Owner Pose
Hitoshura The sun filters into the skygarden, and a gentle artificial breeze fills the air with the various scents and petals of plants, some native to earth, some native to other realms, but all beautiful and pleasing to the nose and eyes.

Hito has found a park bench and is sitting with Thoth as Thoth is reading. Hito is playing a handheld console called a Gamebro. He is paying attention to his surroundings, and there is room on the bench, as well. He kind of wishes he had brought Garm. Garm loves ultimate frisbee, something that Thoth doesn't. Still, Hito has to socialize all his pets, bonding with them outside of combat or missions. Friendship is something he depends on to keep himself alive, as well as his allies.

A young man with black tattoos all over his body, glowing green eyes, and preppy street clothes. Thoth is a babboon with an Egyptian headdress and a mantle that signifies his religious status as a magician and priest.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago is there, doing like she normally do. That is, she's zooming along without a care in the world. The park isn't usually crowded at this time of day, and the regulars know to get out of her way. She Scoots along on her wheel-gears, grinding the rails of the park as she jumps from bench to stairway and back again.
Hitoshura Hito hears GoGo before he sees her, he ducks a bit and makes Thoth duck by putting his hand on his back and gently pushing him down. They shouldn't hit each other, but you never know. He puts his console away, and gives her a curious look. "Hey, how's it going? You a Union Elite, too?"

Thoth sits back up and frowns at GoGo. Still, he is a very polite demon, and says,"How do you do?" One might suspect that he is irritated to have his reading interrupted rather than any other inconvenience.

Hito punches Thoth on the arm, who rubs his shoulder. "Would you care to join us?" Thoth asks. Thoth looks at the wheel-gears curiously, having never seen anything on a person before. A car or truck or vehicle sure, but not a person.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago does a sommersault and lands on her hands, balancing on a nearby guard railing. "Huh?" she asks, pulling the earbuds out that she was wearing. "Oh sure, we can hang out. I was just getting my work-out in. I can break for a bit though. Gogo Tomago."
Hitoshura Hito smiles and offers a hand. "Nice to meet you. I'm Nago Okada, but you can call me Hito. It's short for Hitoshura, meaning demi-find. This is Thoth, he's my partner. One of six."

What partner means he leaves up to GoGo. Judging by their body language and interactions, they're just good friends.

"How long have you been serving the Union?" He's wondering if he and Thoth could keep up with GoGo with a jog, or in Thoth's case, a hover. He could use a workout. Then again, sitting has its advantages, too, and there's plenty of plants and stuff to look at while walking around.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago's eyebrow twitches. "Just friends huh? Not like I'm going to judge." she says with a shrug as she lands on her feet again. "Been here a few months now. still haven't been able to find anyone else..." she says. "How about you?"
Hitoshura Hito snerks. "No, I'm more like a trainer, but Thoth doesn't really consider himself a pet."

"You mean other people from your world? Yeah, that happens to a lot of Elites. I don't know where the others go, but it seems a lot of Elites are on their own. Yeah, I've been on active duty once a few years ago, and back again. I don't really have anyone from earth that survived the Conception. Not a lot of humans made it. Most of my friends are my partners, or spirit companions,"

"Think you could go slow on the blading? I could jog and keep up. I'm in better shape than I appear, and Thoth can fly fast enough so he won't get left behind," he says.
GoGo Tomago "Go slow? Maybe you don't know who I am." she says, blowing a big bubble of bubblegum and popping it. "But sure, I'll take it down a bit so you can keep up." she says. "So where are you from?"
Hitoshura "I'm from a Tokyo that was destroyed and replaced with a postapocalyptic wasteland full of demons. I had to forge partnerships with beings like Thoth to survive. What about you? It seems like most other places aren't as dire as the Vortex World. It almost makes me jealous," Hito explains.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago blinks and frowns. "Sounds like a video game or a movie." she says as she circles them slowly. "Yeah, most places around here are pretty cool. Should come to Sanfransokyo sometime, we got all the best electronics."
Hitoshura "That sounds nice. Maybe you could show me around Fransokyo sometime." Hito says. He gets up and stretches a bit. Thoth gestures and his book disappears in a puff of incense. He gets into a lotus position and hovers several feet off the bench. Looks like they're ready.

"Yeah, I still feel pretty new, too. Your best bet is just to meet other Elites when you can. It's can be hard to make friends, but you will. Just gotta be patient," Hito says.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago rolls her eyes and rolls up to punch him lightly in the shoulder. "I'm no spring chicken." she says as she teasingly scrambles his hair. "Well I am, but I'm no moron. I know how to make friends here. Got a few awesome ones. Still, be nice to find Honey Lemon."
Hitoshura Hito laughs at the punch and hair ruffling. He does the head shake thing to try and fix the scrambling, which doesn't work.

"Honey Lemon a good friend? What's she like?" He asks.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago grins. "She's amazing. Kind of hyper, but hey. Takes all sorts. Real girly type too, you'd probably like her. Everyone ELSE seemed to."
Hitoshura "Sounds like a nice girl. You never know. She may show up." Then again, he thinks to himself, Winry waited years for her friends. I don't think she ever found them. Still, there are others who have a handful of friends from their worlds, either immediately or a little later.

Hito nods. "You ready to get back to your workout?" He's ready to run.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago smirks. "Normal running speeds are barely a workout anymore." she says, flexing a smooth bicep. "I'm a tough little nut to crack that way."
Hitoshura Hito grins. "I'm a bit faster than most, but yeah, you're probably right. I doubt I can keep up with those blades, but it beats just staring at flowers and feeding pigeons,"

Thoth seems to be concentrating on his spell, but does say,"I'm already working harder than both of you." He's just beginning to sweat, but manages a monkey face of a smile.
GoGo Tomago GoGo Tomago shakes her head. "Jesus... All these places with magic. Never had any of that back home. still gets to me, 'know whut I mean?"
Hitoshura Thoth frowns. "I can stop if you like. Most people are freaked out more by the talking babboon, the high intelligence, than the magic."

"That, or that I typically refer to my partners as demons, but demon means anything not human back home," Hito says.

"I guess what gets to me is.. not being normal anymore. I used to be a normal human. Now I have all these abilities, but I'll never be normal anymore. I can't just be a regular adolescent, even though I'm older, too." Hito finishes.

"You'll get used to it. Besides, Thoth has some philosophy that might help. He learned it in monkey college." Hito says.

Thoth snickers. "Yeah, science uses what you understand. Magic calls on what you don't understand. Neither is better than the other. They're just different, and typically work in their own ways. You might fly with a jetpack that runs on fuel. I do this with the mana from my spirit. Both works, and both probably go at about the same speed, if they're on a comparable level
