is she falsely modest. The reputation is well-earned after all. "I don't mind a challenge, but another time for sure! I want to see this new zone oniisan talked about!" she says.

Watching both Kirito and Staren dart though, Yuuki peers closely. "Huh!" she says, delighted, finally seeing the entry. Wondering why she hadn't noticed it before. Now that she's had it pointed out forcefully, she can't imagine why she couldn't see it before.

She turns to Silverbloom, shrugs, then grins. "Time for an adventure!" she says brightly, then turns and hurls herself at the entry.

What happens next, she completely wasn't expecting. "Heeey, OW!" she cries out. Not that it really hurt, but it's weird. It feels like it SHOULD hurt. Like having her SELF stretched and somehow snapped back like a rubber band. No doubt if she gets used to the virtual warpgate she'll have no trouble with the transition, but this first time it took a measure of her.

Her discomfort however is very quickly forgotten in the face of ... well, of everything. The height, the view, the people, the ... adorable purple (her favorite color incidentally) unicorn pony with a glowing horn. She just stops, blinking, her mouth open dumbly.
Annie Sandberg      Silverbloom follows the others, not quite sure what will happen. A strange feeling washes over her as she passes through. It was... definitely something to see. And she'd been to space already! But now... she was here, in a place like this... but she wasn't Annie. She looked down and confirmed this- she was still dressed in her Puca garments. "We really... left. We're not in Alfheim anymore! We're not even... in a game, it looks like." Indeed, Twilight Sparkle's appearance made that obvious. Somehow, Silverbloom had become real! "Hello, Miss Twilight," she says with a wave. "It's really me... Annie!" Despite the similarities in their hairstyles, she wasn't sure that the pony would recognize her immediately. "But... you can call me Silverbloom, the Puca!"
Staren     Staren looks at Silverbloom in surprise. "Huh. So that worked? Congratulations!" Staren gives her a quick hug. And then he turns to their latest arrival: "Twilight!" He runs over to the edge of the platform, offering a hand to help moor her balloon.

Seems he's not doing exposition just yet. He'll give Kirito a shot at it.
Kirito     The look on Zekken's face is enough to get a mischevious part of Kirito's soul aflutter with twisted delight. Pulling a fast one is ALWAYS worth it. And he's such a jokester at times. But there's a lot going on here, so he can't just revel in her shock.

"Yo! Twilight Sparkle. Glad you could make it!" He lowers down to the platform with the others.

"Of course... I just kept flying straight up and saw it. Took a while to find a warp gate that lead to it though. Oooh... and Silverbloom can manage it too."

Once he's landed, his wings vanish. "I figured it's easier to just show this off than to try explaining it first. First thing to point out... where we are? Isn't part of any VRMMO."
Twilight Sparkle      Twilight giggles a bit at Yuuki's reaction, then she floats her balloon down so Staren can help moor it. Once it is tied down, Twilight hops out onto the platform. "Hello Kirito! Hello Ann-..ah...Silverbloom!" She clops over to give Staren a hug and a nuzzle. "And hello to you, Staren." she adds, smiling happily. "So, who is our new friend?"
Yuuki Konno     The feeling going through. It felt, kind of, like it did that one time her doctor had force-logged her out of a VRMMO. It only happened the once when she was young. She'd lost track of time in the wonder of exploring a new world, and had forgotten that she was due for tests. The Medicuboid, as wondrous as it was as a VR device, was hers only because she'd agreed to be part of whatever tests and trials they needed to learn the effects of the new technology on a patient. The tests weren't particularly unpleasant, not compared to the medications they'd replaced, but to have her consciousness pulled from one place abruptly to another was an occurrence she had no desire to repeat.

This is of course kind of the last thing on her mind just this moment. Her mind's trying to process just what's happening here. She hears Kirito, but she doesn't believe. She's stuck trying to figure out what's /really/ going on here.

"That's... that's just silly!" she declares, her cheeks reddening. "Of course this is VR. You've just... you've hacked a server or something!" she insists. "This can't possibly be real! This sort of thing doesn't happen in reality! *I* couldn't be here like this if it were reality!" she says.

She can't quite deny Twilight Sparkle though, can she? Abruptly she whirls, pointing her finger triumphantly. "AHA! You're from that new MMO, what's it called?" she asks. Abruptly she withdraws the finger, scratching her head. "Something about animals. I've PLAYED in one of those games you know, you can't fool me! The American one. Insect Site!" she claims. Of course she's not thinking Twilight's an insect. Actually she's probably babbling due to brain overload, but this IS pretty traumatic. And there WAS something she'd vaguely heard of about people turning into animals. Something about ponies. Surely it was a MMO!
Staren     Staren returns the hug and nuzzle, patting her mane affectionately, then steps back, turning to face Yuuki. "This is Zekken! She's from Kirito's world." Staren looks at Twilight as Yuuki... goes a little nuts. "And, uh... this is her first time coming outside it." ^_^; "We kiiind of let her think she was coming to a new secret area, she might not have believed us."

Staren turns back towards Yuuki. "Oh, I forgot to introduce myself, didn't I? I'm Staren," he nods, then gestures to Twilight, "And this is Twilight Sparkle!"
Kirito     Thiiiiiis isn't quite the reaction Kirito was expecting. Outright denial? He'd been hoping for curiosity. But well... he'll have to work with this somehow. He casts Twilight and Staren both glances almost asking, 'help me, augh' while scratching the back of his head thoughtfully.

"I can prove it more if you want to go on a little trip. Maybe Yokohama?" The boy sighs, but he won't press on that one. Just letting the name go is enough of of a somewhat rude thing for him to say.

In a lighter tone, "A lot of things happened in the last few years. Among them was a dimensional anomaly the likes of which I can't even describe... but I'm not joking! This is one of the secrets behind why Sword Art Online was cleared so early!"
Yuuki Konno     "My name's Yuuki." the girl corrects. "Zekken's just something some people started calling me." It's good to be polite, and while she doesn't mind the nickname she doesn't introduce herself by it. She's about to go on, but Kirito's mention of Yokohama makes her flinch. The reaction is strong, probably pretty obvious, what with the way her eyes go wide.

Abruptly Yuuki shakes her head. "And I still can't believe this is outside ... outside anything." she claims. There is, however, more than a hint of self-doubt in her tone of voice. The mention of Yokohama's shaken her. Besides, wasn't Maggie talking earlier about sneaking into SAO? Hasn't there been rumors, persistent and at least a little disturbing, about game-breakers within the MMOs?

Also of course... Yuuki's a child in more ways than one. She's defined by curiosity rather than doubt. This is all too fantastical, but it's also fascinating. If it's some big trick, well, the same can be said for all of the VRMMOs she's been in. Her reality... well, her reality's not exactly a good or pleasant one. There's nothing wrong with spending one's time, or even one's life, within a fantasy. She IS curious, but this is also rather startlingly sudden. "Asuna... Asuna said she was one of the ones trapped in SAO." Yuuki says, grasping at something she knows. "Does this have anything to do with that?" she asks.
Twilight Sparkle      Twilight blinks in surprise herself at Yuuki's response. "I assure you, I am quite real. You can visit my world sometime if you want!" she says, smiling warmly. Then, she rubs the back of her head. "I suppose meeting me on your first outing into the Multiverse may have been a bit much. But, I promise, we are not in ALO right now. This is..!"

Twilight looks around, then back at Yuuki. "Well, I'm not actually sure where we are. I just followed Staren's signal through the gates to here." She makes her way over toward Yuuki and holds up a hoof as if expecting a handshake.
Annie Sandberg      The implications are... pretty staggering here. "Does this mean... I could go to my house and see myself with the interface on?" Silverbloom asks. "That'd be weird... I wonder what Mommy and Andyquil would think if they saw me this way."
Staren     "Oh. Sorry. Yuuki." He resists the urge to go into full exposition mode. "Yes. We're people from other worlds with strange powers. Thus, we were able to defeat the challenges of Sword Art Online with... how do they put it? 'Game-breaking powers'." Staren smiles a little as he approaches. "This /is/ an extraordinary claim. And I think your world's government should have told you all, but /I'm/ not a politician. Maybe it'd make you all flip out... But I digress. It's an extraordinary claim. Other worlds. But you should find out for yourself. How can we test whether this is a real world, or a VR one?" Well, he's 'helping' without bombarding Yuuki with demonstrations, that's good, right?

Staren smiles and nods to Annie. "Yup! ...Do you want me to send them a picture?"
Tomoe "I don't suggest you do that, it's creepy as all get out. I did that and I wished I'd not done it."

Well that clears up and old bit as it's Tomoe there in avatar form arms crossed frinning andf she's however not wearing full plate or anything like that she's wearing something much more modern like like the sort of thing you couldn't find in ALO at all it's actually a basic generic grey quality casual outfit from GGO.

"So I see Kirito let the other cat out of the bag huh Zekken?"

How long as Tomoe been watching them?
Annie Sandberg      Annie grins at Staren's suggestion of a picture. "Sure! I think Mommy will want to see it," she answers.
Kirito     "uweh... yeah, it's incredibly disturbing. I don't recommend it either. Hey, Tom--... Eisen?" He's really got to re-train himself for that. He gives her a slight glare, as if she pulled a fast one on him.

    Oh well.

"let's not do that." He quickly suggests, trying to get off the idea of visiting Yuuki's real body for... well, reasons.

So instead he puts a hand on Yuuki's shoulder. "It's a lot to take in. But we've got time for a story, right?"
Yuuki Konno     Yuuki smiles when she sees Tomoe, recognizing her outside of her armor. She's in her avatar after all, and that counts just fine as far as recognition goes. "Iron Lily!" she grins. The woman was one hell of a fighter, to be sure. Some of the most fun Yuuki's ever had in a duel. She's a bit confused as to how Tomoe showed up HERE, but not at all upset about it. Besides, she seems to fit in with the rest of Asuna and her friends... who all seem to have SOMETHING slightly weird about them.

She doesn't seem upset at Kirito's touch. She's actually rather touchy, and not in the negative sort of way. She does however put her hands on her hips, a confrontational rather than defensive posture. Another girl might have crossed her arms before her defensively... not Yuuki. "Yes, let's not go visit me right now." she says, and while there's confrontational anger there, it's hiding something beneath it. Surprise and distress... and she's not hiding it all that well. The very idea is freaky, more because she doesn't want anyone here seeing herself live than that she doesn't want to see the truth. "Yeah, I think we've got time for a story." she says, and flashes a hesitant grin. She has a temper it seems, but it's mercurical and quick to fade as well.
Yuuki Konno     She didn't actually mean to ignore Twilight Sparkle. It's just that, well, Kirito kind of freaked her out with his suggestion, short-circuiting her brain. Once that's defused, she turns to the purple pony with the outstretched ... hoof?

Suddenly that grin of hers flowers fully. She takes the hoof with an outstretched hand, feather light, then bows over it as if she were a knight from a medieval romance. She doesn't kiss the hoof or anything, and she flares her half-skirt to make the bow a more feminine curtsy, saving her from looking like a *complete* tomboy here.
Annie Sandberg      "Oh, a story!" Silverbloom turns toward Kirito, while still remaining seated on the ground, ready to hear him. "...Is it the kind of story that'd make a good performance?" She grins. She'd definitely have to start stepping up her game now on the performing front, now that Silverbloom might potentially reach an even bigger audience... But that would take even more effort than buying a house in Aincrad, wouldn't it?
Twilight Sparkle      Twilight smiles happily as her hoof is shaken. If she wore clothes she would give a similar curtsey, but as it is she just bows her head a bit. "It is nice to meet you, Yuuki." she says, shaking Yuuki's hand. "I come from a land called Equestria. There, the dominant species is ponies like me rather than humanoid creatures such as you and your friends. But, there are many different intelligent creatures on my world. Griffons, dragons, and most animals hold at least enough intelligence to understand speech and make complicated decisions."

She releases Yuuki's hand, then looks around at the others. "Oh, is it story time?" she asks, seeming fairly excited. "I love stories! Spoken stories predate written stories, and hearing a story that is not written down can be rather exciting."
Tomoe Tomoe says "Hey Good to see you as well so now you know about what's out here."

She's taken a liking to the imp warrior to be sure and that been a heck of a thing for ther attempt on the floor boss. She takers a moment nodding to Yuuki on that whe won't pry she tries to supress the memory of her gaunt body in the hospital.

"A story huh? I'm game."
Kirito     "Your introduction to the Multiverse here is ten times better than mine was." Kirito begins. "It happened about... two years into Sword Art Online. We had just reached floor 73. I fell asleep... and woke up ten feet in the air right in the middle of a city somewhere. ... A city that you'd only find in a horror movie. It was right in the middle of a zombie invasion, and I just so happened to be near the only group of survivors around. That was when Staren here and some others showed up. That was almost the worst thing I've experienced out there. But I learned... I wasn't in Aincrad. Not even in a VRMMO. The borders between dimensions had gotten so messed up that not only was I still in the hospital with a NerveGear on, but my virtual body was staying completely intact and functional outside Virtual Reality. How that works... your guess is as good as mine."

He shrugs a little, what can he say?

"Asuna got thrown free too later. Both of us learned that the place we were in, this Multiverse, is a patchwork of different worlds. Lots of them just as fantastic as virtual reality. Sci-fi and fantasy and stranger things way more dangerous than the one we live in. It's not a completely lovely place. There's wars and frankly insane things happening all the time out here. But once the muddle of being lost in that was solved, some of the people I met in the Multiverse helped out in clearing Aincrad."
Staren     Staren blinks at Kirito. A story, huh? Well, okay. Staren steps back next to Twilight, putting an arm around her and looking to Kirito curiously, listening.

Staren will nod in confirmation if Yuuki looks around during Kirito's story, but he doesn't elaborate. Except when Kirito mentions he doesn't know how Wander Mode works, Staren pipes up, "Really. I study weird stuff like this and /I/ don't know. I'll get to it some day."
Annie Sandberg      Annie nods as Kirito details the diversity of the Multiverse. "Yep! Like, in real life, I'm an android. I have to use a special interface to emulate a human well enough to play Alfheim," she explains happily. "It really feels great, you know. Being... 'alive'. More than I was before, or... not really more, but just... um, differently. Differently alive?" She shakes her head with a laugh. "It's hard to even say!"
Yuuki Konno     Well. Disbelief really isn't getting Yuuki anywhere. Besides, is this so terrible? If she's being tricked, is there anything wrong with that? Seems like, to Yuuki, that if this is the coolest possible thing ever, then what's the harm in wanting to accept it? If she's being fooled then she's being fooled and they can all have a laugh. She'd rather accept it at face value than doubt people who've been good to her.

"Well... hm. This is pretty amazing!" she says. "Ah... Twilight S-sparkle." she stumbles over the odd name. Sounds like something someone would come up with in a VRMMO, really, and she almost laughs. "I'll have to come see your world some time! It's got to be a whole lot better than bugs!" she claims fervently.

She glances between Staren and Kirito. Dimensional physics and her have a strained relationship. In fact, they don't have a relationship at all. In the world of relationships, theoretical physics is outright alien to her. "I'll have to see about more of these worlds, I guess. New adventures!" she claims cheerfully. "I'll need to show this to the rest of the Sleeping Knights too! They'll love it!" she gushes.

Annie's comment, however, startles Yuuki. "A... android?" she asks, wide-eyed. "Hey, you're as alive as I am!" she says. "Maybe more! I couldn't make up a song if my LIFE depended on it!" she insists. Music isn't one of her talents, nope. In fact, it's probably even more alien to her than dimensional physics is.
Kirito     Now Kirito can smile a bit. Yuuki's back to her cheerful self. "Mhm! Feel free to. Just remember... the only thing you shouldn't do is visit our real world. Those rumors and everything Noboyuki Sugou was blabbering about are actually mostly true... if you read anything about that scandal, that is. Why the first version of Alfheim was shut down. The last thing we need is more publicity on that." he speaks warningly!

A few minutes later, the boy blinks, rubs his cheek. "Oh... also. Like I said... this isn't a game. Those aren't NPCs or monsters." he gestures at the people over at the loading docks where merchants and workers are doing their business, and gives Twiliht Sparkle a knowing grin. PONIES, they are so definitely a good example of this.

"All people. If you run out of HP, you'll respawn like normal. But..." Well, he doesn't have to go on about this. Just wants to make it sink in.

    THIS IS REALITY.
Tomoe Tomoe says "I fell in a little later too, and it's just been one crazy train ever since. It's a world of wonder but it is as dangerous as it is filled with things like you never seen before. Lot of people risked their necks trying to help us escape Aincard. We'd have lost a lot more people getting out without their help. It's just not really stopped since we got out there.

"Still I think glitching Cardinal into being self aware is still one of the stranger things I seen."

She pauses for a moment at the posisble mention of bugs, naw she couldn't have played that one could she?

"It's all true things do kinda get wild like that."

She gets a bit more serious with Kirito's warning she gets /why/ he's giving it but it's still an uneasy thing even for her.
Twilight Sparkle      Twilight Sparkle seems confused by Yuuki. "I suppose that would depend on the bug. If the bugs were ladybugs or butterflies or dragonflies, I think it would be alright." she says, then smiles. "Either way, you are welcome in Equestria at any time."

Twilight looks at Silverblossom and shakes her head. "Anyone who told you that you are not alive didn't really understand what life is, Annie. You might be different, but you are just as alive as any of us." she says, smiling warmly. But, the story about zombies makes the pony a bit nervous. "Spike is overly worried about zombies. Or...at least I thought he was until Equestria joined the Multiverse. Now I am worried we may not be worried enough about zombies in Equestria. While I do not believe we have any zombie variants native to Equestria, it is quite possible that some could wander in from somewhere else."
Annie Sandberg      Annie smiles back at Yuuki. "Thanks a lot, Miss Yuuki." She's not sure she agrees with Yuuki's assessment of their relative levels of aliveness. Sure, Annie came up with a song, but Yuuki seemed to put a lot more passion into her goals, and life in general. Sometimes she felt like she was just kind of... wandering. But, she thought, being Silverbloom and having the dream of being a great performer in Alfheim might go a long way toward fixing that problem. "Thanks to you too, Miss Twilight."
Yuuki Konno     Fortunately Yuuki really isn't the killer type. Boss monsters, sure. Trash mobs, sure. Avatars of annoying trash-talkers, braggarts and kill-stealers, hell yeah. She knows the value of life however, perhaps with exquisite reason, and so Kirito's warning brings a solemn nod.

Yuuki's a bit confused with talk of butterflies and zombies and Spike, whoever or whatever that is. Cardinal gets a similar blank look. Really though, she's focussing on something Kirito said earlier. Something that's a bit sad in all this amazing stuff.

No going back to home like this, huh?" she says, sounding rather disappointed. "Funny, I was kind of hoping to... well..." she pauses, shakes her head, sending long purple hair flying. She tries to put on a smile, but it looks a little weak.

"This... this is REALLY lame." she admits, trying to be brave. "But you're basically telling me anything's possible. That I could go anywhere, do anything. And the first thing I really want to do above all else, to the point I can't think of anything else at all I'd want to do... is go back to school. Like, just for a day. Maybe with Asuna, if she'd agree."

Yuuki grins, but the grin is wistful. This shouldn't really surprise her. She had a hundred VR worlds she could explore, and the only thing she couldn't do would be to return home, to go to school. To live a normal life as a normal girl. She could escape into all sorts of wonderful fantasy worlds, but is it any wonder there's one thing above all else that she'd rather do, given infinite possibilities?
Twilight Sparkle      Twilight Sparkle's ears lay back sadly as she listens to Yuuki. She considers a moment, then smiles softly. "Well...there are other schools. Perhaps you could spend a few days going to schools in Njorun, or some other off-world school where your appearance would not raise any questions. I am sure the fillies and colts in Ponyville would love to have a fairy in their class." she says, her smile brightening at the end of her little speech.

"I know it wouldn't be quite what you were wanting, but...it is something." Twilight says, sympathetically.
Annie Sandberg      "It was the same way for me," Silverbloom notes. "I had to go to a school for robots in a different world... 'cause technically self-aware androids aren't allowed where I come from." Fortunately for her, said school has a very forgiving schedule, and there really isn't much she needs to learn there anyway, so she only really has to go there on rare occasions- mostly it just serves as a place to get together with friends of similar origin.
Tomoe Tomoe says "There's a lot of options for what you can do but I have to inist we go to Njourn and go flying there, you never seen anything quite like that place trust me. You have to see it at least once."

She seems serious about that and she thinks for a moment if Yuuki wants to go to school? Who is she to argue, but it does raise a question or two but they'd be very rude to ask.

"Still we made some pretty crazy friends and a lot of them are in the GU I admit."
Staren     Staren chuckles a bit at the bug comment, and smiles as Yuuki talks about new adventures. And then his eyes widen a bit at the mention of the rest of the Sleeping Knights.

    Could the whole guild be...?

Well, that's a problem for another time. But not /too/ late of a time. Time is the only thing they don't have, after all.

Staren gives a brief 'heh' at Yuuki's 'lame' wish. "If you want to go to school, you can--" he freezes for a moment. She admitted she doesn't go to school. Is that admitting she's on a medicuboid? Well, not necessarily. "...You can go to Galianda Academy if you like. I'm sure they'd be glad to have you. They're accepting extraversal transfer students in order to better understand the Multiverse, and help the Multiverse better understand them."
Kirito     Back to school? Kirito blinks a few times... then realization flickers in his eyes. "That might be something we can do. One of my school projects is about ready for a field test." He's glad to accomodate, apparently.
Yuuki Konno     It's not really the same thing, no. Yuuki appreciates the offer and smiles, but she's not intending to go to a pony school or to this Galianda Academy either. She can learn, yes. She can study, and HAS been studying. Her education's actually fairly good considering she hasn't attended school in over three years. She can go to virtual schools any time she wants. What she can't do is go back to her own school. Well, she'd have graduated to middle school by now, if not getting close to high school age even... but either way, it's the schools she CAN'T go to that are the real draw, not the many she CAN.

And yes, she is admitting she's inhabiting a medicuboid. Not outright claiming it, but not hiding it either. She's already given Asuna permission to speak of it, trusting her discretion. She doesn't *like* to talk of it, not because of any discomfort it brings her but because she hates seeing how others react to it.

Kirito's comment makes her pause though. He knows her secret, or so she suspects. It's been written on his face. It's the reason she refused to let him join the Sleeping Knights, despite him being quite probably the strongest person she'd ever dueled.

But... if he DOES know, then she doesn't want to talk about it. Not here, not in front of these friends. She doesn't want to see the looks on their faces when they find out. She shakes her head, grinning. "Hey, we can talk about school projects another time." she claims, giving off kind of obvious signals of alarm. "Just because the thing I most want to do is that, it doesn't mean it's the ONLY thing! Show me something that'll blow my mind!" she requests.
