Inga Freyjasdottir Inga has been cleaning, and likely coersing Harry into doing the same. They're having a guest, after all. Thus, Inga has tidied up some and has some fresh baked goods in the oven and water heating for tea. She's dressed in a long skirt and blue cashmere sweater, belted at the waist, hair still braided. This is about as close as she comes to wearing modern clothing. Naturally, she is still outfitted in talismans, namely the hammer pendant around her neck.
Harry Dresden     And Harry's matching Hammer Talisman sits on his neck next to his mother's silver pentacle. Mr. Dresden is busy policing copies of the Tribune into the kindling rack, and generally swamping out the fireplace in general. "I really need to get a sweep in here to do this, I don't think I've actually done this since I got the place."
Tomoe Tomoe had been curious to learn more about Norse Legend she's become more attentive ot the old tales after seeing that one new world's arrivla regardless of her own views? There may be worlds were such information could save lives right? ALso she's ben meaning to meet Inga. Thankfully she didn't show up in full plate, she did show up in far more modern clothes, given the time of year a sweaterm a jacket pants and a hat that could hite her eats well enough. Once she arrives the knocks on the door!
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga glances sidelong toward Harry, smiling softly. "Mmm, get someone to come in then. You don't want it to catch flame," she comments, wincing as the kettle on the stove lets out a high pitched whistle. Inga limps over to take it off the flame.

"Tomoe wishes to ask me about norse lore. Seems I'm in much demand for that lately," she sighs, thinking of Midgard.

Inga, motions for Harry to get the door while she fusses with making tea.
Harry Dresden     THE DOOR! Harry snorts a bit, and brushes at his sweater. "Well you are the seer, and I'm boring as hell, so yeah, it figures you're popular." He kisses his partner's cheek, and then shuffles over to get the door.
A blink though at Tomoe, and he smiles. "Come on in. Inga's getting dinner, and i got some stuff i gotta keep cleaning up. I'm sure you've got plenty to talk about."
He waves the girl inside and over toards one of the well worn couches.
Tomoe Tomoe had also hoped for a chance to meet Inga and also she's never got to meet Harry in person now that she thought about it.

"Thank you Mr. Dresden."

She'll come on in once she's allowed in and the first thing to go is her hat. Her ears are very noticable much like an anime elf's and her hair is stark putple but that's not so uncommon in the multiverse right? She smiles a bit.

"Thank you for being willing to see me, I'm starting to learn what might be considerd stories in one world could apply to another in life and death matters. Also ALO is based on Norse Legend but ... through the lense of another culture. It's good to get to meet you both in person."
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga rolls her eyes at Harry, grabbing him briefly by his shirt so he can't get away before she can plant a kiss on his scruffy cheek in return. "You're not boring. You're charmingly sarcastic and a troublemaker," she informs him.

Inga waves Tomoe over to the table. "Have a seat," she says, putting down plates and unmatching teacups.

Once this is done, Inga greets Tomoe with an extended hand. "It is nice to meet you in person, Tomoe."

Once the things she's baked were out and on the table, Inga takes a seat. There's scones, a spinach calzone, and a meat pie.

Inga's eyes widen slightly at the ears and bright hair. She should be used to it all by now, but small things do still surprise her. "Yes, that...I am learning that as well. ALO, ah. That game," she chuckles. "I remember hearing about Alfheim...I suppose it is good to know these stories were not completely forgotten. What did you want to ask?"
Tomoe Tomoe ames her self comforablt and she nods to Inga.

"Yes it is and they were not forgotten no. That other world claims they got rid of Relgion but in my exdperiance to do that? You need a blood bath to do it. I wonder what skeletons are burried there. However that's bedid the point I'm a bit fuzzy on Raganrok and what leads up to the final battle of the gods. I'm just in general started to refresh my self on suich stories. Also anything else you'd think is imporant. There's been over a thousand years of drift with those Stories on my world. Your far closer to the source than I am. I'm also concerned something might happen related to them in ALO at some point."
Harry Dresden     Harry snort at the return kiss, waves to Tomoe, and settles in to listen with his meat pie and his calzone and tea. He's come to be okay with tea. Tea is just fine.

Religion is a touchy subject in his house, and Harry is not about to toss more fuel on that fire. He is content to sit and watch Inga do her thing.
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga nods, reaching to pour tea for Tomoe and then herself. Harry too, if he wants a cup, obviously.

Inga's lips thin to a troubled line at mention of Alif's world. That had been much on her mind as of late. "Yes, that is what I would have thought as well. Religion is important to people...abolishing it completely seems...I don't know. I would not have thought it possible. Even with so many wars fought over it, as they say. I'm no stanger to atrocities committed in the name of religion...still...they think the gods have abandoned them," she continues.

Quietly, but more intense; "They are mistaken."
% Inga lifts her tea and takes a sip. "Well, I can tell you about Ragnarok if you wish. I honestly didn't...ever expect to see such a thing. I wasn't really even convinced it would truely happen as foretold. Even my prophecies are not always completely correct. The stories of the gods are important, they teach us. Ragnarok comes about due to the errors of many. It is...in part...a consequence."

Inga raises a brow. "You are concerned about the doom of the gods in a game? I am confused," she admits, reaching for a scone.

All this end of the world talk... Inga glances toward Harry for a moment. Her pupils widen perceptively, but her expression is otherwise unreadable.

She looks back to Tomoe, shaking her head.
Tomoe Tomoe says "Yes there was a man on my world several actually in the last Centyriue who sought to destroy the 'scourge' of relgion. They left a trail of carnage in their wake and they failed to destroy the faiths they targeted as well. So those who claim Relgion only does that the Atrocities agianst as just as much."

She pauses. She thinks for amoment longer.

"Yes, and i Know it's strange really. It's just in my world those games have turned lethal before. I would not discount another disaster originating from such man made worlds."
% She moves to try her tea now ad she moves to think.

"Also that things can spill out of them now is also an concern, into the cyberspace core."
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga nods, looking down into her tea with a gentle frown. "Mm. It is in the nature of man to fight. That doesn't mean we should not strive for better...but abolishing religion? I did not think that would end conflicts. Now...now the gods maybe think it is they who are forgotten," she sighs sadly.

The Seeress looks up, confused. "I...see. Alright, no. I don't. What is the cyberspace core? Lethal? People have died in these games?"
Harry Dresden     "The dath games are like that, really. Or at least the first SAO was. Far as I can tell, when you died in the game the rig that had you trapped in the game killed you in real life." Harry chews on his calzone and grumps. "This is why I don't play video games."
Tomoe Tomoe Says "That's right, more or less. Went in for a night of gaming with friends for two years I was stuck in a fight to stay alive. We had to get out before our bodies withered away to nothing outside."

She looks to Inga and muses for a moment.

"It sadly is but on that I can agree somethings have got better though and humm who knows I don't dare assume I know what they'd want on that. However such a world might strike me to be directionless. I know of some where it's lesseoned but they always maintaiend laws allowing relgious freedom such as the Federation of Planets."
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga looks to Harry, eyes widening. "Well, that's...horrible," she replies. Then raises a brow at Harry. "Really? That's why? I would think it was more that proximity to you would make the whole thing go up in flames," she adds, a small grin shining briefly.

Inga looks back to Tomoe, sobering. This takes her a moment to process. "Like being in a dream for years...that's terrible," she breathes, then poors more tea. More tea is needed.

Inga sighs. "This world...I do believe it may be going through ragnarok. I do not know what that will mean, and I don't...I don't know how much I will be able to help. The people think the gods have abandoned them, that they are the cause of these battles...I will not oppose the gods I have sworn myself to," she says, an edge to her voice. "Lezard will try to convince them the gods are the enemy for his own ends...if they choose to believe him after all I can do...then...I don't know," she continues, obviously extremely troubled by this.
Harry Dresden     Harry grumbles uncomfortable at Inga's comment and goes quiet again. More food.
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga looks to Harry, frowning. "Please do share your thoughts, Harry," she says. What is his grumbling about?!
Tomoe Tomoe looks at Harry with a interesting look on her face.

"Humm what is is sir?"
Harry Dresden     Harry's butt shifts uncomfortably in the chair. "It's the same reason I don't visit regular hospital ICUs. Only the ones that are magical and stuff. I don't want to kill people. Wasn't anything to do with the gods, I swear."
He stuffs a mouthfull of meatpie in his face. He can't talk with his mouth full.
Inga Freyjasdottir Inga narrows her eyes very slightly. She doesn't believe you Harry.

"I would like your input on the situation, certainly. I have told Alif I will protect the people as best as I am able...indeed, maybe you can help me with some wards, hmm? But I will not fight against the gods. It is not my world, but it is certainly similar...though it is the year 3000 there," she says, shakig her head. Rather difficult for her to wrap her mind around.

Inga takes a deep breath, then a bite of scone. She chews, dignified. "Well...what is it you wish to know about ragnarok?" she asks Tomoe.
Tomoe Tomoe Says "If you need help there I can do what I can, but I fear this world may be a problem however. The Gods did not strike them down when the people stopped worshiping them. That makes me want to dig into that more myself so if you want it you have my sword."

She takes another dirnk of the tea and pauses looking at Harry for a moment raising a brow at Harry, she's not going ti pry harder at this point.

"The causes, who stands to gain the most from the fall of the Gods. Maybe I'm paranoid but after everything in SAO and ALO? I don't want to take chances."
Harry Dresden     Harry grumbles and just falls quiet. He shoots a look at Inga in return. Not now, please. The sad eyes even.
