Csys, open to Trideag

Expect CSYS combat. This scene and Movement 8 are at some risk of being moved if needed. (Grace has kindly coordinated with me so that I can run this on a weekend that shouldn't have Fire Emblem, but it's all up in the air a little bit.)

A direct continuation from Movement 7 - and the probable finale. (But it's fine to attend even if you can't make Movement 7.) Possibly or possibly not CSYS, depending on choices made.

Langsdorffia the Blood Fiend Elder operates within the rules of T-Corp and its Wing. During the day she masks her nature and walks amongst humans, performing time tax collections, drawing blood from violators of the local code to feed herself and her kindred. During the evening she holds her court in one of many local clocktowers. She would like to hear what you have to say and she has a story to tell!

Open to Concord and anybody else Yuuki Kuran is willing to invite along.

Lilian has a special gift to offer Tamamo. She also has a special request to show close friends something important, 'just in case'. Something about if it becomes impossible to reach her? And to put someone's mind at ease.

Restricting attendance to people who actually know Lilian well and can be trusted with information.

There are as many Syndicates as there are Fixer Offices. They are not under the purview of the Associations and generally follow their own rules. Despite not being part of official offices like the Fixers, Syndicates and Fixer Offices still cooperate occassionally and some Syndicates become big enough to become akin to Associations in their own right. These Syndicates all called the Five Fingers. Like many Syndicates, the Five Fingers are Rivals with one another, but they span the City and lesser Syndicates often get pulled in as part of their operations and this results in frequent turf wars. Right now, in fact, the Pinky and the Ring Syndicates are in conflict with one another as we speak and seem unlikely to involve themselves with the situation involving the 12th District. After the recent incident, it's unlikely the Middle will get too involved as well. This means the upcoming conflict is likely to be between the other two... The Index and the Middle. Of the two we believe The Middle will be the easiest to predict. They follow a strict hierarchy and are sensible with their cruelty. They are bound to be the first Finger to try and make a deal with the Outsiders.

OOC: November 27 3 PST, 6 EST, a scene relating to the Blade Lineage and Watch as the Thumb pays a visit to the local Watchtower to either make a deal or declare war.

Aeng-du of the Blade Lineage thinks forging an alliance with the Yurodiviye will help us weather the storm ahead. They call their leader Sonya the Saint, but I've heard they are the sort of people more interested in talking philosophy and ethics than about taking action. Still, they engage in a great deal of community organizing and are a far larger group than our own. Even if they do not fight with us, they can help us move silently and through unseen paths. Relying on others sits ill with me--especially those who so patient against the weight of the City--but we are already seeing the warnings of remaining stiff in the face of the Outsiders' might. The tree that bends survives the storm. We must move with the river rather than against it if we are to have a chance to survive let alone bring true justice to the land.
